My first visit took over an hour and a half without an appointment (Flower Mound location), while my second (scheduled) visit only took about 20-25 minutes (Hurst location at the hospital). You can also check in online if you schedule an appointment. If you have to do any testing multiple times I recommend creating an account if you want to save some time. Most of the time spent here is in the waiting room. The process itself goes pretty quickly.
