I'm usually told I have "bad veins" and that I need to drink a lot of water beforehand, but I had to fast for this blood work. She still got it on the first try. Overall, a great experience. We both were having blood drawn for a Metabolic lab tests. The technician was very nice, drew our blood and we were out in less than 10 minutes. We received our results by email the next day By the way, the check-in machines leave a lot to be desired. When they don't work properly, they are one pain in the neck, and many times they don't work.

Booking an appointment over the phone was relatively easy; just give them my personal info and my insurance card info. The building is easy to find, but the office is impossible to find. The door leading to this actual office was not labeled "Family Practice of Central Florida" -- it said something else, I forget what, and it was just a piece of white printer paper in a sheet protector taped onto the door, which is shabby, unprofessional, and close to useless in locating the office. The waiting room is incredibly small (maybe 6 chairs total) and lacked air conditioning; I noticed I was starting to sweat after the very accommodating receptionist gave me paperwork to fill out. When they called me up, they said that they do not accept my insurance, which baffled me. I said that I found this office on my insurance's website and that whoever booked my appointment over the phone asked for the info on my insurance card, so they already had everything they needed to know.
