If I could give NO stars I would. I was "helped" (if that's what you want to call it) by two oddly enough, very sweaty employees who seemed to hate their job, were all around cold in demeanor, and honestly seemed lifeless. Neither guy cracked a smile, offered any warmth or customer service, and both seemed very bothered they had to do their job. From the paperwork to the prep, it all seemed like we were an inconvenience. They had to take blood from my 3 year old son who was so precious and brave and didn't even move. He just sat their crying, as they attempted to poke him TWO times! I swear they were moving the needle around as if it were a metal detector searching for gold in the sand or something. On top of it, they DIDN'T even find a vein and said we had to return the next day because he was probably dehydrated. This didn't make sense to me, as my child drinks plenty of fluids throughout the day, but nonetheless, I trusted them, prepared my son by having him drink even more fluids and apprehensively returned the next day. They still couldn't find a vein after one poke on each arm and then one on his hand!!! I felt extremely bad for my son and to this day, feel guilty about it. I should have never trusted these people nor brought him back a second time around. I made it up to him with ice cream, a paw patrol stuffy and more, but I still feel bad about it!! I should have trusted my dang instincts after the first dumb attempt they made. On top of it all, they weren't even apologetic or warm or nice to my son or me after the fact. They simply did not care. You would think since he is so little and sweet, it would have softened their hearts, but not at all. They didn't even offer the guy a lollipop or stickers or nothing. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Came in for a drug test. Their testing hours are 1pm-430pm. I arrived at 12:45pm. They where "updating" the computer - it just seemed like the person was locked out. In any case we waited for over 45 minutes just for them to help the first person: me in This case. I can understand something coming up. The lack of sense of urgency / good service is the reason for my original one star and now four. The Collector Jason Barrett saved this review. He was actually considerate and kind. Way to raise this review by 3 stars. Good service skills go a looooong way. read more

I was accepted quickly as a walk-in on Thursday at 11:45-- the check in machine had me in the system from previous appointments and once that was established my wait time was less than five minutes. There were three other people waiting. The reception personnel were friendly and I give the technician (Jason?) who did the draw five stars. read more

I wanted to give a shout-out to Jordan. I have extremely bad veins and need blood taken from my hands. Jordan put a warm pack on my hand, picked carefully, poked me once, and filled all the vials! No big bruise! I'm diabetic and need to have my blood drawn regularly. So for me the person doing the draw is extremely important. Jordan is the best!!! read more

I have chronic health issues that require I get routine labs. I always go here. The staff isn't friendly. They act put out to do their job but I figure "be kind & just get in & out." I went in today to have routine labs done but this time my Dr wanted to do a covid antibody test as well. Since I'm immune compromised she wanted to check for past exposure to coronaviruses. Anyone who understands these covid tests will know THEY CAN NOT ISOLATE SARS-Cov2 much less distinguish between the common cold & this new strain. But apparently the staff here either doesn't know this or is afraid of the common cold because you get treated like a walking death threat if they think you're contagious. The guy who took my paperwork looked at it & said loudly enough for everyone to hear, "Are you sick?" (So much for patient privacy) To which I quietly answered "yes" (because I'm thinking "yeah, dude I have chronic health issues. I'm not here every few months for fun") But he apparently took it as contagious, to which he replied "I'm not drawing your blood. Go to the hospital". Which took me completely by surprise. I was so shocked at his rudeness & refusal to help that all I could think to ask was why the hell they were there if it wasn't to draw the blood of sick people & then I left to find another Labcorp only to arrive during operating hours & have them be closed with NO notice on their door as to why. To Labcorp, How ironic that in an effort to protect the public from "covid", & especially immune compromised people such as myself, your policies are not only delaying care but making it nearly impossible to get the care we need. Not to mention increasing OUR risk of exposure with stupid directives to "go to the hospital" for basic labs which btw isn't feasible. It's difficult enough to just get out of the house without the added burden of rude "healthcare" staff, wild goose chases to find an open lab & stupid policies that make accessing care more expensive & difficult. The policy of not drawing from "symptomatic people" needs to have some logic applied to it. Because denying access to care based solely on symptoms on the "Covid" screening list means many of us can never have labs drawn again if we answer your questions honestly because we LIVE with many of these symptoms due to chronic health issues which are NOT contagious. If your staff is so fearful of "sick people" maybe they're in the wrong field. If you can't be kind and CARING to the sick, maybe stop working in healthCARE. Regardless if someone has an active contagious infection or a chronic condition that's NO excuse to treat us like trash to be tossed out of your building. You CHOSE to work in healthCARE so CARE or get a new job. Many of us would be stoked to be healthy enough to serve the suffering, contagious or not, rather than be routinely treated like lepers by those we PAY to CARE for us. How you treat a patient has lasting consequences. Do better or get out of the field. read more

Labcorp is THE WORST!!!! I've gone through them for my new employee drug screening in the past and they said something was wrong with my urine sample so I had to do it 3 times! How baffling for someone who's never done drugs before. So I had to make a special request to go to Quest instead. Here I am today for another new employee drug screening with my appointment confirmation at the door of Labcorp... and lo and behold.... they closed without even notifying me LOLLLLLLLL thank you for being so consistently awful read more

Went to lab corp Placentia for my 90 yo mother's blood draw. The md office couldn't find a vein to draw blood but the Placentia phlebotomist Nathalya found it no problem! Very grateful that she did. Wait was very short and check in on the computer was easy. Will use them in the future. read more

Showed up with no appointment on a Monday afternoon. Check-in was quick, bloodwork was quick and everyone there was nice and professional.

Im so unhappy with this place. I went here SIX TIMES since pregnancy. At my first two visits, everything was fine. However, this lady came along after my 2nd visit and she's so rude!!! She treats people so bad! Like cattle. There was a girl getting drug tested for work purposes and this lady told her what to do but forgot to mention one thing. I heard so I know she didn't mention it. And the lady took it out on the girl saying she needed to pay attention and because of this mess up, she'll have to do the test again! By this time, I was already waiting to get blood drawn for my 2nd trimester and that lady did it. Ugh! When she walked in, I guess I looked so irritated, she was like, "what?" Lmao The next time I went, that same lady told me my order for blood wasn't going to be valid because I had signed the order form. She went crazy and asked my why I signed it. I said it was because the nurse at my obgyn told me to on the day I got it. I signed it in front of the nurse. It took a whole month for the results to get to my doctor. Not sure what the big deal of me signing the order was. I believe I had been told to do so before. Lastly, I had to do my gestational diabetes test. I failed the 1 hr test so I had to do the gestational tolerance test that is 3 hours. I noticed the bottle was expired so I told the guy phlebotomist. He told me I should be fine and since the bottle was just a couple of weeks expired, I didn't see the harm. 30 minutes after I drink the bottle of that syrupy drink, he calls me in and says the test won't be valid. I flipped out. How can someone say I'll be fine AND THEN say the test won't be valid after I drink 100 grams of glucose in 3 minutes!!! He said he had called his boss who told him I'd have to do it again. I was so angry and drunk off sugar on an empty stomach as you have to fast for this test. I was so angry I was crying when I got home. Do yourself a favor & try the Anaheim one. They are really nice there. The lady is rude and bitter and that guy is just incompetent. read more

This place is a joke. The staff very unprofessional. That being said if you're going for a drug test it's only between 1 to 330 each day. Not regular hours like are posted on Google or their site. Make sure you watch what they are doing. The lady who came in before me for a blood test, I think for work , but the lab tech didnt do the steps correctly, because of this "discussion" I had to wait an extra 35 mins. If you're going for a drug test for work make sure you can fill about 5 ounces of urine in the cup, that's how much they need. They will give you an hour more to drink water. But if you cant fill it, a new cup each time, you fail and its logged as noncompliant read more

This location is good. The staff is quick and helpful. They have good attitudes. Especially the female staff.

My phlebotomist (Vanessa) was so gentle and did such a great job! Often, people have a hard time with my veins but she found it easily and we were done before I could even worry about another mis-poke!!! read more

Showed up 10 min before appt and was seen right away. The woman who drew my blood was AMAZING! Great bedside manner and as painless as possible for squeamish me. Wish I got her name. Only reason for 4 stars is that I wish they supplied hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for urine samples, especially since the sink (broken?) to wash your hands is outside the restroom read more

Big Bertha at the front desk acts and behave exactly how she looks, like someone who hasn't gotten laid in a long time. She was pretty rude because I didn't want to leave my credit card on file so they can just charge me with whatever they want. They need to provide me with an actual bill instead of an estimate before I pay anything. Why would I leave my credit card number on file? You're just asking for your credit card info to be stolen if you do. read more

This review is specifically for Leslie. I came in 9/30 around 3:15 pm and was met with a lot of patients waiting to be seen as well as getting their blood work. I learned that Leslie was here entering each patient AND drawing the blood while carefully cleaning between each patient BY HERSELF. She was very professional and remained calm despite the multiple patients she was assisting and I am writing this because I feel her efforts and great work ethic needs to be recognized. read more

I love working here. Only downside is that sometimes we are short staffed so it is harder to expedite our patients. We only have one bathroom and out location also does drug screens. Had a donor Kelli S. come in for a pre employment screening and she wanted to cut in line and use the bathroom in front of 3 other donors who had already been waiting for 20 minutes to do their own screenings. Informed her politely that she would have to wait in the order of check in and informed her we only had one bathroom. She seemed fine and sat down. Upon leaving we told her to have a good day and she responded in kind. A few days later my coworker and I are getting complained about by this same individual stating she should have "peed on the floor right there so we could clean it up". That's really professional. Well she came back yesterday for another screening so I guess our service must not have been that bad. read more

Should read 3.5 stars After reading reviews about this place I was pretty nervous about going here. But sometimes 11 reviews doesn't tell the whole story. In my case, Labcorp was a little better than A-OK which for a lab that quickly draws blood, is really all I need. Made an appointment to get some standard lab tests run and walked in with orders from my doc. I checked in at the desk, sat down to wait and was called in very close to my appointment time. The blood drawing room is a little cramped and awkward with 2 blood drawing stations where you can sit and a table where you can lay down. So you might be sitting in your chair, trying not to cry from the anxiety of it all and staring into the face of another guy also trying not to cry...and while we're on the thread around awkwardness you also might be laying down on the table trying not to cry while another nurse tech pours some embarrassed looking guy's urine from a collection glass into a specimen jar maybe 6 feet from you. At any rate, awkward interactions aside, the woman that took my blood was excellent. I felt a little pinch and it was over quickly with minimal pain; she totally knew what she was doing. The facility itself looks kind of run-down, and the reviews that talk about excessive signage are true...there are a number of printed signs that make the place look a little cluttered. That being said, there seemed to be a lot of folks in the waiting room doing pre-employment drug tests so some of that signage (like the one stating that if you're rude to the workers, they will report it to your potential employer) might be necessary. My take on this place is that if you're looking to do lab tests at a super nice, leather couches in the waiting room type of place, this isn't the facility for you. But if you want to be in and out in 20 minutes (with an appointment), get your blood drawn by a professional and can overlook some papers, clutter and awkwardness then this is a great place for you. 2 gentlemen that works there are very professional and kind. So fast and easy. Drug test done, in and out.

WOW, all I can say if WOW. Back in July we went to this location and had a horrible experience, specifically with the front desk person. Wrote a review on it as well. Even though it was a bad experience, the location is the most convenient to us, so this morning we went and was wonderfully surprised. The site has been completely remodeled and looks great. The first thing out of my wife's mouth was about how clean it was. Check in was a breeze and with a very pleasant gentleman. Polite and helpful, no more rude demanding of credit cards even though we don't have a co-pay. The phlebotomist was also very efficient and knowledgeable. Very good at what he does. What a wonderful change! I wonder if Labcorp read the reviews and made the changes. No matter why, we were very impressed. read more

First off the inside of the lab is very gross and I was pretty uncomfortable the moment I got there. Then after giving them my paper work and insurance they told me I wasn't covered and sent me away. If they actually looked at the paperwork my doctor provided it was a prepaid visit. After I went to a Quest Lab nearby one of the first things the receptionist told me was that the people at LabCorp sent me away because they didn't want to deal with the paperwork. I was appalled! She gladly assisted me even though she didn't have to and got everything I needed to get done and then I went on my way. So if you are going to visit this lab please don't. Go to the nearby quest instead. It's just around the corner. They may just send you away anyways. read more

This Labcorp is the worst we have ever been to. The overall feeling of the office is unclean and run down. At the front desk, the girl who checked my husband in was very rude, condescending, and seemed burdened by him being there. When she was given the blood work order form from the doctor, she was incompetant and couldn't even find the info she needed on the form, and when my husband helped her kindly, she was still smug. The actual tech who took my husband's blood was Raj, and was very nice and helpful, as well gave my husband a painless and pleasant experience. We will never return to this location, it was only because of another doctor appointment across the street is why we came today. Lesson learned. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk receptionist (of Middle Eastern descent, given her accent) is very, and extremely, rude. She will roll her eyes at you, dismiss you and whatever you may have to say, and then snap at you to sit down. She even told me, "I know you're here! Just sit down!" I don't intent on coming here for customer service. I understand the circumstance and purpose of this facility. I came to this LabCorp location since it was very close to my home. I called the day before and they made it very clear testings are done between 1-4pm only. Ok, no problem, showed up at 3pm and said no sorry can't do it because it was after Fed-Ex pick up hours. You have to come back another day or go somewhere else. Ok still no problem came back the next day at 1pm and after 35min of waiting they tell me they don't have the kits to provide the test at that location, so they send me to the Fullerton location. Still no problem, I understand stuff happens. Next day I show up to the Fullerton location and they say they no longer provide that kind of tests anymore and I had it. Horrible horrible service, both locations extremely unprofessional. They seemed like they were hanging more at home than doing their jobs, you could tell they acted like we were bothering them. I don't have any idea how this corporation is in business. Hated it!!! Staff was very rude and they all had a major attitude problem. I'd give this place -5 stars if I could.
