I needed medical care and decided to try out this Urgent Care since it was a short drive away. My visit was on a Monday at 10A and the waiting area (and parking lot) were empty. The employee at the front desk was super nice. It did take some time to be seen though; maybe 20 min or so? (I was a walk in though and they did have some appointments). Not off to a great start. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 today. I walk to to the door and there's a sign that says,"at lunch will be back at 3:00." I called and was told to just wait it out. Sitting in my car for an hour when I had an appointment scheduled is not ideal. read more

This was the best walk-in clinic that I've ever been to! I called and talked to Desiree who was very polite and professional, told me there was no wait, since it was a Sunday if I could get in by 4:30 When I arrived, the office and waiting room were immaculate, there was one lady waiting for her son, I filled out the paperwork and within 4 minutes I was taken to a patient room and was diagnosed by a PA assistant for my earache/infection causing me vertigo along with an ache in my jaw. Then a Dr. PA arrived, who was also very pleasant, very professional and diagnosed my ear problem and prescribed medication. Had a pain on the top of my wrist, and a coworker who was a nurse for 20 years looked at it and said it was pretty swollen, a level 3 edema, and to get it looked at. Stopped by this place on my way home from work because the pain has really been bothering me, and the nurse practitioner here just said he doesn't know, and it's probably nothing major, and he could maybe prescribe something to see if it helps. Really just seemed like very low quality care. How could a pain that is bothering me so much just be nothing? I will definitely look for a second opinion. Update: I went to Baylor Scott ER in Irving, because my dad has had a good experience there before, and after talking to me for about 20 seconds the physician immediately knew that I had extensor tendinitis and gave me a brace, some anti-inflammatory medication and the contact information of an orthopedic surgeon in the event it didn't get better in a few weeks. Night and day service. Skip this urgent care and take your loved ones somewhere where they care about you. read more

Outstanding facility! The location was exceptionally clean, the registration/paperwork process was simple and fast, very short wait and the staff was extremely thorough and professional. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the actual physician... they all talked to me like a real person, instead of an entry on an appointment log. The doctor was extremely interested in my best interest/treatment and spoke to me in very simple terms without being complicated regarding the condition being addressed. Awful experience. Was seen by a male nurse practitioner who didn't even examine me before he proceeded to give me a lecture on how I didn't need antibiotics. He simply told me what I was feeling without even asking. Then when I tried to stand up for myself and tell him I know my own body, he demeaned me by telling me if anyone prescribed me antibiotics they don't know what they are doing. In healthcare, professionals have an obligation to listen to their patients, and take their word for what they are saying... not act like they are the only authority and there opinion is the only one that matters. As a female, as well as having other experiences outside of this caretaker where people have been misdiagnosed and not given the proper care, This provider was not extremely insensitive and I left the facility in tears with the entire waiting room as well as the front desk staring at me. What is better than a Friday night at Urgent Care? :) My Friday evening was interrupted with a minor kitchen accident while slicing a baby boule. This caused me to visit SwiftCare, N Main St, Euless location for the first time ever and I have to say , they were fabulous! The reception staff was efficient and kept the process moving forward. They had hard candies in a bowl to share with me. On their website they have offer nifty way to fill out all those forms BEFORE you arrive, if you choose. Doing that makes the process go even more quickly! In a short amount of time I was seen by compassionate and talented medical personnel that prepped my room, stitched me up and sent me on my way in a short amount of time. They even made the lidocaine injection bearable for this Needle Sissy. I only wish my Patient Skills were equal to their skills as caregivers. The only down side of this visit was that they had Fox News playing on the big screen. I would have preferred something else. I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I look forward to seeing all their smiling faces in 10 days ;) PLUS the next day they called to see how I was doing and to make sure I was not experiencing and discomfort or had any concerns. I came here on Tuesday June 22nd at 4pm. The young woman in the front was very rude to me when I requested to stay with my fiancé during his appointment, he was having symptoms that I would've liked to also share with the doctor. I don't remember her name because I was more concerned with my fiancé's well-being at the time. She responded to me in a very harsh and sarcastic way, and kept telling my fiancé multiple times to "Send her to the car now". Without addressing me or asking me, and also in a very rude tone. She also said, "Well he's an adult can't he just share his symptoms?" She wouldn't let me share it. I didn't raise any issue, I sat with him for a while and she then approached me and said that if I "Don't get out right now that your fiancé cannot be seen". I went to my car because I care for his well-being more than I care about being talked to in such a rude way. And I didn't cause any issue at all. But if you need care I insist that you don't come here. I've never been treated like this by healthcare staff anywhere, the woman was very belittling towards me. I understand the policy because of COVID. However I don't think anyone would want to be treated like this before a visit. It's honestly scary and sad to see that this would be allowed. Wife went to get a UTI check up . She had a UTI 2 different bacteria strains . Doctor S.Quimbayo prescribed my pregnant wife moxifaloxin . My wife took a pill and googled it after her stomach hurt and it says may cause baby heart conditions etc. After a huge fight and fit and crying the doctor said she didn't know she was pregnant even though my wife told them and had it on her paperwork . Dr.S Quimbayo, then prescribed her Z-Pack . After the mess up . $150 spent and irreparable crying and fighting along with $500 for paint and a new door . We're still worried for the babies health , but won't know anything until we get her another checkup which will be more money extra spent on this colossal fuck up . I can feel sympathy for the United Healthcare CEO shooter ,if anything happens to our baby it will be tragic. Just know if you go to a place like this you have to check their work . As healthcare professionals making these mistakes cost lives . I think this doctor should have their license revoked . This is malpractice at its finest. read more

Came is for my sore throat and a sinus infection. I did the online check in so I knew when to show up. There is a text service so you can check the status of you place in line. They will also text you about 20 minutes before your appointment for a reminder. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and given paper work to fill out. It was not crowded at all and the service was quick. One thing I really appreciated was that even though there was a returning walk in patient who came in while I was filling out paperwork they made sure I was seen first. Ms. Beverly was amazing! She was quick and knowledgeable while still being Sweet and funny. They sent my prescription right over to Walgreens and I was able to be done with everything (visit and prescription pick up within and hour)! read more

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with any medical care. I came in because I had ear congestion, my right ear was mainly my problem, and I made this clear to the two women who were going to be doing the cleaning. I was told it was supposed to be warm water, but they let it sit until it got cold. I was in excruciating pain, and told them to stop. They left and came back a few minutes later, and resumed. One of These two women was also saying how she didn't know how to do it yet the other woman proceeded to let her do the cleaning. She didn't know how to inspect my ear either. At that point, I was in so much pain, and I just asked them to stop. This was all done on my left ear, the ear that was not the real problem to begin with. I still cannot hear in my ear, and it is the next day. The doctor came in and talked down to me like I was an infant. He was rude, and inconsiderate, I have bad experience in the past with medical professionals, but here by far was the rudest. Dr. Billy has no sort of compassion towards patients. I'll let him know what my problem was, and asked him why I was unable to hear, even though I came in with perfect hearing in the ear. He proceeded to give me a ring of nonsensical sentences, which then, I asked him what was going on for the fifth time, and he pulled up a chair, and asked " well, I don't know what you want from me, I am the medical professional, tell me what's going on." he made a complete joke out of me when I was in pain due to his practitioners. I have spent almost 20 minutes telling him what was wrong and he proceeds to do this. I let him know that I am just not comfortable with proceeding and I'd rather go and he gives a very snarky attitude and tells me he thinks that would be the best idea and just walks away. Goes back to his computer and pays me no more mind. He claimed that i was too much for him to want to treat, and he was ' scared ' to proceed, because I was a bit exasperated that I was being made a joke of with my health. If you get sick, go to an emergency room or primary care doctor. Going here will get You NO where when trying to have paperwork needed for you to to return to work! It is unbelievable that this urgent care does not sign for FMLA or MLOA When it was one of their doctors that released you from work for an illness! People need these documents for federal purposes when returning to work, especially if they are federal workers! After three weeks of trying to get a solution about getting that paperwork signed all anyone can say is "we don't do that, maybe another urgent care can do it for you". Excuse me?! Do they not understand the full code of ethics here? No other doctor even from an emergency room will sign said documents after one other doctor has released you from work! This place is tragic! I have been here twice - once for my toddler, and then for myself! It was a very positive experience both times. The staff is all very helpful and it really does stick to its name - swift. Paperwork is quick and effective and everyone is very friendly. As others have mentioned there are lots of online options to check in and save time. Some times the best treatment is no treatment at all, or in my case a referral to an emergency room. Last Thursday around 3 pm, I came in because my doctor couldn't see me until the following day. I had a red, swollen foot that had come on very suddenly. The provider looked at my foot, told me to put my shoe back on, and said this was something that needed hospital attention. I went directly to a THR nearby emergency room, was put on two kinds of IV antibiotics, and after being admitted spent the next 48 hours in the hospital. The MRI showed that the infection hadn't yet reached my bones (which would have been much worse), which would have happened had I waited much longer. I'm home now, and very grateful. read more

(I'm feel bad to those real doctors) Doctor said she didn't know anything about this. She needs to do some research! I drove here after cutting my finger, a "minor emergency visit". I wrapped my finger in paper towels, but blood kept flowing. I wanted a professional to stop the bleeding and clean the wound, treat the wound (stitches if necessary), as I have good insurance. So I drove to nearest urgent care. Without seeing me, the doctor at SwiftCare+ Urgent Care (Euless) told the receptionist I had to go to the emergency room. I inquired further and doctor came out and told me that finger cuts require emergency room treatment, even without looking at it. Never had a doctor evaluation, sight unseen before. He mentioned he had experience working in an emergency room. Lots of people work in emergency rooms, but was he a doctor? Putting it altogether I suspected he was not a doctor at all, so I asked for their name and the receptionist wrote "Stacey/Billy". I was expecting "Dr. John Doe". Maybe he is a doctor, but without a name I can't look up his qualifications. Very disappointing experience. I got in my car to drive my stick shift back home, blood still soaking through the paper towels. They didn't offer ice or new paper towels before sending me own my way, hardly what I'd consider "care". It was as if it was my fault for driving there, for not knowing my minor emergency, was an emergency room emergency only. If they can't treat a cut finger, what can they treat? read more

If you need urgent care in a hurry, then this is your place. I have taken my daughter and myself here. I had a sinus infection and my daughter had sprained her wrist. They also have in-house x-rays. We were cared for quickly and thoroughly at SwiftCare. You can make your appointment online which I like. They will take your credit card there and then charge you after they run it through your insurance company. This takes 2-4 weeks. Their prices are competitive with the doctor (or at least in my case; I checked). The doctor or PA listens to your concerns. I didn't feel rushed and all My questions were answered. If you need quick care or haven't found a doctor yet, then this is the place for you. read more

I made an appointment for a vaccine with their on line system. The phone jail gave no options to talk to a live person to make the appointment. I received email confirmations of the appointment. When I drove out these a few days later for the vaccine I was informed that 'my appointment had beeb canceled' because I did not fill out the form correctly (I received no notice of this by email or phone or text) and that there are no vaccines left. Went in due to my right ear being completely clogged and I can't hear out of it all of a sudden. I do not live in Texas, I live in California. I was suppose to be on a flight out to California this morning at 6am but had to reschedule due to ear pain/irritation. Dr.Beverly walks in with a wierd attitude asking me what's wrong. I explain the irritation with my ear. She looks in my ear with scope and proclaims that I have an ear infection. Tells me she's going to issue me antibiotics... I then explain to her about flying home and if possible for a doctors note due to calling sick today. She tells me it's safe to go back into work tomorrow. She attempts to walk out of the office and as I am ready to ask her a question FOR A DOCTORS NOTE she turns around ROLLS her eyes and sighs with an answer "so is that what your here for? A doctors note?" Absolutely ridiculous...... I ignore her ignorance and A little worried I ask for the last time how safe it is to fly on an airplane with my ear condition. Unassure she replies, "it SHOULd." At that point I'm a little worried because I want complete assurance that I'll be ok because the last thing I need is to have ear pain on an almost 4 hour flight back home. Experience was HORRIBLE.
