Before I went there, I was quoted a lower price and told they had matching tires for my vehicle. Once I arrived, I was told they did not actually have all matching tires, and the price increased significantly. I went forward with the tire replacement, but immediately afterward my car developed a strong vibration at highway speeds that was not present before the tire work. I returned the next day and asked them to check and correct the issue, particularly the wheel balancing. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, they completely refused to work on the vehicle or correct the problem. What made the experience even worse was the way I was spoken to. During the dispute, I was subjected to extremely disrespectful and discriminatory language, including comments about me being Middle Eastern and a statement that the person "hates you people." Regardless of a disagreement with a customer, there is absolutely no reason to speak to someone that way. I came to this business expecting the tires and service I had been quoted. Instead, I experienced a significant price change, a vehicle that began vibrating after the tire installation, a refusal to address the problem when I returned, and extremely offensive treatment when I raised my concerns. Little did I know, I was sold bad, cracked used tires.June 27: I returned because my steering wheel was shaking at 60 mph. The owner falsely claimed I had told him I would get my own alignment. When he finally looked at it, he claimed the joints were broken and suggested I take it elsewhere.Repairs: I pushed him to do the work. He charged me roughly \(\$500\) for the joints and alignment, on top of what I had already paid for the tires and balancing.July 7: The shaking returned. I took my car to NTB Tires for a second opinion. They informed me that the tires were cracked and had never been balanced by Elite Auto Services.My Takeaway:I am incredibly disappointed. They saw a woman and took financial advantage of me, charging me for work that wasn't done correctly while leaving me with unsafe tires. I am now forced to buy entirely new tires, which is what I should have done in the first place. Please avoid this shop!

I think that was a one off thigh, because i had always had a pleasant experience there before. Due to my less than stellar visit, I put in a very detailed and wordy complaint. No one reached out to me, so I had to go another route which got me a call, but Yoon returning the call, I never got another call back! I had forgotten about my issues at hand and it was brought back to my attention that issues were never resolved! I reached out online and was told someone would contact me within 48 business hours. I actually got a call first thing the next morning, phenomenal! I spoke with Tommy, who oversees multiple locations and we talked about my previous issues and he told me to come in for a free diagnostic, and we'd take it from there. I got my diagnostic done and they found one problem that was causing one of my two issues I've been experiencing. They had to order a part for me that wouldn't arrive until 330, so they did to just come back and it should only take 15-20 minutes. The estimate was right on point! All the gentlemen in the location were very nice and informative, and i have nothing but good things to say of them all. I was told of a couple of other things I may want to take care of, and i will be taking care of them at this location going forward. I just gotta recuperate my finances from the holidays, first! 5/5, highly recommend!

While I was looking for any car repair place at all, smoke started coming out of the hood. Luckily, I saw the sign for Meineke on Patriots HWY (Route 1) & pulled in. I am in my 60s and have driven some nasty old cars in my day so I have way too much experience with mechanics & repairs and this place was amazing. The owner, Sohail & Marvin the mechanic & Matthew could not have been kinder if it was their own mother stuck there. I broke down on Friday afternoon and they did their best to try to find me a rental car (they all closed at 5) even having an employee drive me around to see if anyone might still be in the office a few minutes after closing. From there, Sohail dropped everything to find me a motel room that wasn't expensive, but also was not in a dangerous location. Like I said, how he'd treat his own mother. He even gave me a ride to the motel & made sure I was checked in and had a decent room. My 18 year old Jeep had a lot of issues, mostly the radiator & they worked all day Monday & half of Tuesday to make sure I'd be safe on my long drive, even plugging a tire that had a slow leak I'd been dealing with for years. I wish they were local. I wouldn't hesitate to make them my regular mechanics. I'd recommend them to anyone needing car repairs in that area. Thanks again, Sohail.
