Do not visit Labcorp. Back in April, I was referred to a hematologist that is licensed to practice in Texas (their office is in Florida). I live in Texas. My insurance is BCBS Texas. I took the single blood test lab that my hematologist ordered for me to do at LabCorp and did it (in Texas... where I live). Months later in September, LabCorp sent me a $980 bill for the single blood test. They had billed it against BCBS Florida. I called them and asked about it. I did the test in Texas and live in Texas. Why are they billing it to FL? They said it's because my doctor is in Florida. My doctor said she is licensed for Texas and ordered it appropriately. LabCorp doesn't care. They've been hounding me for $980 for one blood test. Ridiculous. I called and they told me I could do a "Financial Hardship Request" and that they won't keep sending me bill reminders while it's being reviewed. I did the Hardship request, e-mailed it back to the place they requested. I even e-mailed to request confirmation they received my application and let them know I still got bills. No reply. It's been months. I got a bill today telling me I had 20 days to pay or I go to collections. $980 for a blood test is a scam and ridiculous. NEVER DO LABCORP. read more

I generally do not visit Labcorp, but my surgeon sent me to this location for my labs. I made the appointment, checked in, and was seen within ten minutes of arrival. The scheduling process was very easy, I must say, it was faster and easier than Quest. The quality of care was satisfactory, and the technician was efficient. read more

I've seen mixed reviews on several different locations, so I was anxious to try it. contrary to others beliefs, the staff was very polite and patient despite the issues I ran into. the receptionist patiently helped me find the lab order after much difficulty, and the nurse had a cheery disposition. My doctor ordered testing for me at this location for covid/flu/rsv. Some VERY basic and standard tests. The front desk very quietly asked if I was here for covid as if it was some kind of bad-word then explained they haven't "done that kind of test since Covid" as if Covid magically disappeared since we stopped taking it seriously. Ridiculous a medical facility does not provide testing for major upper respiratory illnesses. More ridiculous that staff providing care to patients would speak so lightly of an illness that is still actively killing people everyday. Needed to get some lab work. As soon as I arrived I was seen at my appointed time. This is s clean facility. I informed the nurse that. I am a hard stick but she stated that they did not have any butterfly needles but they would do their best. After the 2 attempt to draw blood she decided to call in the back up. Well the back was able to pull the blood on the first draw. They apologized for the multiple sticks. I understood because upon every visit I informed the nurse of my situation and I ensure my water intake is to the max 24 hrs before arriving. read more

Labcorp - Location in the professional building - Laboratory Testing Near Me - North Richland Hills, Texas

Very unprofessional. Had a pre employment drug screen registration scheduled to expire on Saturday the Nov 29th at 1pm. I arrived at the Nrh location at 1120 and walked in to a empty waiting room and thought I was in luck and shouldn't have much wait. Approached the window and informed the lady sitting with her feet up that I was there for a routine procedure and wouldn't take much of their time. Pulling up my registration form from my future employer; I was cut off by the receptionist informing me that they "LabCorp" , does not conduct pre employment drug testing on Saturday. I was confused and looked at the receptionist to make sure she wasn't joking. And I said well I have a authorization form that shows your hours and services. And it says Saturday you are here to do this test. She then proceeded to blatantly lie thru her teeth and told me that they would not be able to do the test. And we I started to pull up other labcorp offices nearby. She then also added no LabCorp does testing on Saturdays. I informed her that my cutoff for this pre employment conditional offer to satisfy the request of the employer was at 1pm that same day. Thinking surely she will realize the significance and not continue to lie just to avoid working. To my disappointment she stuck to her story and I was told to come back the next day. Sunday and that they open at 7am. Which was also another obvious and blatant lie. I'm not sure what the purpose of such outright dishonest and unprofessional behavior was today. But both employees working backed eachother up saying they weren't able to help me. So I don't know if you have much choice as I didn't. But if possible avoid this office at all costs as they seem to feel it's ok to play games with someones career and future opportunities. So they wilk be hearing from my attorney and front their corporate office by Monday I promise you that. Steer clear of LabCorp if at all possible. Beware!!! Horrible experience. And potentially cost me future opportunity and I intend to seek restitution for this downright dishonest and unprofessional unethical business conduct. read more

I prefer LabCorp when my doctor orders blood work. They are friendly, clean and efficient. You don't waste a lot of time waiting. Also, when you call, they answer! The place my doctor uses has a labrynthe of instructions, and you can't talk to anyone to ask a question. Now I just print the paperwork so I can use LabCorp. read more

I enjoy coming to this LabCorp if I have to get labs done for a doctor's office. Even though the staff are overworked, they are still very professional and kind; and always get me in and out in as fast as they can. The Phlebotomist, Mandy who works here is professional and caring, and I always ask for her to draw my blood even if I have to wait a little longer. read more

I was there again on the morning of 10/14/21 for a couple of procedures. I have never experienced bad customer service at this location. The professional people that handle the procedures have always been great. This time they were busy, however, the lady at the front desk was extremely busy handling my check in along with two or three others at the same time but remained very professional and friendly. The lady that drew my blood this time was excellent at her job! She was also very friendly and she too was very busy. Thank you. read more

Many of the office staff I have encountered at other LabCorp locations were just fine, except this one in Richland Hills, TX. The manager called and apologized. I hope the person in question is not fired or anything, but their staff at that office need more training on how to deal with customers. read more

Horrible experience! I went on the Lab core site and it stated that you could order a lab test conveniently online. I found the test I was needing, found a location & scheduled the appointment. I thought, easy enough. I was given a QR code and said that my check in was all set so I'm thinking there's literally no problem I'm good to go. The next day I go up to the LabCorp on my lunch break, go to check in is a cumbersome process because it keeps repeating itself. I ask the receptionist and she said that I was not even checked in. So I did it again and then I was told apparently that I have to go through a third-party site to even pay for the test if I was going to pay for it out of pocket and do it on my own. Nowhere on the LabCorp site does it state this. Quest allows you to purchase test on your own pay for them, And you just show up scan your code and you're good to go. I thought it would be convenient considering this one is very close to my job therefore it would enable me to just go on my lunch break without missing time off work. So not! I have to register through a third-party paid through the for the test for that wait for a confirmation email and then wait to be called which at this point I had been there for 45 minutes. I finally had to leave because I going to be late from lunch. I'm not faulting the workers at lab core, but the lab core corporation did a really crappy job of setting up their website if you were to go through a third-party it should have instructed you to do that before you show up thinking you are good to go with your QR code.
