I had to have lab work done here per my Dr. Request. They do take walk ins. Upon entering there is no one at the desk but a kiosk. Telling you to put in your information, insurance, etc and take a seat. If this is your first time here it can be confusing. Especially if you don't follow directions. I looked around. Read the kiosk, entered my info and waited. I actually was called within minutes of checking in. So I assume I came at a good time. It was around 1pm. She called me back. Confirmed the info that I entered. I had my referral in hand of the blood work needed. She took the referral, Confirmed my labels with me before drawing my blood and guess what. She got it right on the first stick. Now that's always a plus in my book. Next thing I was on my merry way. Wouldn't hesitate to return if needed. Overall 4.5 stars. read more

I made an appointment for 9:10am & waited an hour before they called me back. Waiting room was packed, absolutely ridiculous

This is my usual Quest location that I go to and always a "walk in." I don't expect to be called immediately and I don't mind the wait (60 minutes). I think the techs did a phenomenal job being shorthanded. They kept a good attitude, checked everything for accuracy, pleasantly answered questions and performed a quick painless blood draw. To other customers, please don't continuously whine when you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment and only wait an additional 30 minutes. Get a live person on the phone. Every time that I try to get a hold of the lab located at 200 Hospital Drive, suite 103. I get an automated recording with no option to reach a live person. read more

I'm very impressed with Quest Diagnostics. I came in today to have some blood work done and was seen within minutes of my arrival. The front staff was very friendly and helpful too. JoAnn, the phlebotomist who did my blood work was so sweet, thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable and I'm happy I found Quest Diagnostics. read more

Super friendly and helpful. Had to translate Labcorp codes to Quest codes. Took a little time but they were willing to help. Took blood and was gentle as possible. Very caring for their patients. Nice people. read more

Came in on Saturday at 10:00am to try to take a pre employment drug test was told that that they stop doing them 1 hr before they close but I could come back on Monday. I asked if I should make a appointment & was that is was not necessary that if I came in by 8:30 I would be in and out in in under 30 minutes got in at 8:00am check in & was told that I would be seen at 10:30 left went home came back at 10 o'clock sat for 45 minutes was finally scene. Had bloodwork done for a new pregnancy, and despite my doctor ordering a test WITH GENDER, the lab tech declined it on my lab slip. My doctors office says the lab can't change my lab orders yet they did, but "don't know how it happened". The doctors office called the lab to have them finish the test and I'm STILL waiting over a week later for results. NOT HAPPY!! read more

Front desk was super rude as soon as I came in, all because I went to the kiosk and was having trouble with it. I didn't even get to ask a question, she immediately told me to check in at the desk. Obviously I had an issue if I came straight to the desk after going to the kiosk. Calm down lady. It's not my fault you have 15 people in the waiting room. read more

If you expect speedy service go elsewhere. I've been here 30 minutes so far and have not even been checked in for lab work. There are 10 people in the waiting room and it appears as if there is on 1 lab tech working on a Thursday morning. They have a display where they list your wait time and after putting your name into a tablet for self check in it said my wait time was 6 mins, 30 mins later it still says 6 mins. The front desk rep disappears for several minutes at a time, no wonder people aren't being checked in. There are plenty of other labs in the area, don't make the mistake I just made, aviod this place! read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR TRAVEL.....two days later still waiting on results and flight leaves too early in the morning. Go somewhere else.....website says 1-2 days now I am being told that they have up to 3 days. So must cancel trip unless I can find a place to do rapid testing ASAP read more

I really prefer quest labs, and I have to go for bloodwork 3 times per week. I have a refractory bone infection and Im taking 3 meds that have to be monitored weekly.. This has been going on for a year. The technicians have always been friendly and competent. I am a "hard stick" because of chronic dehydration and anemia. At another large testing lab in the area I have typically made made to feel like I am making trouble for them on purpose, or something - as if they are really put out when it takes longer to test me. I have never gotten that attitude at quest. Some quest locations are extremely busy because they do drug testing there - for employment screening, random testing for DOT etc., Appointments are available. You make them online and I can attest, they are honored. read more
