I went here the other day to get my nails done. Before I came I called and told the lady I wanted an OMBRÉ FILL. I then asked how much it would be and I was quoted $45. I figured that was a decent price and booked my appointment. I got to my appointment and it was it a peaceful atmosphere. I was greeted and told to take a seat. She was drilling my nails and then the owner or receptionist came over and said because I am getting an ombré fill it is $60.00. I told her I was quoted something different on the phone but she said because it's ombré it is more. I decided to say OK in the off chance they did an amazing job and it was worth the money. I was very clear on the phone what I wanted so I feel frustrated they waited until I was there to tell me it is $60 when I could have been told this on the phone. The lady filled my nails down with the drill and wasn't paying attention and her hand slipped and startled me. Additionally she kept telling me how thick my old nails were and how she's trying to fix it. She kept saying "hot?" While my nails were burning when she was filling my nails with the drill. Additionally she was not gentle at all, and was at points hurting my fingers when she was doing my nails because her grip was so tight. When she went to go and do my nails she used this thick paste that looked aweful for the woman to work with. It took nearly an hour and a half for her to do this. I am going to attach a photo of my outcome. I won't be coming back as I am super disappointed with the results. In the salon because it's dark, they looked good. Outside in the light they look horrible and you can see exactly where the white paste stop and ends and it does not blend at all. It was wAy too over priced for the result I got Not to mention I always had at least another 1-2 people standing around me speaking to my nail tech in a language I do not understand. They were laughing constantly and it made me feel super uncomfortable since I did not know what they were talking about. No way will I ever return. If the owner is reading this I really hope you can work on training your staff, quoting the RIGHT prices over the phone and teaching your staff about being professional and making clients feel comfortable. read more

I frequent this plaza that is semi-close to home quite a bit and have always wondered what it would be like. It was a busy Monday in the shop but they got to me in about 20 min or so without a reso. I was seated for a mani in front of a soothing waterfall and had no problem with the environment or cleanliness. I did soak for longer than normal but next time I will call ahead with an appointment. Helen was pleasant and hard-working and did a great job on my hands. Hand massages are sooo underrated! It really was one of the best manis I have ever had and worth the $20 plus tip. A mini mani would be only $15 but then you lose out on the polish and massage. Nooooo! I will be back and would recommend. read more

Awesome nails! I am so happy to report a great experience at this salon. I got a brand new set of UV gel nails with tips, French, and a design. They were extremely professional and clean! My nails are exactly what I asked for thank you!!! Please note in the pictures I have a few cuts on my fingers but these were there previously to me getting my nails done at this salon (someone else cut me up pretty bad) but the technician who did my nails here was very gentle. This nail salon is extremely overpriced especially for the type of service they provide. First of all, they don't have their prices fixed on their website which allows them to spontaneously pick and choose how much they want to charge. Secondly, they will rush your experience and make you feel uncomfortable. I paid $47.00 for a shellac manicure, which includes your cuticles cut, the polish, and a 30 second hand massage. I will never come back here again. Better go to Mint Nails & Spa Lounge. For a better service, they charge $37.50 for a shellac manicure. Oh and to add, their pedicures cost $60.00 for a more "deluxe experience", whereas at Mint Nails they charge $47.50. Just to put things in perspective for you! read more

I went here a few weeks back as I was looking for a new nail place. The lady who sits at the front desk was very rude right off the hop. Then seeing the nail tech she kept asking me so many questions over and over at one point I was annoyed as how many times do I need to say I need a full, same style in green. Then she had to replace 1 nail and I don't know why but it came out blueish purple and they kept saying it will go away, well it didn't. They tried to charge me over 200 for nails with design and to get my feet done... when I got my nails done they looked nothing like the picture despite changeing me a extra 25 just for design that took 5 mins. They were shoveing there nails into my cuts that THEY made by fileing. Then when my friend was done her feet they charged her a extra 25 to take her old polish off with out telling her. I have got my nails done lots in the past and I have had way better work done for way cheaper. They also gave me the nail file they used on me in a bag and said if I come back n don't bring it I'll be charged another 15$??? They do the same work as all the other chop shops. Ok so I get a message from Yelp headquarters about my follow-up review being outside the guidelines so I will update what my original follow-up was so they can fall within these precious parameters, still leaving the integrity of the review in tact. Since my not-so-good-english-speaking sister in-law for obvious reasons is unable to write a review, I thought it would be acceptable to write first hand the spectacle that went down as I physically WITNESSED the transaction. In my flagged review, I didn't elaborate that I was the one who picked her up and was at the "salon" with her when she was paying, so I am hoping this stays up to INFORM people who are looking at getting their nails done here. I would like to note that my genius brother was the one who took her there...this crap wouldn't have happened on my clock. To sum it up she was overcharged and I suspect it was because she spoke in broken english, she was paying upon my arrival so I didn't know exactly what the total was but I assumed it would be in the $60-65 range as it was supposed to be a french acrylic set. After I saw her hand over a c-note, and get no change back I asked them what she got done, thinking that was insane! The tech, realizing that I was on to them, started to less than eloquently explain "all" the extra add ons she wanted (ie, gel overlay and whatnot), and that her bill was $90 (not including tip)! For a set of French tip nails with no artwork, nothing fancy, nothing "extra" in fact some were crooked! And I firmly believe they WERE NOT gel! I have been getting my nails done for years and only use acrylic and let me tell you, they looked no different than my $45 set! At this point I wasn't about to create a scene when I already was privy to their business practices first hand. An expensive lesson learned for my immigrant S-I-L. I decided that this advantage taking of my FOB sis-in-law was not right, so I picked up the phone the next day and inquired about their pricing. According to Tina (the owner) who I personally spoke with; stated bill should be around $70 for gel, and closer to $50 for acrylic WITH gel overlay which is what she received. So what was she charged another $40 for? I suspect she was charged for gel and they tacked on the tip. I added a price list from their menu to illustrate exactly how their pricing works and what was paid, its obvious there is a discrepancy somewhere in how they calculated a $90 service on a $50 set (see circled). Shame on you...with all your "glowing FILTERED" reviews, it will only be a matter of time before you are inspected by the health board for your lack of sanitation between clients or a warrant a complaint to the BBB about your shady business practices before they shut you down for good. Though, I am glad to see that measures have been taken to better the business,(from reading other reviews here) that they are taking into consideration what clients are saying and trying to do things right. This is my experience and I do not take kindly to being called a liar, or to actually believe that a set of nails depends on how big/small your nail beds are and that because your prices are higher, you carry a better product and people like me, who know a thing or two about artificial nails, would be considered cheap, sorry...I may be cheap but I am not stupid. Sorry, no dice, but good try! I know that almost all nail salons in Calgary purchase all their nail products from a place called "Supply and Apply" or "Alberta Beauty Systems" and they all sell it to the the same salons, being high end or the slums. I do not know these people personally, but I know enough of what I have seen to never come back or recommend LaBelle. BTW having friends who are in the industry is helpful when push comes to shove. All in all screwing with anyone who is obviously new to the country out of $10, $20, $30 or $40 is theft; also she never got her receipt as she paid in cash, so we all know where the money went. Revenue Canada may be paying Labelle a surprise visit. Screwing with people out of $10 who are new clients living in the area is just TACKY. RE: Morgan D having to pay an extra $10 for a bottle of nail polish that costs about $12 in total at Glamour Secrets is accurate. This was the Shatter series (also, Katy Perry had a series of a similar product) which is no longer available but I know for a fact that they over-inflate the cost at Labelle, even their OLD OPI series costs more here than most other salons. An excellent business model if I have ever seen one. THE BAD FILTERED REVIEWS ARE ALL ACCURATE, its unfortunate that several of them are filtered, thus raising their star points way higher then they should be. As far as the nails go; the ladies there do beautiful work, I have never had a nail break from here and I get a million compliments. As far as the salon itself goes I always feel very uncomfortable in it. For starters they have a million colors to choose from and only give you about 1 minute to choose.... Even if I am early. Secondly I feel really uncomfortable that the staff spend more time talking to each other in a language I don't understand. Thirdly I don't like how they always push services on me I'm not interested in. Once again I will say they do beautiful work but if I'm spending my money in one of the most expensive nail salons I'd been to, I want to take my time and not feel like they are gossiping amongst themselves. Last summer I frequented La Belle for numerous pedicures. They are one of the better places to get a pedicure - they have amazing massaging chairs and a nice relaxing atmosphere with dimmed lights and a waterfall. The leg scrub was divine, and the nail polish job actually lasted. One thing I DO NOT recommend is getting faux eyelash extensions here. My friend got them and she looked like a clown. They were the absolute worst eyelashes I've ever seen in my life! read more

Lovely little place with lovely little ladies. Every April my company sends our admin girls off for mani/pedis. They have always done a beautiful job and are able to handle 7 of us hens at once. Making the reservation is always easy and pleasant over the phone. Colour selection is great. The interior is clean and attractive. The wall fountains work unlike alot of salons (It looks so dirty when you don't have them working, pumps and water scum ugh!), which gives off a relaxing view and sound. It also seperates you from the reception area! The massage chairs are an awesome addition as well. Will be back every year! read more

Great service and really clean facilities. Salon is modern and equipped with comfy massage chairs. A little more expensive than other places, but the service is above and beyond and they use quality products. Got the deluxe pedicure and it included a mask for my legs, a relaxing leg massage, then paraffin for my feet, and then an additional hot stone massage. my sister and law and I went for a pedicure last week before went went away for vacation. The nail polish is already chipped on both of our big toes and peeling off on some of the others but my feet are already dry and scratchy as are hers. Her nails were not filled correctly and she had to re do them a few days later. The ladies that did our pedicures were busy talking back and forth at each other and not really paying attention and flew through our $50 pedicure. For horrible service and cheap nail polish that the lady I had, had to add thinner to it to not have it so clumpy. I've had better pedicures at the mall for 20 bucks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This place is 5 minutes away from my house so I decided to go to it. i asked for simple lavender nails. the nail lady made me bleed while filing them and then (after she put the lavender on me) proceeded to tell me it was colour changing. the colour was an ugly blue and that was what it stayed at all the time. the nails were all un-even and crooked. since she made me bleed she did a design on my finger even when i asked her not to. i attempted to get her to fix my crooked nails and she began to yell at me. read more

I was very impressed with the appearance of this nail salon. I was greeted immediately and taken to the back for my pedicure. The woman took her time with my feet and I was given an amazing hot rock massage on my legs. I also asked for a french pedicure which was an additional $10 but that's standard. I don't mind paying the additional money, if it's done correctly. The white tips looked great, however, she painted the rest pink. I am very appreciative of this nail salon. They helped me help out a friend in need. (Shelly Jones) whom is the mother of Lacey Jones McKnight (young girl murdered in Calgary in 2012). I'm sad to be writing this review because I have gone to La Belle for years to get my nails done for special occasions. Got some shellac done this afternoon and was excited as I just got engaged and wanted to get my nails done for getting some pictures taken. I haven't worn nail polish in months yet the woman doing my nails still felt the need to use the sander tool on my nail beds. While doing this she cut me, on my ring finger (of all fingers!) and I was bleeding. She did not apologize. She stuck a piece of toilet paper on the cut and continued sanding. While sanding she said "if you had paid for a manicure first before the shellac your hands would have been softer and I wouldn't have cut you". She put all the blame on me and didn't apologize for cutting me. The rest of the appointment seemed rushed even though I was one of only two customers in there. So disappointed with my nails for pictures and also slightly grossed out that she didn't clean the tool after it was exposed to my blood. Will be paranoid now wondering who else's blood was on there before mine...because the sander came from under the table and I never saw it getting sterilized. I was here for my first time this week and I have to say that the service was amazing, the staff was overly friendly and the pedicure was excellent! The place was packed but it was still very relaxing and enjoyable. I was offered a bottle if water which I eventually accepted. This place is incredibly inconsistent. I get my nails done every week or two so I'm pretty savvy. The first time I went to La Belle I was impressed with the pedicure - amazing massage, smooth heels, etc. My feet and legs felt amazing. I told friends about it and swore I'd be back. My first manicure was pretty good - basic shellac manicure, nothing crazy, and it lasted 2 full weeks, looking great. I went back for another shellac manicure and the lady was extremely rough and careless - she used the little grinder/sander thing to sand off my existing shellac, on my natural nails. Then used the grinder to shorten the nails! My natural nails! Super lazy and dangerous. The shellac should have been soaked off and she should have used a file and clippers to shorten my nails. I just wanted a French manicure with a overcoat of a light shimmer, which I do often at other places for no extra charge, and she insisted that it was $10 extra for the shimmer on top. Ridiculous. They always do 2 or 3 coats of polish anyway, I just wanted one coat to be sparkly instead of clear.The sander thing also got extremely hot and she told me it was because my nails are really thin. When I got outside I noticed that my cuticles were a mess, some were bleeding, the polish was cloudy, the white tips are smeared and marked and there are cracks in two nails under the shellac. Now it is less than a week later and the shellac is bubbling and peeling and cracked. I'm good to my nails, I always wear gloves when doing the dishes and cleaning, etc. I don't work in the garden or anything labour intensive - there's no reason, other than poor quality, that they should look this bad already. All 3 times when I arrived I approached the lady at the counter with a smile and said "Hi!" and asked if they could fit me in. She didn't smile, look me in the eye, nothing. She actually almost made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Then she ordered me to sit down and choose my colour. The ladies who work there are constantly chatting and laughing in Vietnamese and it is extremely unprofessional. They nag and rush me to pick a colour, even taking the samples away to "narrow my choice" if I'm taking too long. I MIGHT understand this if they were busy (maybe, still bad service) but there was only 1 or 2 other people in when I was there. Also, the price at the end never seems to be the same as I'm told at the beginning. I was really wanting this place to be my favourite as it is only a couple of blocks from my house but I won't be going back. read more

Very unprofessional. I would give it ZERO STARS if i could. Originally booked a mani/pedi and asked if they had the time to do a full set instead. We had simply asked if it was okay to change it to a full set and if not a manicure would be fine. The manager stormed off and the entire staff became very upset and started talking smack to everyone. Little do they know, we understand their language. The manager came and rudely yelled at us and told us it was our fault for booking a manicure and not a full set and said a full set would take longer. So we left it at that, thinking that we can get one some place else. The manager comes back twenty minutes later and said very nicely they can fit us in and I was grateful for it. Fast forward to when i am getting my full set done... I have never been so appalled. This lady grabbed my fingers and my hands like she owned them and roughly sanded my nails down while catching my cuticles. I have burns and cuts all over my nails. She would toss my hands back at me like she had no time to do my nails, twist my fingers very roughly and smack my hands if my fingers needed to be relaxed. I would have much preferred to gone somewhere else for my full set than to be abused like that. She also applied the coat very quickly and for some reason the color is turning into a green and being discoloured. Needless to say, I tried to give them a chance but the service was absolute shit and my hands feel like I have cuts all over them and hanging cuticles that are super painful. read more

I went in on a gift certificate I received for Christmas and had a facial, deluxe pedicure and manicure. The facial was terrific - almost 90 minutes. Lots of good information (that I have received before so I know it was good info), nice touch, peaceful, clean environment. Pedicure was pretty awesome - hot rocks and parafin wax. Manicure was pretty standard but okay. I was satisfied with the service. The price was less than I have paid at other salons for less service and time that was spent on me here. OK, so here's the scoop. Forget the fact that the people spent more time chatting with each other than focusing on the job, or that the gel nails I got burnt, yes actually HURT, while drying under the heater (and I wasn't the only one who noticed that; my two sisters did too). But these people, specifically the owner, Tina, actually scammed my sister and I out of money. We'd been discussing the new OPI Shatter Nail Polish and how my sister had seen it online for 25$ after tax and shipping. Tina said she had it, but it was only 20$. Now a lot for a nail polish, I know, but in my defense, it's really cool. So we each buy a bottle. The next day my sister was out and about and noticed the same polish on sale for 10$. She then spoke to her friend who had bought the polish for $9.95 just two days prior from La Belle! I called and pretended to be someone just interested in the polish and they, sure enough, quoted me a price of $9.95. These people should be shut down. This was completely inappropriate and I cannot recommend enough that you STAY AWAY from this place. People who practice those kinds of atrocious ethics don't deserve to be in business. read more

I have been going to this place for awhile now. I had another appointment in Varsity NW and saw another La Belle, dropped in in hopes of getting my nails done. It was great got in. Started talking to the lady doing my nails, told me that her sister (Tina) owned this place and the one in country hills. Also told me that the nails were guaranteed and would be replaced at no cost at either location. Three days later three of the nails broke, I called Country hills and spoke with Tina who told me that the two places were not affiliated and I would have to go there and get them fixed. She told me that the place was not called La Belle nails any more. I told her I was just there and the sign said La Belle nails and your sister did my nails. She told me no you will have to go there. I have also had Tina do my nails at the country hills location which if you like going there because of the service, you better hope or make sure you tell them that you want to know who you are being booked with because last minute they will put you with whoever is free and if you get Tina she will not massage your hands or put lotion on your hands. This was a big part of the reason I would choose to get my nails done here. But because of the rude conversation on the phone I will not go back to either locations. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOATHE THIS PLACE. I've been getting my nails done since I was 14, I am now 20. I have been to multiple salons but never have I ever had such terrible work done. First of all, the service is terrible , I got white acrylic nails with nail polish, I paid 50$ for acrylic nails?! I usually pay 50$ for my gel nails when I go to other salons !! The nails are weak and brittle , the SAME night, I broke a nail and the nail polishe is all smudged and crooked. On and did I mention that when I was there, they needed to remove my gel nails that I had on in order to install the new ones, nail technician handles my nails so roughly that she ripped my actual nail off and I started bleeding! This was no tiny small paper cut, it literally ripped my nails off. It wasn't till after she ripped it off , she realized that she needed to be more careful and handled the rest of the nails better. Terrible place, terrible service. I went back the next day , as soon as I walked in the owner started to give me attitude. I wanted my refund back at this point cause I was tired of dealing with them. She said that the best she could do was either re do it for me or charge extra and put shellac on it . I went to another salon the next day who agreed to do it for me for free . I'm never returning to this terrible salon EVERRR in my life. Honesty , I would give it behave stars if I could. We have been going to La Belle Nails & Spa for the past several years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. All of the ladies are very pleasant and amazing at the services they provide. I have been getting my nails filled by Tammy as well as my pedicures and I highly recommend her. She also does an amazing job with my eyebrows and lip wax when required! Sandy, Jenny, Trish, Anne all do amazing pedicures as well. Really, you cannot go wrong with anyone you get for your service. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Most places when you book a pedicure only allow a half hour but La Belle allows an hour for your slot and you receive an hour (or close to depending if you get regular or a deluxe pedicure) worth of treatment. The massage portion of the pedicure is amazing! Also it is worth mentioning that I just moved to Legacy Calgary and continue to drive to Country Hills to get my nails and pedicures done by these amazing ladies! read more

I am writing in response to the other posts on the site. I've been on the search for a nail salon for the longest time. Most of the places I went to were totally inconsistant in terms of quality of were not the most hygenic. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to La Belle. The staff is very knowledgable and skilled in the field of esthetics. I used to work in a salon that did hair as well as esthetics and I have to say that I think they are great. Yes, the prices are a little more, but truth be told, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a cheap set of airbrushed acrylics then you will want to look elsewhere. Tina and her staff are very talented for doing designs BY HAND. Besides the designs they are able to do, they craftsmanship of the nails themselves (shape) are exceptional. My nails always look perfectly shaped and last for weeks (3 and a half weeks is the longest I waited before getting a fill once before) and still look great. There was ONE time I had 2 nails fall off, when I went to have them fixed I was happy to know that it was FREE not $5 bucks like other salons. This tells me that they stand behind their work which again, is another reason I don't mind shelling out the extra money. If you are a stranger to the city, then it might be wise to do some quick RESEARCH before you go get something PUT ON YOUR BODY. I personally wouldn't hop into any salon in a strange city without doing a little checking around. If you have time to sit in a salon to be beautified then you have time to check your options. All the staff is very friendly and I've never gotten the "sweatshop" impression. Because they are foreign does not mean they are forced to work, a racist assumption I have to say! Everyone on staff there seems to have a passion for their work which shows through in the superior quality of the final product. My daughter and I went in for mani/pedis today. My daughter just got the regular nail polish and I had gel polish. It took quite a long time as we had to wait after our mani was done for a pedi chair. The service was good. My only complaint was that prices weren't posted anywhere and when we were finally done, the price I was charged was quite a surprise to me. It cost me $115 for my mani pedi. I typically pay close to $50-$70 at most other places. They charged me $35 for my daughter, which is the most I've ever been charged for a 5 yr old. They basically just painted her toes and fingers. Anyways, I don't think I'd ever go back not recommend to anyone. There are way better places in town and close by. read more

I was extremely disappointed with my booked appointment for a manicure/pedicure on Monday. First of all I had 3 different girls start the prep for the pedicure. I had brought in a Starbucks coffee to enjoy with the massage chair. I'd no sooner settled in when the manicure girl showed up and did my nails while the pedicure was happening....so one hand soaking the other contorted over my body and being worked on....no coffee and the massage chair stopped, but even when it was working it was uncomfortable because my body was twisted. Not a relaxing experience at all. The pedicure is OK but the manicure is terrible! My thumb is cracked, my cuticles look as bad today as they did when I went in on Monday. read more

The staff lie about prices for services on the phone and the staff rush every client so you might end up with dry skin and bleeding cuticles like I did. While I was getting my nails done I saw two other girls have an argument about prices that were promised on the phone and what was charged in the salon. I am a former nail technician and hair stylist of 12 years and I have always been satisfied with the services they provide. It took me 2 years and at least 27 different nail salons in Calgary before I found someone I was happy with....you can imagine how picky I am. For those of you that have written reviews about her salon, may I suggest to you to do some research on gel nails. As for it being a "sweat shop" maybe take a closer look. Every single woman that works in there is always smiling and happy! They want to be there, they love what they do. Each one of them speaks English, those that speak better than others may sometimes help translate (for the odd woman that does not fully understand) what a client may need. There will always be a debate on whether or not it is normal for the nail beds to feel a "burning" sensation when they are under the UV light. It's called heat spike and is an exothermic reaction. Remove your fingers from the lamp for a few seconds....sometimes it helps to press them lightly on a table top, and then replace. It's more prone from gels that carry a higher amount of photo-initiators for curing and on thinner nails. Texothermic reaction is caused by the molecules in the gel curing. The heat sensation you feel is the friction of the molecules moving around, finding another molecule to "bond/cure" with. Without the process of bonding/curing, you would be stuck with sticky goop on your nail beds. Ladies, we all know that along with beauty, there may be a little bit of pain :). We get waxed, tweezed, and lazered. We bleach our roots until our scalps are on fire just to achieve that perfect color of blond. Or maybe we color our greys and sit under the dryer until it burns just to make sure each and every grey has been penetrated with color. If while getting your nails done, the technician cuts you or burns you with the drill, it is BY ACCIDENT, they are not out to hurt you on purpose. If you are not happy with having a "trainee" do your nails, then just ask for someone with more experience. We are all human and are bound to make a mistake here or there. As for polish prices (Kate Perry-cracked) it's called a MARK UP. It is how businesses make their money. Did you know that at Diva Salon and spa, they purchase their Aveda Gel for around $5.00 cost price and it is marked up to $35.00 for you and I to purchase?! If the prices go up, then so be it. If you want something and are too cheap to pay the price that is marked in store, go find it cheaper somewhere else or keep your fingers crossed for an imitation to come out that is more in your price range. They do not provide air brushing at Labelle because it looks cheap and it chips. They are a group of talented woman that do all their designs by hand. They also offer a variety of beautiful colors and glitters and gems to choose from. Their prices range from $35.00 depending on what you have done. It's just like going to a hair salon. If you would like a senior stylist it will cost you more, book a color it will increase the cost, if you add highlights/lowlights, that also will be extra....if you would like it blow dried then flat ironed, that may also cost you. A root touch up is not the same as a full head color, so on and so forth. The same concept is applied to doing nails, if a lot of gel is required because you have wider/longer nails then others, then they may charge you a little more for the extra product used. It is normal. If you are looking to spend the bare minimum, let them know and they will be more than happy to inform you on what is available at that price. JUST ASK, they are not going to bite your head off. And as for Tina's "bling", it's beautiful! It goes to show that her business is doing well and her husband thinks she deserves bigger shinier diamonds:). Terrible experience!! I had my daughter and her friends nails painted and designed here while I got a set of gel nails. The five estheticians spoke the same language and spoke to one another while they painted the girls nails. Then they proceeded to talk about my daughter and her friend (who spoke the same language as they did) and say how difficult it was to work with them. The quality of paint job was terrible, they run like a sweat shop - slap on the paint, talk to one another and take your money!! For the prices they charge I expected A LOT more!! I'm so happy with this place but also very relieved to have found a nail salon I can keep coming back to :) it started with just pedicures and then onto gel nails and now I even get my eyebrows waxed here! They are so friendly and do such an amazing job! Today they even offered to do sparkles on my nails and fix broken nails for free because I am a recurring customer. Love the feeling of being a regular when you walk in and they greet you by name. Very clean environment, which is important to me. read more

I love this salon! From the warm greeting by Tina at the front desk to the girls who perform the various services it is a wonderful place to go for a manicure or pedicure. The prices are very reasonable and you never feel you are being rushed. I have gel nails and I have to say they never chip or break and I tend to wait about 3 weeks for a fill. Wouldn't recommend this place. I feel staff (Tina and Fawn)r very pushy and rude. Also quite expensive. I don't like the way Tina treats her staff, or her clients, she's very rude and abrupt. Also agree with the other review how they r constantly talking in their language...feels like u as a client r being talked and gossiped about. Girls r always on their phones which makes u feel as a consumer that u are not important. Just don't find the environment very professional, and the work that is done, is not done well. read more
