If helping the patient is time consuming or costly or not necessarily routine, then this practice does not want to help you. Go elsewhere if you want someone to listen to you and actually think about proper treatment and actually spend the time to make sure you are in the best of health. If you want a practice that will consult with and listen to experts in specific fields, then find another practice. I am searching for something positive that I can say about this practice .... I've never waited too long; with most of my appointments they've kept me waiting less than 15 minutes before bringing me back to a waiting room.

It is located in the back area of the Safeway store and is private and comfortable. I personally have never had to wait. I will say their automated check in is a little cumbersome but not bad. The excellent rating is because the woman doing my bloodwork was professional and fast. Also, it did not hurt - not at all! And their method for a urine sample is excellent. You have a container in the toilet to pee into and you pour it into the little cup. No holding that cup and trying to pee into it. I hope their analysis is as excellent as their sample taking is.

The blood draw is in somewhat nonprivate area, right up against the window so everyone passing by from outside can see you, and the door to the room is wide open. The facility itself is clean, the parking lot is huge, the staff are friendly, adn the wait time was minimal because I had an appointment.
