I went to Wise to see a doctor/nurse about my international travel to asia. The attendant at the…read morefront desk wanted to know why i was there. Since the chairs are in the same room there is no patient privacy. Despite my requests to see the nurse even as i was willing to pay, i had to tell her and others heard. She indicated that it wasnt a valid reason to see the doctor and she would not let me see her. I could not believe it. I asked her to talk to the nurse and she did but then came back and told me that the answer was no. I said, are you really not going to let me see the nurse? She said yes... I dont recommend going here for medical services...

When I first checked in two of the staff asked for my name and location of my pharmacy. For some unknown reason they said that my pharmacy was Acme Foods and I corrected them. Much to my surprise, they sent the prescriptions to Acme which is 3.5 hours away in New Jersey. The front office staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. When we informed them where the prescriptions were sent they refused to address the issue and insisted that it was sent to Giant. It goes without saying, once we determined that the doctor we saw didn't have another location, we were so upset and refused to deal with the front office staff that we won't be going here in the future! Based on our experience, I hardly think that our treatment by the office staff is an isolated incident.

There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!

My appointment was set for 4:30p & I was not seen for an hour+ without forthcoming communication of what the delay was for. I had to ask at least 3 times and their response was just "trying", yet I'm sure if I used that same reason as to why I was "trying" to be on time for my appointment but was an hour late, I'm sure I would've been charged for my absence. I don't appreciate my time being dismissed, especially without communication. But to address care quality once seated in a room, was fine. The staff in that regard was attentive and quick.
