I went here for the first time about a week ago. Tony did my gel fill for $35 and I gave him tip of $7. What a terrible waste. I have had gel fills for many years without a problem. Three of my nails broke the next day! And a 4th broke soon after that. I was going away for the week-end, and my nails actually hurt. I don;t know if he just filed them too thin or used inferior products. I called and they asked for photos, which I sent. I will not go back, even for a free fix, as I don't trust them to touch my nails again! read more

Horrible! I went to have my tips taken off and the man kept drilling my natural nails with a metal bit! I told him 3 times he was hurting me and to switch fingers, but he continued and drilled both my natural pinky nails all the way down! I couldn't take anymore and I asked him to stop and left crying. My natural nails were drilled way to thin and are pink and sore. He should have been using a file, not a metal bit! read more

I went here last week with a good friend who goes often and is always happy with her service. Well, Tony did my spa pedicure and plain manicure. He cut my cuticle on my toe so bad I have a scab, and layered the polish on my nails so thick and uneven it chipped the very next day. I will not return. read more

I have been going here since a few months it opened. Been going to Vince every 2 weeks. Both my daughters are regular too. Unfortunately treating your reliable steady customers is not their best practice. 3 times they got my appointment wrong. 2 weeks ago after my appt was wrong, I was told to wait. Vince's appt was late and instead of at least starting to soak off my nails, he kept playing on his phone ignoring me. Today I had a 4p appt and I had to wait 45 min because they gave my tech a pedicure to do disregarding my appt. Vince proceeded to have a conversation about the incident the week before in front of customers all of the time just saying it was not his fault instead of acknowledging they were wrong. A simple I am sorry would have been sufficient. Unprofessional, unreliable, and they dont care about their long time customers. I'm done! Looking for a new place. read more

I went to this nail salon three times. Each time I went to them The polish faded and became dull. When I told them they thought it was no big deal. Also I made an appointment and when I went I. They said I had no appointment and that they couldn't help me. Not even to let me wait a while until one of the operators was free. They didn't even suggest that I could come back later. I though since I had been there before they would try to accommodate me but they didn't even try. read more

After moving to the area and going to another salon for a gel manicure which looked like I had 2 weeks of regrowth, I found this salon. Very new and clean, lady who did my nails was extremely friendly and she spent an hour on my gel manicure. They looked great and so far have been holding up well. So my kids went there and within one hour after leaving the nail polish lifted off their fingers like paper. It also left a stained color on the nails themselves. Waste of money and have to thank you for making two little girls cry. Should I call OSHA and ask for the Safety Data Sheets to ensure that you didn't poison my kids while you stole my cash? read more

After moving I was looking for a more local place to go too and was reading reviews and they had great ratings, so I then took my chance to give this place a try! Me and another girl waiting it was both our first time going here and we both ended up here by reading reviews (which was good). I was there an hour before closing and was asked if I minded waiting and I didn't mind at all! Also by surprise I recognized the owner Lynne as she has done my nails before in another salon so I was pleasantly surprised and happy to have her do my nails! I took my 93 year old mom to get a pedicure and chin wax at this salon today. The service she received was terrible. The man who did her pedicure , put his coat on and left. He didn't even let her know if she was done or not. While she sat at the pedicure bowl, another girl came and did her waxing. Dripping wax as she came over. Usually waxing is done in a private room and certainly not at the pedicure bowl ! When I came to pick her up, she was now sitting in a chair in the back with no shoes on. As another girl was passing by she asked her could she please give her assistance in putting her shoes on . At 93 she shouldn't have had to ask. My mom is very gracious so didn't tell me about how she was treated until we were in the car. I was livid!! If I could choose zero stars I would. They don't deserve even one star. Shame on them . This place does not care about how your nails look. They don't let you do the color you want to use , they offer other suggestions then what you waNt and make you feel obligated to do what they want. They don't shape the nails you want. The main nail tech that sits on the right in the first chair is always dodging to do my nails. They take pedicures before you, doesn't matter how long you been sitting there and waiting. THis place deserves no stars. It's your nails and your paying for them you should get what you want and shouldn't be taking other walk ins before you walked in read more

I went here before a big event and showed one of the Techs a picture, she proceeded to laugh and say it was hard but she would try. (Design was a smiley face with x's for eyes) She then did an okay job but I was disappointed leaving with bumps on my nails and the top coat of the acrylic peeling off. I'm not one to just give up maybe she had a bad day. I went back about 2 weeks later for a fill got red nails with a marble design that she had advertised to me so I figured it was their "thing" but since it was red and she did not blend the marble design it had looked like blood splatter and it was quite ugly. Not 2 nails were the same size or shape if I may also add. Didn't return after that experience. I hope these people get either more training or take a few classes. Owners children also ran around the salon like animals which was not something I enjoyed since a salon should be a relaxing experience. read more

it was my third time coming here. my own nails turned out ok but my moms nails were bad. they were really messy and had almost no shape. my own nails look like they were globbed on with acrylic. the first two times coming here it didn't seem that bad but it just keeps getting worse every time i come in. will be looking for a new salon. read more

So I'm not one to write reviews but after this experience I am.. I went in for a manicure because I just had tips, so my nails were soft and sore. Anyways, the guy who did my nails was very rough . He filed them all uneven, and he didn't take care of my cuticles at all. Then he convinced me to do gel polish to get them stronger so I said ok. Well as he's finishing my nails I look and the sides of my nails and up by my cuticles are unpolished ! So I tell him and ask him to fix it. Well he says that my nails are difficult and that it's the polish, the polish doesn't stay by the cuticles. " it looks good" he says. Well after he puts another coat of polish to try and fix it, the polish bubbles up! I immediately told the manager she didn't seem too bothered, just said they wouldn't charge me. He took the gel polish off but I still had some spots of color. I was baffled by this experience. I've been getting my nails done for years! And have never had something like this happen! And they didn't even try to make me feel better or apologize. I wasted 2 hours there! My nails looked worse after leaving there before I went in! Very unprofessional. I have been a client of this professional for 16 years for a reason - she is truly the best of the best. I would never let anyone else do my nails!
