The woman at the service window and drew my blood was rude and condescending. I don't know how she keeps her job

I was turned away saying the dr wrote the script wrong. now I have to wait even longer with symptoms that are getting worse. I should also add this is a repeat of previous bloodwork that was taken at a different location and Quest refused to take the sample. in going to have to go to labcorp and pay out-of-pocket because they are not in network with my insurance just to find out what is going on with my health.

They did a whole bunch of paperwork, and then that same woman told her to come in the back, which she did. The two of them came back out and did a whole bunch more paperwork. There was NO ONE else there, and yet thirty minutes went by before the Quest receptionist ever looked at me or acknowledged me. The one woman at the counter, it turned out, was the entire Quest team: she was the receptionist, secretary, and blood drawler. Also phone answerer. I kinda expected her to pump gas and maybe play the accordion too. All in all it was a peculiar experience. The only good thing I will say is that when I finally got in the back to have my blood drawn, she was nice, and she managed to draw my blood without any problem. But even that doesn't make me want to give it two stars. There was something very Twilight Zone about the whole experience, and the creepy way that I was there, it was quiet and empty, and yet still nobody saw me or spoke to me.

That said, I have used this place a few times and other than the wait, which should absolutely be expected from any urgent care facility, they were pleasant and attentive. Had to take a friend here who was unwell with an oral infection and fever. They were understaffed, but checked back with us frequently. After seeing the nurse and the PA they ran a few tests and determined she had a server bacterial infection. Administered IV fluids and IV antibiotics as well as kept us there for monitoring for a couple hours. Again, with the exception of the expected wait times, it was a pleasant experience from the staff, and they discovered a deeper issue that was potentially life threatening.

My daughter was experiencing severe, stabbing abdominal pain. We waited nearly 2 hours in the waiting room, followed by another 2 hours in an exam room before a provider finally came in. After a very brief exam consisting of little more than touching her abdomen, we were told they would run labs and give her Pepcid or Maalox for what was described as a possible upset stomach. At that point, we had already been there for 4 hours, and my daughter was still in significant pain. Then we learned that the lab results would take another couple of hours to return and that the facility does not have ultrasound capability at night. That information should have been communicated during triage. Had we known 4 hours earlier that they could not perform one of the most common tests used to evaluate abdominal pain, we would have gone directly to an emergency room. We left with no answers, no diagnosis, and a child who was still in acute pain. I'll be checking the lab results on the patient portal in two hours and seeking emergency care elsewhere if her condition worsens. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not rely on this facility for serious medical treatment or any condition that may require imaging. I am going to assume that they are understaffed and underfunded.

Both Janice Wilkinson and Garrett Claremont earned five stars for their caring, positive, reassuring, patient-focused attitude which put me at ease and for their to-notch skill level. It's very difficult drawing my blood. Many fail. Garrett's skill level not only reflects his very extensive experience but that he has transcended to the level of the healing arts. You can't teach that. Got 8 vials from a tiny vessel on the top of my hand first try. Janice observed and picked up Garrett's lesson really fast and got ten vials from me the next day on the first try. A great team. Hardly any wait to get in and fast getting out. I highly recommend these wonderful pros.

Quest did not ask me for my information when I showed up. They said they had all my information from my doctor. But when the bill came they had my name wrong as well as my insurance company and information. They said the insurance company that they contacted did not have a customer with the name they provided (naturally as both were wrong) and I owed the full bill. I corrected my information and asked them to resubmit. They fixed my name but NOT my insurance information and so it was denied again. I have now submitted my insurance information with them multiple times online and on the phone (and it is VERY hard to get one of their representatives on the phone) and they keep resetting it back to the wrong information. I have spent hours on this. I am never, never, never getting a test done at quest again and recommend that you do not either.
