I…read moreemailed a 3 page black and white document to print, then said I have to also pay a "computer fee" along with the high cost to print each page. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.

We tried PrintNinja before going here and of the 50 we got from there, four were unusable due to defects and about half had some sort of minor issue. That was not the case at all with J&W.
