As anyone who's read my other reviews will know, I always have to preface medical reviews by saying that I've been a nurse for over 20 years and tend to be pretty critical of healthcare in general, so a 3-star rating for this office would be a 4-star rating for anything non-medical. Just to provide some perspective...... Getting an appointment with Dr. Fry can sometimes be a challenge, and his office staff are not the friendliest people on the planet. They've never been overtly rude, but just kind of abrupt. However, as I've sat waiting in the waiting room I've overheard multiple phone calls that appear to be from long-time patients (apparently HIPAA rules don't apply here) who seem to have a good rapport with the staff, so maybe we just haven't broken the ice yet. The waiting room itself is pretty small, and I had to laugh at the signs taped to the walls telling you to please sit up straight in the chairs....to improve your posture but also to make the chairs last longer. I can honestly say I've never seen that before in a doctor's office! Be prepared to wait a while, as I've yet to see him run on schedule. Our longest wait was about 45 minutes, but typically it's only about 15 minutes past our appointment time. The actual amount of time spent with Dr. Fry has never been more than 10 minutes, and that's a LONG visit, so I can only assume that his other patients are more complex and require more of his time. As for Dr. Fry himself.....he's a bit too casual for my tastes, but it works for my son. His general appearance is reminiscent of a college stoner who's just rolled out of bed. He's very direct and kind of "jokey" with his instructions, but he gets his point across and does listen to what you're telling him. Like I said, this is a little too casual for me, but for a 19 yr old boy it's just what he needs to make him feel comfortable and open up to talk to him. So if my son is happy and getting good care, I'm happy.....end of story.

There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed!

They performed tests and lab work, but I left without anything to help manage the intense pain. My leg still feels like it's on fire, with stabbing sensations every few seconds even a week after being seen, and they refuse to provide any medication despite having test results confirming the results. I understand that testing can be part of an evaluation, and I wasn't expecting an instant cure. But I did expect treatment or meaningful help managing the acute pain that brought me in. After spending time and over $500 on this visit, I left still suffering and feeling that my main concern had gone unaddressed. Friendly staff matter, but so does addressing the patient's reason for seeking care. This visit fell extremely short of expectations and proper medical care.

It wasn't until May of 98 I was in a major car wreck. Broke my back and bleeding internally. I was in the hospital for months then released. It wasn't till I got out and was walking did I realize my right leg was going numb. My mom took me once again to Dr. Rozran. He took x-rays and my spine had colasped inwards, like a c. The hospital sent me out with the wrong back brace and it collapsed it. He told me we had to do emergency surgery. I only wanted him. He made it work! Wished to the hospital. My mother told me "there was a power outage when I was in surgery. But the backup generators kicked on." Dr. Rozran put an H bar in my back with the help of a video call with a doctor from John Hopkins. My L3, L4, L5 collapsed and was a millimeter away from being paralyzed.
