Horrible customer service!!! The person that drew blood was not in a good mood as we could hear her arguing with the front office woman. When it came for my turn, she told my son to stay out. My son accompanied me bc my health is not well and my balance is any issue. So my son told her he has to be with me. Well that set her off... she did such bad job drawing blood - I never ever have had such bad experience - pain getting my blood drawn!! This place is the most unorganized lab facility I've ever been too, I went in for a routine drug screening and from the time I sat down to the (1hr) wait. I've never witness such confessed and unprofessional staff ever. They were super behind. They kept calling names of people who had already went in for there visits. And we as patients were having to let them know who they've seen and haven't seen. It wouldn't be a shocker if they mixed up test. I wouldn't come to this location . Went in December to an appointment checked in I sat for 20 minutes after I noticed everyone after me being seen went to window girl says oh I forgot to get the order from email after she made me send them while standing at window then she closed it in my face. Ok I still didn't get upset but now it's a month later my doctor just notified me he never received the results. INCOMPETENT people at this business .,I have been calling and someone will answer and hang up you can't reach anyone but they made sure I paid that invoice. I advised my doctor to never use this place again! I paid out of pocket for these test and had I known this would happen I would haven't paid the invoice until I had my results. This is the most disorganized unprofessional location of labcorp and it should be shit down. I got blood work taken at this location on Thursday 8/5/21 ordered stat by my doctor. Friday the doctor still had not received the labs. I called Monday and still nothing. Today is Tuesday I finally called the corporate office and was advised they "lost" my blood and the location was supposed to call me for a redraw on 8/6. I have not heard from them. My surgery is tomorrow and my labs were required for medical clearance. Despite me calling the location for status everyone told me they couldn't give me that information and. Ow I'm losing over $5500 for a auregery because this location failed to do its job. Even on the first day they collected blood they forgot to take one vile and had to call me to come back in. 6 tubes of blood and no results sent to my doctor. No remourse, no accountability not even a phone call to tell me I need a redraw even though the labs were ordered stats on 8/5. It is 8/10 today. read more

I am completely immunocompromised. I booked the first appointment of the day because the website stated that the first hour of the day is reserved for high risk patients. Checked in from my car and received a text that the technician was ready for me. Once I got inside, the clueless, unmasked receptionist told me to take a seat in the tiny waiting room which was FULL of other unmasked people. I told her that I could not wait in a crowded room with a bunch of unmasked people and she said there were two people ahead of me! I asked her how that could be since I had the first appointment of the day -- and why she called me inside from the safety of my car when they clearly were not ready for me. No answer. This location is small. One woman at the small window that didn't greet me when I came to the counter. She just put the clipboard on the counter for me to sign in. There are a few seats in there and since I came in the morning I was able to get a seat. Sat there for 45 mins and I was able to be seen. Staff was very nice and helpful. And Tiffany is the best she's the first to be able to draw my blood without having to do it twice.

I don't write reviews even when I have bad experiences, but this was a whole new level of incompetence so here I am. The entire wait took an hour of my time. I came in when there was only one person before me and 6 arrived right after me. All of them got seen before me and everyone new that walked in also got seen before me. I only had 30 min to allocate for I my work break. I saw people that arrived 30 min after me in and out the door before I was even seen. Many of these people were late to their appointment, so it's not because they had appointment times. I saw a different attitude from the staff towards people of South Asian descent, so it's possible it was racism. The lady at the front had asked one South Asian person if they were fasting and didn't ask anyone else. Also, there was only one other person that seemed to have waited more time than she should have, a South Asian person. Most people were in and out within 15 min. I was kind at first, then I made it indirectly clear that I had been waiting by sitting right in front of the front desk, then after 45 min I asked what time I would be seen as I had seen at least 10 people in and out before me. It wasn't until I told someone in the waiting room that I had been waiting about 50 min when I finally got seen. And then the nurse botched getting blood out of my left arm. Someone else had to come and take blood out of my right arm. It stung for a little while, but I am truly blown away by the incompetence of this place and it's staff. Do better. One more thing they were not slammed, it was completely dead when I came in and the staff was opening boxes of inventory and asking each other about how to fix broken printers. There was no reason to be worried about secondary things when you have a room full of people waiting. You can tell the staff doesn't care. On first attempt: They told me the code is expired and asked me to call my employer and didnot help me with informations. Terrible service. They take forever and don't even acknowledge your presence. I went in for an employment drug test. As soon as I got there I politely said good afternoon. The lady (black curly hair in the front) said sign in on the kiosk. (that was all no hello.. nothing!) Any who 1 hour after she calls me by my last name and asks me for a referral number. Then 30 mins after that she tells me to come inside from her little window. I opened the door and went inside, She was nowhere to be found. No instructions were given to me. The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. As someone that works in the healthcare field, I was appalled at how the receptionist treated patients checking in. The waiting room has a lot of visible dust on molding, artificial tree, blinds and floor. There's even a baseboard missing and a small water stain on a ceiling tile. All but one of the chairs in the waiting room have arm rests which isn't very accommodating to anyone that isn't smaller in stature. I'm not even to the back yet and I'm just in shock read more

Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes and that's with an appointment! Heaven knows how long it would take without one. Their online presence makes this looks like a slick, streamlined operation and it's anything but. I only had one blood draw done for a test, so, I can't speak to any longer procedures. I had no issues. I checked in on my cell phone when I got there. The gentleman at the front desk called me up and I gave him the paper work for the blood test. I had prepaid for the test and he noted that on my order, put it in a vertical file and said to take a seat and the tech would call me. My appointment was at 9 am. The technician called my name at 9:03. He was very friendly and joked around with me while drawing the blood. He didn't hurt me and was very quick. I was home by 9:30. Plus, they had my lab results to me by the next day. I had a great experience and would use LabCorp again. read more

I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. Very rude staff and do not care about their patients. Terrible service. No hello or smile. They forced me to pay for some overdue payment which I am not even aware of as this is the first time I went there with my disabled mother. Their lunch break is between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. We were there before 12 pm and first was forced to make the payment (which we did not owe) and then told us it is noon and you need to come back at 1:00 pm. The unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness of the girl at the front desk is shocking! She is truly deplorable! She talks to patients like they have a tail between their legs and she is exceedingly disrespectful! This office is obviously not held to any standards of patient treatment and/or professionalism. I brought my daughter in for lab work at noon. Office doesn't close for lunch until 12:30. I signed the form when I arrived but the front desk clerk did not call me up to the window until after 12:30p.m. She then told me that she would not be able to perform my daughter's testing until after lunch because she wasn't familiar with the lab code. Uhhhh, okay. When I asked her for more detail, she said that she didn't know what "intervals" she needed to test. I agreed to come back after lunch but I asked her how she would be able to determine the "intervals" after lunch. She said she would "try" and call the doctors' office but there was no guarantee the doctor's office would answer. I told her that I would go to my daughter's doctor during the lunch hour to get written clarification of what was needed. Needless to say, the doctor's office said that this was standard testing and there was nothing to clarify. They called the lab directly to clarify. We returned to the lab after lunch. The office was open but no one was at the front desk. We were there over an hour and I watched patients walk in and leave after just sitting and waiting. There was another girl calling patients back one by one. She was obviously doing the best she could on her own. The other girl hadn't arrived back from lunch and it was past 2:30p.m. When she finally arrived back at the front desk, patients were complaining and she was super smug and condescending. One patient complained that people that arrived after him were being seen before him because no one was managing the check-in list. Valid feedback. The clerk replied by arguing that it wasn't her fault because she was in the back "processing." Very hard to believe and ultimately irrelevant. She then advised the patient to, "Just wait or leave!" I find it completely appalling that LapCorp allows employees to treat patients this way. Someone in the corporate office need to tune-in to what's going on at this office and take action. My daughter ended up never getting the testing that she needed and ultimately the visit was a complete waste of time. :((( read more

Girl Bye !!! I just visited this location today and lets just say I should've drove back to the North Dallas location that I'm more familiar.The chick at the front desk...didn't get her name but the girl,but anywhoo.That chick is a whole mess.I go in for labs .First off no greeting upon entering office,just a stare,that's it.The sign in process is a ttl joke.You are better off doing the old school way and filling out paper work because that setup is a waste of time and time consuming.And oh yeah be prepared for the system to shut down and restart your sign in process..nice !I was called immediately after sigining in,because they were practically empty...shockingly.Now the lady,who call me back was trying to be pretty cool but you can tell she's a follower and can't be trusted.She was gentle with the drawing,knew what she was doing and all.Upon finishing the labs I was asked for my urine sample...cool.I went did that,as I was leaving out of the bathroom,Ms.Tude (Attitude)from the front desk,was standing to my far left so she says"you can put your sample over there to the side" well what side cause to my left and right there's nothing indicating an area for this."Oh you meant back in the bathroom,the room I just left out of". I had already left out of the bathroom and closed the door.How dumb.So I nicely ask if there's any hand soap or sanitizer .She hurries up and says" it's right across there" with a stank a** attitude.I knew then I might want to go ahead and finish things up before the situation turned like her face and attitude...ugly. So as I'm walking past I make it a point to shoot her a mug...cause that type of attitude,ignorance don't get no love over this way.And I made it a point to tell the lady who had a lil more sense "Thank you ma'am for all your help" and shot ole girl a nasty,mean mug.Whatever ole girl with the dry hair/pony tail and attitude name is she needs to be reprimanded,go back through training classes in order to keep this position dealing with the public or either go apply to McDonalds or somewhere like that where that type of disrespect is tolerable.Because with the type mindset that appears to be what she has, she'll be coming to a near by McDonalds real soon. read more
