This is a very clean, friendly facility. It's easy to make an appointment and is conveniently located. The only downside is that it's so busy. Even with an appointment, you tend to wait. This was my first time at Question Diagnostics, and the entire process was a breeze. I was worried how long I would have to wait as I didn't have an appointment. I went on a weekday around 7:30 a.m. and checked in right away (you check in electronically). Within 15 minutes, I was called back. The lady who drew my blood did an excellent job. I'm usually told I have "bad veins" and that I need to drink a lot of water beforehand, but I had to fast for this blood work. She still got it on the first try. Overall, a great experience. I had an appointment for blood test on Feb.04,2026 at 6:30 am. The technician had to try 3 times to draw the blood and finally got it done!! The staff were friendly and nice . The phlebotomist taking care of my 19-year-old daughter was visibly annoyed at the number of tests. Our physician had ordered. My daughter has significant anxiety around needles and experienced syncope with her last visit. The phlebotomist was advised of my daughters fear but continued to make audible comments like "this is ridiculous," "why would the doctor order you so many tests if you pass out," "I'm going to be here all day with this!" When my younger daughter was called for her labs (at the same appt time), the other phlebotomist came in very abruptly, told the first phlebotomist to keep both girls together but the 1st phlebotomist appeared very frustrated & protested that it would take too long. This was my 16 yr old's 1st experience & she was visibly anxious as well. I asked the 2nd phlebotomist to please show some compassion & slow down because my daughters were so nervous. She softened & showed some empathy but my younger daughter was already crying by that time. It was very chaotic and seemed that the staff was more worried about getting out on time than taking care of the patients. The system did not ask for lab orders when I booked appts nor did it indicate that late appts would need to have few orders. This behavior was unprofessional and incredibly insensitive. By the time the second phlebotomist had my younger daughters, labs, ready to be drawn, she was so anxious that we could not proceed. I walked back to my older daughters bay, and the first phlebotomist was still huffing and puffing about the number of orders, commenting about how long it would take, Look visibly annoyed that my daughter would need to be reclined to prevent passing out and still did not have the specimen containers ready to go. When she drew my daughter's labs, my daughter was in a full sweat, crying, and pale as a ghost. Another phlebotomist suggested to recline my daughter which she did, and it likely prevented her from losing consciousness. Overall, this was a very traumatic experience for both of my kids. I am not sure I will return to this in the future. I have never had an experience like this at this location so I am disappointed. read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. I had a question and tried reaching anyone from Quest Diagnostics to get an answer. The local offices did not answer nor did their 866-MyQuest phone line. All automated recordings, no one to actually speak to patients. Trying to reach someone is obviously an issue others have faced since it comes up on Google as a frequently asked question. The only way to get through to a person is to say you want to pay a bill but don't have a bill number. Obviously, that's their priority. I'd forgotten why I stopped coming to this location. Today was my reminder. I made an appointment online for 08:40 this morning. I arrived at exactly the time scheduled and checked in via mobile app. I entered and sat down and waited to be called as instructed. By 9 am, I noticed that my name was not on the display screen for people checked in. I went back on the app and there was no appointment found. I tried entering my confirmation code and it was now incorrect. I never have this problem at the University location but I can never get service here. read more

Glad this one is by need only. The crowded waiting room with the constant replay advertisements on the TV screen are enough to dive you batty! It is good that they have a self serve kiosk albeit there is only one and you have to wait your turn to use without any sanitizing between users. Face masks are required but equipment touching safety is irrelevant. Wait times are lengthy given the sheer number of patients they have to see. Staff is pretty friendly which is needed due to the stressful nature of having to visit the facility and get stuck by a needle. Update*** after waiting an hour to be called I was told that I had to wait on another person who handles the process I need. Sitting here listening to talking chuckling and laughing is discouraging to say the least, very unprofessional especially given the wait time. read more

I can't believe I am giving a place that sticks me with needles 5 stars. However, they are PROS there. If you're gonna have to do any type of lab work (and seriously you can't avoid it sometimes) then I would suggest this place. Appointments are easy to make online and even if you walk in (which I had to do on my last visit) the wait is not bad AT ALL. I have never had a bad experience here. The techs get my blood on the FIRST TRY and usually I can't even feel it. They are quick and easy and I am out of there in no time. Yay! read more

At my Monday appointment only one of the two doctor's orders was filled, so I had to come back as a walk-in on Friday for the second order. Annoying, especially because I had copies of the orders with me, and if the tech had bothered to confirm with me what tests were needed, I could have given her the paperwork. (On my second visit, I saw the computer screen and my record showed two different tests had been ordered.) On my second visit, Sarah drew my blood. She was EXCELLENT! I didn't even feel the needle go in (into my right arm because my left arm had a bruise from the blood taking on Monday). She was very professional in verifying my information: tests, id, vial labels. She explained the process thoroughly. Sarah was pleasant and friendly (I expect civility from service providers, but I appreciate courtesy!) Pros: 1. The waiting area is very clean, with a disinfectant station and spaced seating. 2. A mask is required. 3. The check-in kiosk is easy to use. 4. Test results come back very quickly. Cons: 1. Trying to reach the office by phone is difficult. The phone message doesn't have an option for talking to a human unless you use the option for providers instead of for customers. 2. I tried to send an email through Quest's system, but the "submit" button didn't work. 3. The outside door is VERY heavy. I watched an elderly person who couldn't open it assume the door was locked and the business closed. 4. The hours posted on the door don't match the hours online. 5. The door between the waiting area and the rest of the office is locked. No staff are in the waiting area and there is no intercom or button to call for assistance. Easy digital sign in. So far so good - I didn't have an appointment and I was called back within 4 minutes of signing in, super great because I am have a fasting blood test ( no eating!!) . 2 minutes after showing my insurance card they called me again to do the blood draw - friendly staff and very professional - done ! now I can eat and have coffee. If you ever need bloodwork done, avoid this lab at all costs!! I went to get blood drawn for an allergy panel (RAST/IGE) and had an absolutely all-around horrendous experience. First, the receptionist was not personable, and borderline rude, and I could hear her complaining while she typed in my codes for the labwork since there were a lot. THIS IS YOUR JOB, LADY!!! Forgetting that, the phlebotomist who drew my blood clearly didn't know what she was doing. She first was having quite a bit of trouble finding my extremely prevalent and easy-to-find vein, and when she did, she stuck me and the first vile of blood worked without issues, but then the second vile wouldn't fill. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and instead of chalking it up to a bad stick that didn't tap the vein properly (clearly) and starting over, she pressed on my arm and asked me to open and close my fist periodically for about 2 full minutes, as I watched my arm get redder and redder, then finally blamed her inexperience and incompetence on the suction of the vile. She claimed she had finally gotten enough, and I went on my way. Mind you, I had to stay off my antihistamines for 72 hours before the test for the accuracy of the results, and was experiencing horrible itching and other allergy symptoms without it, so needless to say, I was excited to be able to take some when I got home after my blood draw. Since it makes me a tad drowsy, I was trying to wait until the evening (I had the blood drawn around noon). Around 4:15, I got a call from the lab, and this extremely incompetent and rude receptionist told me that there was not enough blood for all of the panels on the order. Inconvenienced, I told her I would come down then to get the remainder drawn, but she told me they were closed (as in all the phlebotomists had gone home) and to come back in a few days. I explained to her my situation with the antihistamines and she showed less than zero interest or concern. After several minutes speaking with her, I sharply asked why I wasn't told there wasn't enough when I was at the lab (before I left), and she very dryly and insincerely said "I apologize." I then asked her if I could remove unnecessary panels from the order since I was the one who had requested it and my doctor had done me a favor by writing it, not the doctor's request, and I knew I couldn't add panels, but if I could remove some. She told me I couldn't and that they would need a new order. I was eventually able to get it worked out, but it was a very unpleasant experience and I definitely would not recommend. read more
