It was so disturbing I ended the appointment and left. I found this info on this technique: "Fishing/Probing: Blindly moving the needle side-to-side or rotating it under the skin to find a vein. This is considered dangerous and painful and should be stopped immediately." I'm so horrified they did this to my son.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I was given a solution to drink and had to sit and wait for an hour before the blood was drawn. (this is standard for the glucose test) after an hour i was promptly called back by the phlebotomist for him to draw blood. He was nice, friendly and chatted with me the whole time. It was all over in less than 5 minutes. I will be coming to this location for any additional blood work needed. The location is convenient, there is ample parking and no wait at all. Very happy with the services and the facility.

Aside from the wait, the experience was great. I hate needles but I had a really good tech who made it almost painless...I say almost because I'm still a big baby. I was having surgery on this Tuesday, which is the 23rd. my blood was drawn on the 19th. My blood work is missing.
