Located within the hospital/medical plaza area, it was super easy to find and surprisingly efficient from start to finish. From check-in to completion, the whole visit took about 25 minutes total -- and that included maybe a 10-minute wait at most. Once they called him back, the lab draw itself was done in under five minutes. The staff worked quickly but still stayed professional, kind, and organized, which made the experience feel seamless. As someone who works in the medical field, I don't see this level of efficiency very often, so I truly appreciated how well everything flowed. No chaos, no long lines, no confusion -- just a smooth, well-run process that respected everyone's time. Honestly, this might be my new go-to lab location anytime labs are needed throughout the day. Prior to Covid, everyone waited for their appointment in the small sitting room. Now, check-in and chairs for waiting are set up just a few steps away from the elevator stops on the second floor. At the desk, you need to provide your picture ID and insurance card. If you have the script for the blood draw, you hand it over at this time. The AdventHealth employee will point where your signature is needed and inform you kindly that you will be called in a short time. When you're name is called, you walk down to the suite, enter, and hand over the paperwork you initially completed. The wait is short before being called and instructed which room to head to. This is a small office, so no fear of getting lost! Every phlebotomist has been kind and has made drawing blood less difficult (because, who really enjoys these appointments?!?). Online or app scheduling for an appointment is convenient and worked well for me. However, I have also found that when walk-in's are welcome (check the status on the app or online), I've experienced reasonable wait times. I found the whole process fairly easy to work with and have experienced good service here.

So Im waiting for my doctor to explain but not sure if I needed a sample cup or something from them. We were told to report in 1hr before our check in time to take a glucose drink. Instead we were later then told to wait until check in time. In all my life in working in the medical field to receive no treatment this is probably the worst. I received better medical treatment on military facilities. Better improvement would perhaps have a front of house person communicate with clients, instead your left with a soulless kiosk. Even though I've had needle pokes that were less painful, the way she works with both hands while inserting different tubes and applying labels to each was a juggling act that's awesome to behold! Made an appointment for just an hour away and got ready. Arrived with ten minutes to spare. They are immediately to the right when you walk in through the front entrance. Walked in, was quickly welcomed in, and the nurses quickly got me prepped for my bloodwork. They took the tubes necessary and I was on my way. A+ service and everyone was professional and friendly.

Unfortunately we've been hit with Covid symptoms in my household. There are about 5 of us. Normally, we would make an appointment with an available testing location. The bad part of that is, you can only make 1 appointment at a time. We made appointments, but they were all at different times (sometimes on different days) and different locations. This amazing site is first come first serve basis and it's a drive up site. It was very convenient to arrive with my son so we can get tested at the same time. There may be a wait, but at least you're comfortable in your own car, listening to your own music. What I like about this place is there is a huge covered area for 4 - 5 rows of cars so not only are your cars shaded, so are their employees shaded. They are very organized and have a good system working, at a great location. I was tested in about 45 minutes. In one day alone, they completed 230 tests. The other day when we tested another family member, we went to a different location with an appointment and it took over 90 minutes to be seen. They offer 2 different types of tests through nasal swab and one for a blood sample: 1) PCR - The most accurate test (takes 2-3 days) 2) Antigen - The most fastest (but not as accurate) These two tests will determine if you currently have the Covid virus or not. The third test determines if you previously contracted Covid and carry the antibodies. 3) The Antibody - Finger prick I would recommend for anyone needed to get tested. Very convenient, very organized, and much safer.
