I Am G. I began my therapy services at GBMS Brandywine on or around Winter 2024 with provider…read moreRoundtree mostly & provider Johnson once or twice. My experience at this practice was going well at least I thought. Toward the end of 2025 into the beginning of 2026, I made several tele-health appointments, to which the links would not allow me to open them, causing me to miss my appointments. I expressed the issues with the person who answers the phone. I'm not sure if my messages were getting through to the provider. I thought maybe if I scheduled an in-person appointment, that would solve the issue. On the 27th of the month, I arrived in-person for my appointment, early. I was given some forms to fill by the short admin assistant who sits closest to the toilet. After signing the forms, and asking questions about the use of artificial intelligence during my visit, which I declined, the office manager, Cluedia, came to the front where all of the other patients were seated out in the open, and stated provider Roundtree would not see me today'. I became upset simply because she voiced this out in the open when in fact she could've handled it in a more professional manner without all of the attitude, I.e, offered to speak with me in private and explain why my first in-person visit was being refused after I've traveled on the bus for 4 hours. The short admin assistant who sits closest to the toilet at the front desk laughed. I asked for a closing account confirmation in writing, I was told to sit and wait, which I did up to an hour. I then left after asking to email it to me. 3/10/26, I went to GBMS to request provider Roundtree to fill a form, since she had been the provider I was seeing over the last year. Her assistant kindly walked me to her office to speak with me. She offered to make an appointment to come in and have provider Roundtree fill the forms. I made her aware about the rude and unprofessional experience of my last visit, when the office manager Cluedia stated provider Roundtree wouldn't see me on my appointment day. The assistant said she was confused because there are no notations in the system, and no notes provided. Provider Roundtrees assistant asked for me to wait in the waiting area while she asked provider Roundtree why she refused the appointment. After waiting about 10 min, the office manager, Cluedia, came to me in the waiting area and handed me my form back along with an envelope. Here is your dismissal letter'. I handed back the form for provider Roundtree and stated since provider Roundtree has been my provider, I'm requesting her to fill this form, you can email it to me, I don't need to come to the office to pick it up. On my way out, I handed the unopened envelope to the other receptionist who sits closest to the copy machine at the front desk and asked her to give the envelope back to the office manager, Cluedia. As I was walking towards the elevator, she said, I don't know what this is'. The other admin assistant that sits closest to the toilet said out loud, it's her letter stating she can't return here anymore', then she laughed. I overheard one of the patients, who sat in the waiting area, make a comment as I was leaving out the door. What may improve, a new manager. One who is more empathetic, considerate, genuinely kind and professional.

Her nurse practitioner also appeared inexperienced and unprepared--they expected me to know everything, even though they are supposed to be the medical professionals guiding me. To make matters worse, their automated phone system is frustrating and poorly designed. Overall, I left feeling confused, unheard, and disappointed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking thoughtful or respectful care. Dont waste your time here, they dont care about you

I made an appointment in advance and checked in at the kiosk upon arrival. Within five minutes, I was called to the front desk to check in, then called to the back. The phlebotomist found my vein with ease and the entire process took me less than 10 minutes. I will say that the bedside manner was a little dry, but if someone is just taking my blood, I don't expect them to be screaming with joy or smiling from ear to ear the whole time. As long as they don't kill me and don't cause excessive pain and do what they are supposed to do, it's all good.

The waiting room is tiny and feels super old-fashioned. The bays inside where you get the actual bloodwork are just three areas of one room partitioned by two curtains. It's pretty cramped. In this day and age, it's weird to get your blood drawn in such run-down conditions. Still, I won't dock any stars because the most important thing is quality of care -- and for whatever deficiencies the premises may have (and there are a LOT, including what I have already described, but also a very wheelchair-unfriendly entrance), at least the quality of care is superb. I was honestly having a lot of trouble wheeling my dad inside. Not only did one of the other patients in the waiting room get up to help, but two staffers came out as well. Everyone was so kind. The tiny waiting room was packed. I'm shocked that me and our professional caregiver were able to find seats together along with a space to park my dad in his wheelchair. Check-in was a breeze. The two kiosks at the front of the waiting room may be the only objects identifying that we are in the year 2025! LOL! After using the kiosk, you wait until your name is called to the front desk. Make sure you have your lab order ready to hand to them because that's pretty much all they need to finish your check-in. (A thorough lab order will have all your contact info, DOB, as well as all your insurance info.) The phlebotomist was young but very kind. My dad is 73 so finding a vein took a while. The phlebotomist was very patient. When she needed help, she didn't hesitate to ask one of her colleagues, who appeared to be in a supervisory role. I didn't get their names. But I'll always remember their kindness. Although lab work and blood draws like this are fairly simple and quick procedures, I appreciate the wonderful bedside manner of everyone involved from start to finish, from check-in to the moment when we apply pressure to the cotton ball at the injection site. A consistent bedside manner across all aspects of healthcare is important and everyone deserves it, but I must say that it is especially important for elderly patients like my dad who can become easily agitated. My dad was super chill the entire time and a large part of that is because of the calm, professional staff. But yeah, the premises are kinda ick. Sanitary and clean, yes. But quite drab and dreary. Lol.

Terrible service Please do not go here…read more When arrived no one was there. Waiting in the hall with others that had appointment at 1:00 The daughter of the owner arrived 15 min after 1 appeared to be of high school age When an elder woman that was apart and f the family ahead of me waiting asked was she the 1 administering test, the young girl replied yes and when asked did she have credentials for that she replied yes they were in the mail. After she waited on the first appointment she called her mother on the phone who was the owner China Coleman who said her daughter had called because of the comments we were making regarding lack of professionalism. Then the mother also replied very unprofessional and confrontational. I tried to explain calmly initially the issue was there was no accountability for the absence and no one was allowed to enter when the hours say 10-5pm and open for walk ins. Her explanation was as walk-in you are at risk to whatever the circumstances of the company is. Again no accountability for the absence during expected operation hours. When I tried to speak she cut me off then told me I had to go escalated to her calling the police it was so unnecessary and totally unprofessional! Prior to the police arriving The owner , China Coleman arrived and loud and demanding for me to leave as I let her know I would wait for the police to arrive to explain the situation, she called in someone pretending to be security an pushed out. When the police arrived she lied about the male pushing me and hid them inside and said cameras were broken. Absolute worst experience ever. I feel bad for her daughter. She conducted herself like that in front of her daughter. Loud, cursing and hostile as a business owner, terrible example. Open case checking BBB to have this establishment investigated for closure ASAP!

She attempted to go on Monday during posted business hours, only to find the facility closed with no sign, no voicemail update--nothing. She tried again on Tuesday and encountered the exact same issue. I called repeatedly that day with no success. When I finally got through to someone on Wednesday, the representative claimed to have no idea what happened Monday and vaguely cited an "emergency" for Tuesday's closure. I asked about their hours for the rest of the week and was told they'd be open 10am-5pm only Wednesday and Thursday. When I asked, "So not Friday?" he confirmed they'd be closed--despite their online listing stating they're open Monday through Friday, 10-5. I told him I'd get my candidate in that day or Thursday, and then we'd never be using their services again. I ended the call. Moments later, he called me back to scold me for "hanging up like that," then invited me to visit the facility--but hung up on me before I could respond. The lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and complete disregard for business reliability make this place unusable. Steer clear if you value your time or your candidates' experience.

I have had significant issues with charges being more than quoted over the phone, incomplete communication about authorization, deductibles, and other things. However, generally speaking, they have gotten the job done. I don't like that parking needs validation and they only validate up to 1.5 hours - and some mammograms take longer with ultrasound and additional imaging. They also can be a bit short over the phone, and fail to provide context that other radiology facilities might be more inclined to include. However, I do appreciate that this location has a broad range of services available and is prompt with answering calls and attempting to answer questions. Never my first choice as there are some amazing radiologist in the area, but a lot of them have inconvenient appointment times and can take months to schedule. I wouldn't suggest parking on the street, as the police ticket cars immediately when the meter expires. The parking garage is also an issue when going for a first mammogram as they tend to take longer. For subsequent visits, they are good about getting patients out very quickly while still doing what needs to be done. Though, you may feel rushed, I do like it better this way than worrying about having to pay for going over time in the parking garage. One thing I don't like about them is that they had been charging $20 for a CD to bring back to your provider. The other radiologists that I've been to have never charged me for a CD, so I was very disappointed as my provider was shocked that the CD costs exta and she prefers the CDs to go over the findings with patients in an extended consultation with lots of visuals - she apparently needs to CD to do this effectively, so I was not able to receive the same level of detail about my treatment plan that I previously received, due to having my imaging done at Tower Radiology. I hope that they reconsider this charge. Anyway, I think it is better to know what to expect going into it. I added an extra star for convenience.

I have always had great experiences with the technicians and front office staff for my mammograms. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that sometimes finding availability in their schedule can be an issue. Sometimes, I have had to schedule weeks out and their office hours are not conducive for folks who work 9-5. However, if you have flexibility during the weekdays I highly recommend them!
