Horrible experience. Incompetent staff at the front desk. I made an appointment for 9am. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early and utilized the text check in. Checked in and was told my technician would text me when ready. I was texted and went in and went to the front desk. Was told to wait until I was called. Waited 40 minutes and the proceeded back to the desk. Was told I had been "pushed" through but she had no record of me being checked in. Then was told my insurance was out of Network( which it wasnt).. was told I would need to wait again. I asked for my lab orders back and left. Wasted an entire hour there. They need to do better and hire people that actually know how to do their job and what good customer care is. read more

Overall good experience. This was my first time using lab corps. I was a walk-in, checked myself in on the tablet after being prompted by the front desk, waited maybe 20 minutes. There were about 7 others waiting. The ladies at the front desk were friendly enough and the woman who drew my blood was quick, gentle and made pleasant conversation. The place was clean and what you would expect from a business such as this, Id return and recommend lab corps to others. read more

When I walked in I was not greeted and I had to figure out myself how to check in so that was a negative for me. Very non personal check in, you are on your own. After I got through the check in it was ok. read more

Not sure why people are complaining! I've been here 3 times and will continue every 3 months for bloodwork, but staff have always been pleasant, one time I had to wait 10 min but who cares it's life, other time didn't have to wait. read more

I must start my review by saying I was not impressed by the staff at Labcorp in Sierra vista on Fry Blvd, they were very rude, no smiles, and unwelcoming. My parents are new to the area & have established a Dr in the area, and we needed to have blood drawn so we went to Labcorp which was a big mistake. The staff were shop talking and didn't acknowledge our presence we didn't know we had to check in at the tablet and then our name would be called. Overall I will not be bringing my parents back to labcorp, the staff are a joke very unprofessional. There are other options in the area for bloodwork and I found Sonora Quest Laboratories off the 92. I believe the address is 1150 off the 92 suite E. I believe in looking for options especially when staff are rude when it comes to medical centers, hospitals, & clinics. Good luck & be your own advocate. read more

Labcorp in Sierra Vista is an excellent facility, great people, always helpful with questions, being able to schedule an appointment is really helpful when you don't want to sit and wait. Really appreciate the ability to access lab results on line and keep record of results. HIghly recommend Labcorp Sierra Vista. read more

I've used Lapcorp roughly five times since moving to Sierra Vista three years ago. I have never had an issue. They're always very polite, quick yet efficient. I showed up an hour early for an appointment today and Jackie got me right in and even took the time to check for my lab order as I had forgotten mine at home. A woman named Linda drew my blood and went over the instructions of a home sample kit for me in detail as I had no idea what to do. As I was leaving, Ozni and Jackie behind the front desk were very polite and acknowledged me on my way out. read more

Have been two more times. Today I arrived an hour earlier then scheduled in the hopes of getting my labs completed I time for work call. I noticed TWO employees & found out that complaints by doctors had been made to LabCorp about personnel shortages. Despite six people there when I arrived I was still inprocessed & "stuck" 35 minutes before my appointment. Both ladies were polite & fun. The hours are very inconvenient. 8-4 and close for lunch at 12-1. I got there at 1:00 and signed in and the didn't turn on the lights and open the window until 1:15. The person at the window was very rude and was actually like us as the patients where bothering her. She absolutely had the I don't want to be here attitude. When I finally got back and they poked me 3 times because they couldn't get a vein I left there bruised and late for work because they couldn't manage to open on time. I had to take a lot of time to calm down after taking my wife there on Monday. We are both elderly people 72, and 82. Well you can't ask for help working the box in the corner to check in 1. scan your drivers license ? wife's 82 has not driven in years . Oh you can just scam an I.D. Ok. Military I.D. card. " we don't take them" ? OK, can we get some help ? that fell on two sets of deaf ears..... Do you have insurance ? yes, Medicare and Tricare for life, then out of the blue, I need your Medicare card and your Military I.D. card ! I said I thought you didn't take Military I.D. cards ? Oh, we have to know how to bill Tricare for services. The people that run the labcorp at 2241 E FRY BLVD SIERRA VISTA, AZ 85635 need to tell the people acting like they worked in the office, need to be told what costumer service is or write it on there foreheads so when they look at each other doing nothing, they will have something interesting to read ! They will be able to actually help someone instead of playing on the phones ! read more

Have used this location a few times, they are okay BUT you can't trust their hours, although they are supposedly open until 4:00 pm I went there at 3:00 pm today (Friday) and there was notice on doors stating that office is "temporarily" closed. I waited about 15 minutes outside in case someone would show up, but then gave up. I think they just decided to leave early because it's Friday! I think I would not complain about this EXCEPT I had made an APPOINTMENT for 3:00 pm .... so someone should have been there! read more

The wait in this place is too long. Not too sure why there is a review indicating speedy processing times. They should be open during lunch hours. It would alleviate the wait times. And they close too early as well. read more

Stay away form this lab. Used this lab twice per year for over 5 years with fast and courteous service until today. Over 1 hours and 30 minute wait because they only have one employee to do everything from check-in to collection to cleaning the office. She is wonderful and does the best she can with zero support from the company. Same employee informed me that it's been like that for over 2 months now. Never again!!! read more

I have always used Lab Corp and have been very happy with your service. Today however was an exception because of the long wait. Why do you have one person working the front desk and drawing blood? One Person!! The young lady was very pleasant and a great phlebotomist but she needs help! Apparently she has kept the office together for awhile, according to other patients. Please get that young lady some help and maybe you will receive better reviews. read more

I would never, ever recommend this place to ANYONE. This has to be by far the most disgusting, unprofessional facility I have ever been to. The receptionist took my blood, did not wash her hands prior, and was very rough when inserting the needle. When I walked in, there was a dirty, bloodied bandage on the lobby floor, not to mention all the dirt and bugs among that. When I entered the room to get my blood drawn, the medical paper on the seating bench hadn't been changed in who knows how long, was also covered in strains and ripped giving it away. It was by far the worst service and most dirty facility I have even been to. If I could give this no stars, I would. read more
