So, I took my 12-year-old car to the dealership for its annual state inspection. A few hours later…read moreI received a call and video from the service manager and mechanic telling me several steering parts were defective and repairs would cost me over $4.4K. None of the repairs had an impact on passing the inspection. Shocked, I felt something was not right so I picked up my car and told the dealer I will seek a second opinion. I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. Favio has made a new customer for life!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Elite Mobile Auto Services LLC, and based on my…read moreexperience, I would not recommend this business. Before I went there, I was quoted a lower price and told they had matching tires for my vehicle. Once I arrived, I was told they did not actually have all matching tires, and the price increased significantly. I went forward with the tire replacement, but immediately afterward my car developed a strong vibration at highway speeds that was not present before the tire work. I returned the next day and asked them to check and correct the issue, particularly the wheel balancing. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, they completely refused to work on the vehicle or correct the problem. What made the experience even worse was the way I was spoken to. During the dispute, I was subjected to extremely disrespectful and discriminatory language, including comments about me being Middle Eastern and a statement that the person "hates you people." Regardless of a disagreement with a customer, there is absolutely no reason to speak to someone that way. I came to this business expecting the tires and service I had been quoted. Instead, I experienced a significant price change, a vehicle that began vibrating after the tire installation, a refusal to address the problem when I returned, and extremely offensive treatment when I raised my concerns. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I will not return to this business. Joelm Martinez is the main guy who I talked with.

want to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Elite Auto Services so that other drivers…read moreespecially women can protect themselves from being taken advantage of.The Timeline of Events:June 20: I went in for tires after a friendly online chat with the owner on Facebook. Little did I know, I was sold bad, cracked used tires.June 27: I returned because my steering wheel was shaking at 60 mph. The owner falsely claimed I had told him I would get my own alignment. When he finally looked at it, he claimed the joints were broken and suggested I take it elsewhere.Repairs: I pushed him to do the work. He charged me roughly \(\$500\) for the joints and alignment, on top of what I had already paid for the tires and balancing.July 7: The shaking returned. I took my car to NTB Tires for a second opinion. They informed me that the tires were cracked and had never been balanced by Elite Auto Services. My Takeaway:I am incredibly disappointed. They saw a woman and took financial advantage of me, charging me for work that wasn't done correctly while leaving me with unsafe tires. I am now forced to buy entirely new tires, which is what I should have done in the first place. Please avoid this shop!

Well I normally get a call about an hour after my appointment at most places. Well after getting busy at work, I called them and it was apparent that they forgot about my car. I would highly recommend another place for car maintenance or issues. Look, if someone makes it that perfect for y'all, take advantage of it and try to make some customers happy, not make them wait two days for their car.
