Fortunately I was lucky enough to arrive at a slow time but I was immediately impressed how friendly and efficient the staff was. As my injury was just a minor arm laceration I was able to focus on the surroundings and the quality of service I was about to receive. After a very short wait I was escorted to the treatment room by the physicians assistant who collected my vital signs. She was exceptionally pleasant and professional. The physician arrived shortly thereafter and treated my wound with care with the utmost degree of professionalism. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

We have amazing insurance and typically pay a zero copay for all in-network visits aside from ER visits. After she was charged I called our insurance and found out that urgent cares can bill under different codes some of which make them fall under the ER visit category. My issue wasn't the fact they bill in that way it was that she wasn't told until after she had been seen and we didn't have the option to seek other care that would be covered for her non emergency issue. The doctor himself called me to discuss the issue and apologized for how it was handled. He adjusted the charge and refunded my daughter the copay. We did not ask for a refund or expect one because we weren't disputing his services. He was very kind, authentic and did not dismiss my concerns. I truly appreciate and am impressed with how he handled the situation. It is clear he cares more about his patients and practice then he does profit and truly strives to do the right thing. He could give a masterclass in customer service.

Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. I asked why I was skipped the doctor said it was because the other patient was "just an injection". What is the point of a waitlist when they don't go in order. Why is there no lunch coverage from another provider daily so they can actually see all the patients? As I was leaving ANOTHER patient who came in 30 minutes after me was called in. It is now 1240 and I will not be seen before the 1pm break when I checked in almost 90 minutes prior. No point in trying to be seen here

I received a text to check-in before my appointment and did so as soon as I arrived. I believe I was the first appointment of the day so I only waited a couple of minutes before being called in. The nurse practitioner, Jazmine, who helped me was so friendly, patient, and thorough. I didn't feel rushed during my visit at all and she was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me. I honestly wouldn't mind driving back to this location the next time I need basic care.

Instead of receiving prompt medical attention, we waited while she continued to worsen. The facility itself was unclean and run-down. There was graffiti inside, and the overall environment did not feel safe or professional. It also seemed like the staff were not adequately trained to recognize or respond to an allergic emergency. As my daughter's condition continued to deteriorate, I made the decision to leave and take her directly to the emergency department at Children's Hospital of Orange County, where she received the care she needed. I was visiting from out of state, which made this experience even more stressful. I sincerely hope I am not billed for a visit where no meaningful medical care was provided. I would not recommend this urgent care, especially for anyone experiencing a potentially serious medical issue. My experience left me feeling scared, frustrated, and deeply disappointed.

Drove back here and one of the doctors I met back in September of 2025 told me that it's a mild allergic reaction to amoxicillin because it's kind of a common one. I was shocked and gave her that "are you deadass look"? She wasn't joking. Another doctor came in and he took a look at the allergic reaction I had. It wasn't severe or anything. He took a sample from my throat to see if it was anything else. He was really reassuring.

This visit, however, was very disappointing. I scheduled what was advertised as an "appointment" through the urgent care's website, expecting that my reserved time would reduce my wait. After arriving, checking in, and waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist about the delay. I was then told that the appointment doesn't actually begin until you physically check in at the clinic, meaning patients are essentially placed into the same queue as walk-ins. What concerns me most is that this information was not made clear when I scheduled online. Instead, the explanation was provided only after I arrived at the clinic through a notice at check-in. In my opinion, that's too late. If an online "appointment" does not reserve a specific place in line or appointment time, that should be clearly disclosed on the website before patients book--not after they've already taken time out of their day to come in. To me, advertising an appointment system without clearly explaining how it actually works is misleading. Patients reasonably expect that an appointment reserves a time for them. If the process is really first come, first served after check-in, that should be communicated upfront so people can make an informed decision. Many people choose urgent care instead of the emergency room because they want timely care for non-emergency issues. A scheduling system that functions like a walk-in line defeats that purpose and creates unnecessary frustration. As someone who has been a loyal, returning patient for years, this experience has unfortunately changed my opinion of this clinic. Because of this policy and the lack of transparency, I no longer feel comfortable returning. It's disappointing to say, but they have lost my business. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect, and I sincerely hope the clinic improves its communication by being honest and transparent about how its scheduling process actually works. The doctor was able to quickly assess that they are in the early stages and refused proceeding with the procedure and instead prescribed some antibiotics and that i soak my feet in warm water mixed with Epsom salt. The office was aware that I am currently injured, on medical leave, and experiencing ongoing back and knee pain. When I arrived, I was told that the provider who was supposed to see me had left for lunch, and I was asked to sit and wait for about 30 minutes. I find this very concerning and disrespectful to patients. People come to your office because they are not feeling well. If an appointment is scheduled for a specific time, the provider should either be available at that time or the appointment should be rescheduled in advance. Even though I was initially told the provider would return in about 30 minutes, I was ultimately seen about an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. It felt like there was no consideration for the time I was asked to come in or for the fact that I was in pain. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened and what will be done to prevent this from happening again.
