Needed a blood test for a follow up Dr appointment and didn't want to drive into town for it so came here ( near home). Logged in on line, scanned and sat down to wait. Very easy. Had to pay before they tested (3x what I paid at the dr office) but it was done. Tech did a good job of getting blood which is usually problematic. read more

Don't bother with an appointment, they will take anyone before you if your case takes even the slightest amount of extra work. They removed me from the check in board while they did typed in my orders, gotta fake those internal metrics I guess. read more

Made an appointment and when arrived was told that they did not have the tubes to do standard bloodwork and we would need to drive 20 minutes away to another LabCorp facility. Very unprofessional. What kind of lab runs out of tubes to do bloodwork? read more

Poor blood draw technique. The stick was very uncomfortable and I am left with a 3/4 inch circular bruise on my arm. I've had many blood draws, and this was among the worst. My last blood draw was also quite uncomfortable. I wonder what level of experience some of the phlebotomists have at this facility. I've also had skilled blood draws here as well. It's unfortunate that the skill level varies tremendously among technicians. read more

I always pass out when I get my blood drawn but this time I didn't! I really think it was due to the medical professional taking my blood, she made it so quick and painless! I will be returning to this location again in the future. read more

Reception is consistently rude to the elderly and disabled. She operates as though everyone arriving should understand fully the registration process. She smacked her gum and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question. When a man who appeared to be in his 80s arrived and said he didn't understand how to use the check in ATM kiosk thingy, she sighed deeply and ignored him. I assisted him. Finally, I observed zero ID checks for employment drug testing, and urine samples left unattended and unsupervised. This is not only unsanitary, but clearly puts at risk the integrity of all testing. read more

I got here 5 minutes before closing and Shauni took such good care of me. She had a really great attitude considering I caused her to have to stay 45 after closing to ensure my samples were processed correctly. I'm not advising anyone to go 5 minutes before closing, lol! I booked an appointment online the day before and everything went well. I live a block away from the LABCORP at Duke St. and I honestly rather prefer to drive a little more knowing that my baby will be in good hands. The place was really small, but that didn't bother me at all. Drawing blood to a baby can't be very frightening for them but the nurse was really nice and that's all I cared about. At the end, baby was comfortable and left the place with a big smile :) LABCORP should really look into the service quality of it's other locations. I recommend this location! read more

I cannot say enough about the service we received today at the LabCorp on Hinson Farm Road. We brought in our 15-month-old little girl for blood work. As first time parents, we were extremely nervous about the procedure and how upset it would make our little girl. Both the check-in staff and the technician were friendly and professional and reassured us very quickly they knew how to handle the situation. The technician performed the blood draw quickly and with precision. Even in the era of COVID-19, we felt comfortable with the process. To anyone worried about bringing in their little one for a blood test, this location certainly knows it's stuff. Thanks to the staff! read more

I'm surprised by all the low star reviews! I love going to labcorp because I'm in and out in less than 20 minutes and all the staff is nice and courteous, as Sandra C. mentioned. This location is also 2 blocks from my house, which is nice given the winter weather here. I never make an appointment online and just walk in. read more

Had to get a drug test for school. I made an appointment online and I still wasn't seen until 45 minutes after the appointment time. They only had one person doing all the testing and one person at the front desk. They were both very pleasant people. This review doesn't reflect the people working there. It's more for the company. I definitely will go to another location next time. read more

Kind of dingy and trashy seeming but the staff is friendly. They found the vein right away for a standard physical blood test. If you live in the area definitely head over there. Never any wait when I've been there also. read more

Not bad at all for a LabCorp. I was originally requested to go to the Duke St. location for a pre-employment drug screening but I knew better than to go there because of thei and found this one in the area. I made an appointment for 0930 on a Wednesday and only had two people ahead of me upon arrival. The front desk and staff were pleasant and straight to the point. They also had Christmas carols playing in the background. read more

I've used this location multiple times over the past year. AWFUL customer service. The lady who works there seems to be by herself most of the time (shame on the company for that!) - and she is rude, short with customers, not very good with people. I've called them MULTIPLE TIMES today to ask about prep for a test tomorrow. I can't get anyone on the phone. AT ALL. The system keeps hanging up on me after a couple minutes waiting on the phone. read more

I booked my appointment online a day earlier. When I signed in, I waited two minutes at most before being called up. The tech was working the front desk and drawing blood. She was very professional and focused at the front desk. When she took me back she was very sweet and asked several times how I was doing. Very organized, very professional and great care. Can't recommend this lab enough. read more
