I had made an appointment with Lena to get a full set and a pedicure. I showed Lena how I wanted my nails to be filed ‍. She made a rude comment that she would hand over the nail filer and I could file my nails myself. She made my nails look very bulky and uneven ‍, and she filed so much under the sides of my nails. I tried to tell her that my nails looked uneven , but she made a comment that she knew what she was doing . She was very rude , and I was not satisfied with the service at all . I tried to tell the other workers that I was not satisfied , so they tried to fix my nails by filing them, but they also made it worse ‍. I've been here a few times for pedicures only. It's a convenient spot. Reasonable pricing, never too busy I've never had to wait which is a plus. They are conveniently open on Sundays which a lot of nail salons are not. It's just an alright place to get a quick pedi in my opinion. It's literally fast. If you want long relaxing massages- don't come here. It's quick every-time. They are also slightly rough but the paint job is passable. Also- atmosphere/tools could be cleaner in general. I was disappointed with the service at this nail salon. I didn't receive any pampering which is what I believe everyone expects the minute they step inside a nail salon/spa. Let's face it, nail salons are on every corner but that doesn't mean that any one of them should be complacent about the quality of their services. In fact, they should be more concerned with customer satisfaction since a competitor is just a quick negative yelp review away. This shop needs to step up its game in terms of customer care and quality assurance. I could have done as good a job myself at home and saved the expense. I was their seeing my usual nail girl Kathy, whom yes I do specifically go to this salon just for her, I am a loyal customer. She fits me in everytime between my work schedule and my kids, and it's not around the corner. She did my gel fill and my eyebrows, it was 1:15. Her 1:30 walked in. She does my eyebrows, goes to ring me up, and the guy and two of the other employers start YELLING at her for some reason? I wasn't sure what was going on. Another mother and daughter were standing there as well, wondering why they were yelling at her. Apparently now, when people call asking to book an appointment with Kathy, they're saying she's no longer there. Completely unprofessional, I felt so bad the way they treated her, and also the people there that were attempting to get services done. Won't be going back there. I would never allowed to be treated that way at work; nor do I condone employers treating their employees this way. This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to. I was visiting family and decided to get my nails done here. The man with the big chain did my nails and provided horrible customer service. after i told him the powder was burning my hand and causing excruciating pain he shooed me to the side and began yelling to the other workers who wants my colors because he decided he did not want to help me or fix my nails. After sitting in the chair for 25 minutes none of the workers came over to try and fix my nails or even do them. As my family was paying he tried to charge me $25 for doing absolutely nothing to my nails except causing pain. Fasted acrylic fill I've ever gotten; must've taken only 20mins! They were very nice, have an excellent selection of colors, and had good pricing. My refill ( plus two new tips since 2 nails fell off from the previous place I went too) only cost $32. Definitely will go back! read more

But when someone tells you to clean the brow does not mean you do want you think is best. Place is not presentable looks dirty, dusty. Instead workers sitting on there butts have them clean it up. I have been to this place twice. First time was okay nothing amazing nails were super bumpy. The second time was a horrible experience. I have gel nails, and I went for a fill and the service I got was rushed. With gel nails you are supposed to take the nail polish off by soaking them with a cotton ball soaked in acrylic. But no because he was in a rush he decided to file it if which ruined my coffin shape. Then the nail polish was poorly put on and the gel top coat wasn't even applied properly. There is bubbles in the nail polish, the paint is cracked and coming off and I literally got my nails done today. I was so upset I cried in my car about how horrible it was! I would never recommend this place to anyone ! I would rate -5 stars but I can't!! read more

It was very uncomfortable. I was rushed and two girls were standing over the stylist as she did my nails. They didn't acknowledge me but all spoke in a different language. It felt wrong to not speak the whole time to me other than a few words and chat for the whole time with coworkers in another language. He did one coating of polish and nail art that looked like h*#ll. After arguing with us he finally had someone else correct his horrible manicure and pedicure. I went here the day before Memorial because they were one of the few salons open due to the holiday. I walked in, told what what service I wanted, picked my color and waited to be seen for about 10 minutes. The salon is not well up kept and the service is why the rating is only 1 star. The guy who worked on me did not initiate in any conversation, completed changed my nail shape and CUT MY FINGER with his tool. Not once did he apologize for making me bleed, I had to stop and get up just to wash my hands because of the amount of blood and how deep I was cut. Later on, I had to bandage my finger because it was still bleeding and now worried about infections because of how unkept the salon is. NEVER GOING BACK HERE EVER!!! read more

I don't live in Jackson anymore but I was visiting my parents and needed a mani/pedi so I tried this salon. I cannot believe they are in business and that people choose to go there. It was dirty -- there was dust everywhere and they had their "tools" in glasses with the word "sterilized" on it (as though by writing it a glass with cotton balls stuck in it, it was true). If I got a great pedi or mani, I could overlook the uncleanliness but I don't even think these people are licensed because my kids could have painted my nails with more precision. In fact, two of my nails are different colors from the rest because I honestly think they forgot to give all my nails a second coat of paint (I was at the point that I just wanted to get out of there so I wasn't paying attention). My finger and toenails were cut and filed unevenly and there are places that the paint is on my skin and places on my nails that were completely missed by the paint. The only good part is that it was really cheap -- but I guess you get what you pay for.... I will never go back. read more
