My husband and I went in at the exact same time 5-29-24, same doc orders, and my results done in 24 hours. His results -still waiting... Ever try to call this company? don't. Finally called the Clear Lake facility left a long message over a week ago and no response. Even my Dr who ordered the test has been helping to find them. Nurse did not have a badge to identify and check name but it was a black woman short hair, very rude, lazy & disrespectful, with lack of knowledge on how to draw blood, seems like she hate her job. I have been to this location many of times and the staff has always been pleasant. The facility is always super clean. I love the convenience of scheduling online and they will send text when it's time for your appointment. I'm a hard stick, meaning drawing my blood is not always easy and most of the time it takes a few try's. Kasie and Trish went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. No one at the secretary desk to help patients. Mo sanitizer near the kiosks that you're forced to touch. No one wiping the kiosk after each person uses (they know we're in a pandemic right?) I mean at least leave something next to it so I can wipe it myself. No crowd control signs. Maybe take away all of the seats that are bunched together. Rearrange them... something to show you're trying to take some kind of precautions. Then they list my Covid antibody test results. I tried calling them and no one would answer. I left messages and no one calls back. I finally made another appointment to get tested again and one concerned and caring employee was able to help me. I had given up on trying to find results, but she was like no I don't want to stick you again if you have already done this. So I let her try. She ended up finding the results somehow, and printed them out for me. That's the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. Please take the time to put some measures in place. Having blood drawn has never been an issue for me, or a painful experience. I have easy veins to see, and draw blood from. I have gone to this same Labcorp many times over the past 4 years and NEVER has a technician jammed the needle so hard in my arm it hurt significantly. This is courtesy of Amanda this morning. Lab tech was extremely rude. Raised her voice at me and gave me very bad attitude. She first came in the lobby saying "can i help you?" I was sitting in the waiting room and i already checked in ( I wasn't waiting long) and i said "oh I'm just waiting for my appt at 11" and she said "you'll have to wait your turn!" I was so confused because i was just sitting there.. I didn't say anything or try to rush anyone. When she took me to the back she said "babe you're literally in a lab why would you not wear a mask?!" I apologized but also why wasn't she wearing one? And she said "why would your provider send you here if we don't do swab tests?!" I apologized once again and said "I don't know.. I just came here because she told me this location would do the tests and she sent me a requisition for what I need.. I'm sorry" and she said "well go to your doctors office then.. we can't do it here. bye!!!!" I'm just so shocked. read more

I had blood work ordered. I called 3 days prior and asked about fasting time. Never got call back and received an email after 4 days, and a day after my labs, explaining the fasting procedures. I fasted just in case and glad I did. Day of appointment, checking in on lobby ipad. Others did as well. I was checked in 13 minutes prior to my appointment and it confirmed my check-in on the screen. I watched as they called paitent after paitent proudly announcing "Steve V, appointment" before closing door. Finally, after two complete changes in lobby people I was able to catch the staff member and explain I had been waiting 35 minutes and had an appointment 20 minutes earlier. She said she would check on it and get me next. How nice, I was the only one left! Four minutes later she asked me a bunch of questions about check in and said - "Yeah, we see where you checked in but it didn't push to our system." While waiting I tried to call and get someone to answer phone, as there is no one at the reception area or in lobby, just signs basically telling you how to do it yourself. The phlebotomist was nice, when I told her about leaving a message that was never returned and questioned no one answering phones she said, "They don't return messages until late in the afternoon and leaving one Friday am, will get a Monday pm call." I'm still waiting for that call, they sent an email at 6:39A on Tuesday, nearly 24 hours post visit. They have a long way to go when communicating with CUSTOMERS, they are in BUSINESS to make money the cheapest way they can, not provide medical care to paitents. read more

Love this office. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The system works if you do it right. Make the reservation in the app, scan the code when you get there, wait for usually 2 minutes tops, they call you back, confirm the test, draw the blood, then boom you're outta there! The whole experience takes less than 20 minutes. It's also super clean and very organized. Love the staff! Always professional, efficient, and fun. I've been going every month this entire year to get blood work done. Doris and Shawna assisted me today. They're rockstars. The previous reviews on this location were pretty pathetic so I felt obligated to give mine as well. Since I'm expecting but my OB is an hour away, my practice sent an order for some routine blooodwork at LabCorp. I made an appointment online for 2pm, which was pretty straightforward. (Remember that appointment time.) I arrived 15 minutes early as per the instructions and checked in at one of the kiosks in the lobby. There was hand sanitizer available. Within 2 minutes of sitting down after checking in I was called back for my appointment. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. We chatted about the weather and the hobbies we had acquired since the beginning of the pandemic. I barely felt the needle stick. She finished quickly, I made my way to my car and checked the time: it was 2:02 pm. Overall, the facility was clean, staff was friendly, process was straightforward, and service was quick. I was expecting to wait for hours in a filthy crowded hovel with druggies getting their weekly piss tests from the reviews. So I was incredibly pleased with this experience! read more

Best Phlebotomy tech I've ever had. I have the worst veins, I hate needles, and I needed a lot of tests done so that meant a lot of blood drawn. I'm always nervous when going to give blood. Skyla, my lab tech, did an amazing job. She was kind and professional. I didn't even feel the needle. When my vein finally gave out, we moved to my hand for the last little bit needed. Again, barely felt a prick. The facility was clean. The online scheduling is super convenient and I used the stay in your vehicle check-in. All went smoothly. This visit for basic pre-employment testing started off poorly and kept going downhill. Their hours online were wrong so we rushed over thinking we had to make it before they closed at 4:00 when they really closed at 5:00. Online it's says M-F only but I heard them say they were open Saturday, so not sure how it's so off online. We tried calling to verify before going there but no one ever amswe When I arrived the lady behind the counter called someone else up as I stepped up to sign in. After she called another person up and ignored me, I asked if I needed to sign in. She said yes but told me to sit down and wait. After she had finished talking to everyone else, she finally asked me to come up and sign in rather than just letting me do it while I was up there. When I was finally asked to go back, they seemed confused about what sort of tests I was there for. Once that was figured out, they struggled to know which room to put me in because of computer issues. They finally got it all together and took me to the only bathroom available for urine tests, which had a line! As we waited, the staff talked to each other but not those of us waiting for tests. After I finished everything, we left and I realized that the receipt they gave me disagreed with the paperwork that my employer had given me. When I went back in and brought it to their attention, they said the system said one thing and my paperwork said another, so they had to go by the system--but they hadn't felt that was worth explaining before I left. I was very disappointed in their overall interactions and professionalism and will not return to this particular location. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They have no one at the front desk...still. All I came in here for was to pick up a specimen kit, they don't even have that as an option (that I noticed) on the express check-in iPad. What's worse is that you don't know how long your wait is going to be after you check-in. So you are just sitting there, twiddling your thumbs and annoyed. This system is not efficient at all. The automatic check in is fine. I have been to labs where they have that system, but they also tell you how long your wait is going to be. I understand the premise of first come first serve, but really, a 30+ min wait to give me a specimen kit? I think that's kinda ridiculous. read more

Customer service here is the worst I have ever seen. There is nobody at the reception desk and you have no idea when they will call you back. When I finally went to the back, I was told that they needed my confirmation printed despite the fact that everything they do here is electronic. Once I had faxed over my confirmation, I was then told to wait again. When I asked again, I was told in an extremely rude manner to go sit down and wait longer. When they finally came out again, he said "you ready". These people are extremely rude and don't really care that they are. The people here talk to you like you are stupid. You must sign in on an electronic device and put in all your info then sign in on their paper sign in log. They are abrasive when speaking with you. They were rude to a woman that was there the same time I was and then made a remark about her after she left while I was being helped at the window. I go for bloodwork once a quarter and have been pleased each time. I like to check in on kiosks. It's efficient. I've never made an appointment and realize I may have to wait. However, I've never waited long as they've gotten me in and out quickly. Staff is professional and place is very clean. read more

The staff was very nice, friendly, courteous and answered all my concerns. I'm glad I was told that next time I can make an appointment online and get my results which is even better. Do not take a paternity here they are a corrupt office , my child's mother and I went here for a court ordered paternity since she does not want to admit I am the biological father and does not want to tell anyone the name of the supposed biological father , when I entered the office my child's mother boyfriend was there and greeted me with saying it's not your child , so while holding back feelings of wanting to punch him in the face the male administrator came out to breaks us up , I then turned to him an said that her boyfriend started it and he turned around angry like he was going to do something but didn't an then we all sat down and waited to take the test , a few days past and my lawyer calls me with the results and says there wasn't a match , no matter how much I know it's my child I could do nothing , five years past still knowing it's my child and having my suspensions about that administrator tampering with the test because he knew her motive and discriminated against me because I don't look like a father figure type I continued to try and I found a site called choice dna that does a facial recognition dna algorithm analysis and my child and I came out to have 30% over the required limit for sharing the same relation , avoid Labcorp for a paternity at all cost , it is unimaginable that there are professionals out there that would do this but it happens and maybe more often than you'd think , thanks for reading through I hope this helps anyone out. read more
