Spoke to her multiple times and she apparently just wanted me wait endlessly to make an appointment on her check-in list instead of just taking my registration number so I could complete my urine test. Finally spoke to a nice gentleman there, finally received my registration number and processed me in the system. For some reason he kept in going on about how you need a registration, which I already had so I didn't understand that. Left multiple voicemails to the office manager De Santis about the peculiar experience I had with Susana. A manager really needs to speak to her on hold to optimize the check in process. I understand she's playing multiple roles but she can do better.

No one ever showed up so I left and never got a call back. Go anywhere else besides this place.

The strip mall is very nicely maintained, but the waiting room of this facility was horrible! There was literally no light in the waiting area. The tile floor would have been lovely if it wasn't filthy! There were ten dining room chairs that looked like they were someone's cast-offs. There was a mentally ill patient acting out, and several people who looked like they were suffering from DTs. Honestly, it looked like what I think a jail waiting room would look. After 30 minutes, only one patient had been checked in due to the staff person's efforts being expended on keeping the crazies in line. The more I thought about it, I didn't want someone taking my blood based on the filthy conditions of the waiting room. It was awful!

This test is not held at your conventional location. Tests are held at the American Legion Hall, partitioned with setup dividers for privacy. Everyone is waiting their turn in the same room as testing is done. When you arrive for your test you're greeted by someone who takes your info and then you complete your sign in via iPad. The person greeting you is very professional, polite and friendly. Depending on what testing you've requested depends on how many tests you have done. After each test you return to the sitting area and wait for your name to be called for your next test. The whole appt took less than an hour. Medical staff on hand was professional and friendly. These tests are not something you'd have done in your doctors office, it's really if you're looking for additional answers regarding your health. You receive your results in the next few days to the next few weeks via email. All results provide a link for your sign in. You can then bring these results to your doctors appt to discuss.

I had to come here for n MRI and had the worst experience ever…read more Shuema, can't remember how it's spelled. What a horrific level of care this was. First she yelled at me for not filling out the form correctly (not true) and for not letting them know I had a failed attempt previously because I had metal in my toe, which I let everyone know, even her, before we started. She yelled why did they send me down here with the form not correctly filled out. Not true. I tried to explain to her that yes it was filled out correctly and I indicated the metal ( under where wire is indicated in the questions) She kept arguing with me and telling me no you didnt! She said I didn't mark it off, that it was not checked off pointing at the form saying you marked all no's. Not true. I didn't have my glasses on so it was hard for me to see . I told her it was checked off as a yes and asked to see the form. I pointed it out where I indicated the metal to her and all she said was oh, no apologies nothing. Then grabbed the paper out of my hand. She was so rude! Then they had the MRI machine setup for the wrong foot, I had to tell her that. She proceeded to squeeze my injured foot pretty hard I yelled out that that hurts to please stop, no , continued squeezing my foot into the plastic guide. After the procedure Mary, her assistant couldn't figure out how to get me out of the machine. I had to point out which button to push to let the table move back. Shuema came from behind me and yanked out my ear plug, with no warming, which hurt and scared me. I told her to stop and removed the other one my self. I am was so mad I filed a report! I broke down crying when I got back to my room. My anxiety was through the roof! I wanted her reprimanded for her very unprofessional conduct. But I'll never know what happened. A patient advocate came to talk with me and go over my report. She told me it's hospital policy to do an in-house investigation of the complaint, which remains private.
