Unfortunately I got bit 2 times today for whatever reason they couldn't find blood. Also felt my hematologist could've been a little more animated as opposed to being a zombie today on top of her apparently letting the less experienced person try to draw blood for me. I have come across good hematologists in the past at other Quest unfortunately though not here, won't return.

However, there was one occasion here when they couldn't find a doctor's order, so I left and went back home only to find out that the dude looking things up really didn't know what he was doing. (They called me back and said "Our bad," without seeming to give a rat's furry behind about my time and travel.) More recently, the phlebotomist drew my blood and wished me a wonderful day. The next day, I was informed that my blood "coagulated" and that I would need to return for another draw. I call bull. Though I went back and let them draw again, which was also a painless experience, I let them know that blood doesn't just coagulate in a vile. Not mine at least. (It didn't "coagulate on the second draw.) The truth is, someone mislabeled or mishandled my lab specimens. Why not just admit the mistake? There are other Quest locations around here, and I have and will continue to avoid this one.

I was called close to my scheduled time however I was told to go to another room because apparently a lady who I assume was a walk in had a problem with me going before her. She screamed out loud to the hematologist "I have been waiting!!" "Why is he going before me?" LOL I felt awkward about this and let it be. So I waited around 10 minutes and the hematologist called me in for that blood draw. Unfortunately she did not know how to draw blood because I got stuck 2 times with no blood drawn. She had to get a more experienced person and he was able to get it done on the first try. Thank goodness for him. Sadly I do not recommend coming here and I will definitely not be back here in the future.

She gave her the first dose since it was late and pharmacy was closed. As my daughter was putting it in her mouth I asked what it was and it was amoxicillin which she is allergic to. I smacked it out of her hand and she cancelled The script. She said it wasn't in her file. Fast forward to today, walk in with daughter. I ask the greeter to verify amoxicillin is in her allergy list. It is. NP comes in and tries prescribing amoxicillin again. She is a danger.to patients.AVOID this place. The service is awful; you never can't contact them by phone or email because none customer service numbers work. No one will answer and they don't have informacion available for customers I stop doing my job and personal matters to go in person to ask about my results, only to receive the response that it's not their problem.
