Kim is absolutely amazing! Seriously. In so many ways. She is the owner and the only other employees are her mom and uncle. Uncle does an amazing job on my acrylic nails! He takes his time and they are always great! Kim's mom does all the pedicures and keeps the place stocked. She is the sweetest and I can't help but smile every time I see her. I just went and got my nails done a week ago at Kim LaBellas nail salon. I went in for a manicure and pedicure which took 4 hours . When people would come in whether or not they had an appointment she would attend to them before finishing my nails so it took extra longer. Kim has a Facebook page that has nail designs that supposedly she did or can do. I had already chosen one of these designs and I had told her that I was on my way and that's what I had wanted done. She did the worst design ever that looks nothing like the picture . I'm going to be brutally honest I did not like the way they turned out they look really gapped I don't like the volume and don't go here because I could've gotten something way better at a lash tech a real lash tech but instead I paid for ugly looking like low quality lashes. I came here for pedicure and manicure. The service was very short and sloppy! The lady doing my manicure rushed even though I said I was not in a hurry. My nails were polished in a crooked manner, left hand different from right. The paint job very poor. I was told to sit under the lamp for 5 minutes but NO one came to check if the nail polish is dry. The lady who checked me out never asked how my service was! I am giving one star to them because the decore of the spa space was nice otherwise I would give zero stars. Not coming back! read more

The WORST pedicure I have ever gotten! The woman who did my pedicure LIED to us and the manager at the end when I complained that is was SO short that the paint job was terrible! I told her she cut and then filed my nails super short and crooked. She told the manager she didn't use toe nail clippers and she did on every single toe! The manager wasn't understanding at all and said there's nothing she can do cause everyone always complains. This was the first time I've ever wanted to walk out of a nail salon. Kim has lost customers due to her talking on her phone on personal calls rather than paying attention to her customers. You can bet if her ear bud is in, she's on it. Her quality work used to be amazing, it's really gone down in the last year. She over books appointments as well. My last appointment I was there nearly 2 & 1/2 hours. Lesson to be learned, engage with your customers, put them first, have conversations with them rather than your friend on the other line, be conscientious about how long your customers wait in between your drop ins read more

I went here for a pedicure and could tell during the pedicure the sanitation procedures were minimal but I tried not to over think about it. I left happy with my pedicure, the lady was very thorough and super sweet but two days later an infection started showing on my big toe. I am now three days into a very painful toe infection. There was no bag over the bowl, they had all tools on a pull cart that you could tell are used on each person then just tossed on there, not sanitized in between. The only sanitation solution I saw was next to the bowls with small brushes in it that they use to brush toes. The man who painted my toes after the woman finished the main pedicure, had super long dirty nails that he used to clean polish off edge of my nail with while applying the color. The lady had accidentally opened the skin on my toe in multiple places (not a big deal if tools are clean/clean bowl) and then he rubbed his nail in the open wounds. So, I'm not surprised I got an infection, that was super gross. I never leave reviews and I hate to leave a bad one but I hope the business owner can see my review to increase sanitation measures. If the swelling and redness doesn't go down in a couple days I have to go into a clinic to get antibiotics. So I have to pay medical bills on top of a $55 pedicure so I could leave with an infection. Definitely ruined pedicures for me. read more

I just walked out of here. I made an appointment for a shellac manicure. Walk in on time, she sits me down and foils my fingernails to remove the shellac then proceeds to give a full 30 minute manicure to another customer. Not sure the point of making an appointment? I was pressed for time and finally walked out after waiting around and then removing the shellac myself! I left a 5.00 bill ('cause I'm a nice person) and walked out. read more

They are the only nail place i know on sunday that is open. So they were busy and juggled it well. I got a pedi and it think for the service i got $29.00 was reasonable. The ladies did seem very nice. Really my only complaint is that when I was close to done no one came back to check on me so my hot towels became cold and they never did a "free" design on my toes which was in the description. read more

I've been in here several times and have for the most part been happy with the designs and work they do. Kim is great and does an awesome job however, as of more recently they've been taking on way too many customers at a time and because of my love for them I kept coming back. On my last visit I had called in advance to make an appointment but when I arrived I had to wait because they had taken to many walk in customers once it was finally my turn they kept accepting more walk ins even though they already had too many people. Three different people worked on my nails during this visit because they kept trying to take care of all the people there. They did a really bad job, cut my fingers, and my thumb nails were ALOT shorter than the rest because they had over filed them! First and last time i go in there. At first she let me know there was a wait of 20 min and sat me down and brought me some colors to pick from. I looked at them and 3 different customers came in and she was not greeting them right and they all left another person comes in, i had been waiting for about 10 minutes now, this person had an appointment. .. then they tell me and another customer if we want to come back later? !! Did not have a good experience here. They are indeed friendly, but they're not the cleanest at all! Their tools looked dirty, and I doubt they clean them, which was very concerning to me especially when the guy who did my nails cut my cuticle very badly, it wouldnt stop bleeding and he just kept pouring nail glue into it. I had high hopes, based on the pictures posted here, but when I got a fill last week, it was a lengthy exercise in frustration. I like my nails pretty thin, but after three times of asking her to thin them out, and her doing almost nothing each time, I gave up. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and thick. I did get a couple lovely flowers on my ring fingers from a different person there, but it doesn't make the thick lumpy nails look any better. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS! I was referred to Kim from 2 friends that get lashes done by her, so I thought why not. I arrived a few minutes early, waited for 20, then was taken back to a waxing room. My eyes were taped shut, the lights turned off, door closed, and I laid there in the dark for another 20 minutes until someone (who I later found out was NOT Kim) came in and started my extensions. She did one eye, and Kim finally came in and did the other. They were both very heavy handed, resting their hands in my eye, dropping tools super loud by my ear, etc. There were people in and out being waxed, she was talking to the other nail gals the whole time, and it was not relaxing at all! My lashes were all stuck together when it was time to open them, and she cut the ones that were stuck. Before I was able to open my eyes, she left the room and came back with wax (I had asked for a wax when I arrived) and slapped it on without telling me what she was doing. It burned my lip and eyebrow areas, which are still marked over a month later. As the lashes grew out, there were multiple extensions attached to my natural lashes, and some even glued to my water line. It was very painful to be constantly having my eyelashes pulled on, so I used olive oil to try to dissolve the glue after about 2 weeks. I lost SO many of my own lashes from this terrible experience that I still haven't been able to get more put on because they are still thin and growing back. I've had lashes before, and I know what they should feel like being put on and what they should look like as they grow out. This place is most likely not certified to be doing lash extensions, and they delete negative comments from Facebook. Do yourself a favor and stay away! (I also got the worst pedicure I've ever had here too. They rushed me out even though I had boots, and all my paint smudged) read more
