The staff members are cordial and professional. They follow proper protocol for collecting blood. I know because I am a Medical Technologist. So far, the phlebotomy has been good. No veins have been ruined. Had a terrible phlebotomist at a hospital in Baltimore, she stuck me 4 times and never got blood. I had a hematoma in 2 areas. Hematomas usual occur in phlebotomy when the needle goes through the vein. I had 2 large dark purple areas on my right arm for 2 weeks. The plebotomists here have been good at avoiding hematomas. The only problem that has happened, was when I left a message on their answering system. My call was never returned. Don't leave a message, keep calling until a person picks up. Things get done when you actually talk to a person. The Labcorp in Waldorf at 12070 Old Line Center, Ste 201 is also quick. I recommend this location for their quick service and competency.

Kept a sour look on her face through the entire interaction. She called me to the window 20 minutes after I had been there to ask if I had an order. After I responded yes, and said I even called that morning to ensure it had been received by the office, she rolled her eyes at me. Then didn't say anything until I asked if she couldn't find it, and then she said, you can be seated. Phlebotomist took longer than I have experienced to complete the routine bloodwork I get every three months. Will not use this office again. Should have checked the community for reviews beforehand since I am not the only one to have this type of experience at the same office.
