I was hospitalized there after going to ER. Everyone who I came in contact with were super kind and treated me with respect.

Be sure to ask how much your xray will cost you. I had two chest xrays that cost $933. Never going there again.

Prompt and curteous. But you many need to wait a few hours if there are worse cases in front of you.

Nonetheless, and found most of the nurses provided proficient care, and made me feel more comfortable about undergoing surgery. Especially commendable were Alex and Sabine, two nurses who interviewed me during my pre-anesthesia visit in May. I was also very surprised and elated to receive a thank you note from the entire OR staff of nurses, nurse anesthesiologist, Dr. Nuzzo, the wonderful and skillful orthopedic surgeon who performed the surgery, and his PA-C, Jared Haymore. Their thoughtfulness, and kind and compassionate patient care is definitely appreciated and commendable! Thanks to all of you for your exceptional care!!!

After he said they could run more 'tests' I left and went to another hospital. There they found I had a perforated duonal ulcer and immediately sent me to TMC in Tucson. I passed out when we got there and went directly into the OR for 2.5 hours and spent the next 7 days in TMC. The surgeon said when I came in I was rapidly failing. He also said if I had wanted any longer I would have died. Then, I the 7th of August, 2026, I was again transported to the ED with upper chest pain upon taking a deep breath. After all my tests, include a chest x-ray and a chest CT with contrast, everything had come back normal. So, they wanted to do a cardia cath but decided against it due to not finding anything wrong that would warrant it. I asked them if it. could be pleurisy and they ignored me. They tried Nitro pills and Nitro patch with did absolutely nothing to stop the pain, but Morphine did lessen it. I was then sent hope to make an appointment with personal cardiologist. Twice now they have misdiagnosed me.

We've never been here for emergency care but my wife has had 2 full knee replacements done there,…read more13 months apart, one in Dec 2022 and one in Nov 2021. And both times, the nursing and support staff were wonderful and caring. The room was clean and comfortable and the night staff did their tasks without being overbearing or disruptive to the much needed rest. And the "hospital" food was actually quite tasty. And I had a couple of lunches in the downstairs cafeteria. The food was very good and fairly priced. She had absolutely no problems with check-in, pre-op, surgery, post-op recovery and her one-bed room. We have nothing but praise for the nurses and other support staff. Any issue she had was immediately addressed and resolved. They kept her an extra day to make sure her vitals were up to normal levels. Any questions I had were answered quickly and fully. So we knew she was in good hands. I know a lot of people prefer other local hospitals, but we have absolutely no reason to go somewhere else for planned or emergency health care.

To all technicians and hospitals... I CALL BS! You know damn well you can do this but choose not to! Apparently there seems to be some written rules now governing "anything that deals with a woman's breasts... MUST get a mammogram first! Thats the golden standard." In the last ten years we've gone from a women's choice to ask/receive to now being denied anything other than a mammogram! Dear technicians and hospitals, the frigging mammogram CANNOT image those areas only breasts. What are you afraid of? Liability? Untrained professionals? Insurance companies telling you to push one vs the other? No worries sent your response to state/national representatives. Who knows... maybe the "my choice and my body" motto will be good for something more!

I hit my head hard, several cuts from hitting gravel on my hands and a horrible wound on my arm. All areas had dirt and pine needles imbedded. At first my nurses and other care takers were very kind. Then the shift changed. I had to ask for something to put on one of the wounds that was bleeding. The nurse asked, and her exact snarky reply was "well what do you want...a bandaid! My first nurse had wrapped gauze around a bleeding finger as a temporary fix until an antibacterial ointment could be applied. I had to ask snarky nurse if she was going to replace the gauze and add the ointment and she told me "no". "I have no idea what she (nurse #1) was doing and I'm not messing with it. Hearing a doctor saying loudly enough for me to hear him saying, "ok, Let's try not to kill anybody tonight" to the nursing staff... well that to me was very unprofessional.
