You get a comprehensive check list with your oil change and while they will make recommendations, nobody will push you to add additional services. Prices have been reasonable in my opinion and I always know my vehicle will get properly taken care of. One time my tire pressure sign came on and since I was just around the corner I asked them if they could take a look and they were able to squeeze me in within 15 minutes, great service all around! Scheduling is always easy over the phone and their night drop off is seamless. If you prefer you can have them send all service communications through text and then approve or reject additional work online. Highly recommend Gabe's!

I never thought I'd leave a review for a simple lab testing center that I went for a blood draw,…read morelet alone serve as a dissenting opinion to praise one, but here we are! So why review at all? Read on to find out. This place is appointment only. They take walk-ins, but note that you will not be seen right away as appointments get priority. The place was clean and you have to check in at a kiosk (although as far as those systems go, this one was very easy). Appointments can easily be made online. So why the 5 stars? It basically comes down to how nice the lab tech was. He was engaging with a sunny attitude. My blood draw was quick and painless, the appointment was short and on time, and I liked that there is a Wawa nearby so I could grab some quick sugar post blood-draw. But what impressed me was that the person who came in after me had English as a second language. She really struggled to use the kiosk as English was clearly not her first language. The tech came out and spent about 5 minutes calmly and nicely walking her through the process, welcoming her to the facility, and getting her set up. I rarely even find that kind of personal care at full doctor offices. I would go here again.

Extremely bad work and shoddy parts…read more I had them install new brakes in the summer of 2024. By the winter of 2025, the brakes were wobbling. Apparently the brakes they installed were faulty (the rotors warped), but they still charged be $200 to replace them even though they were still under warranty. That would be fine, I guess, if they had done a good job or used good parts the second time, but it's been 2 months and my brakes are grinding and slipping. Apparently, the pins, the rotors, the pin boots, the pads, and a few other parts are so low quality that they're falling apart already. At this point, I'm not trusting my car to these guys again. I took my car to the mechanic near my work in Fredericksburg and paid him $500 to just do the job correctly. I deeply regret not taking my car to him in the first place, as he would have done a good job, stood by his work, and I wouldn't be out $700 for bad work and bad parts. Do yourself a favor and go to a different mechanic.
