Go to lab corp! My neighbor and I coincidently went to get blood work at same time. She went to lab corp at building next to quest and I went to quest. She was in and out immediately and received her labs online the next day. I took almost an hr in their building bc they were having computer issues. The tech was talking too much and forgot a vial having to stick me twice. I'm also still waiting for my lab results 3 days later. Lesson learned, going to lab corp next time. read more

Quest diagnostics in Newton is only interested in patients with scheduled appointment and should take down the sign that saysthey accept walk ins. I arrived FIRST there and only one other person was also there, yet the woman in charge spent more time telling me why I would not get in for the lab work without an appointment than it would have taken to just accommodate me before it got busy. I had fasted as well, drove 30 mins to the facility - she was not remotely interested in helping me. Good job Newton Quest. I wont ever be back. The employees are great! The scheduling system is ridiculous. I have a serious situation that requires TSH to be checked if there is sudden issues. I called on Nov. 17. The service told me ALL locations are booked for over two weeks. The soonest appointment was October 8th!!! No way to speak to a person! Guess I'll see if Labcorp has a person! read more

I came to Quest labs for some routine blood work and also the Glucose tolerance test. I checked in at the kiosk and sat down. I was called in within 2 minutes. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was given a solution to drink and had to sit and wait for an hour before the blood was drawn. (this is standard for the glucose test) after an hour i was promptly called back by the phlebotomist for him to draw blood. He was nice, friendly and chatted with me the whole time. It was all over in less than 5 minutes. I will be coming to this location for any additional blood work needed. The location is convenient, there is ample parking and no wait at all. Very happy with the services and the facility. read more

Worst lab ever. I did a walk-in and when my turn came, I was treated by an annoying lab technician who greeted me with you should have an appointment. She saw someone she knew in the waiting room and she immediately tried to send me back to take them in. She took all my details and she asked me again to wait in the waiting room. I could not take it anymore and walked out. read more

I give this place a five star rating. I go for blood work at 7am in the morning never wait and staff is always pleasant.

The lab and the phlebotomists were fine. However, the timeliness of their lab results is poor. I received critical lab results 2 weeks after drawn for a test that onky takes 1 day because the other tests took longer. I received a very large bill for $1000 9 MONTHS after this labwork saying my insurance didn't pay for it and they took it upon themselves to place it on a hold to figure out what they wanted to charge me. This left me with the inability to appeal this with insurance due to their 6 month cutoff. Quest refused to lower bill and now I'm stuck paying it. Stick with Lab Corp. This company is horrible. read more

My father went to this specific location after having a sick visit with his PCP. As soon as he walked into the lab he was greeted with an "annoyed" worker because it was "close to closing time"...Like my father wanted bloodwork as it was, let alone by some rude emoloyee. After being rushed in and out my father was later admitted to the hospital for the same issue he had seen the doctor for. I cannot believe how poorly he was treated by the worker there. He has been in the hospital 3 days since that visit and the last thing he needed was some attitude from someone who receives their paychecks for drawing blood. I'm sure if the tides were turned she would have felt the same. It's a shame what some of these places have turned in to. What an awful experience... read more

This place is redicuulas no receptionist they yell your name from the back room no one come to the waiting room I was 10 minutes late for appointment and was put as walk in waited one hour and left and after looking at the people that take your blood I decided to pass will find another location very unprofessional if I could give zero star I would read more
