This is a poorly run business. I scheduled a blood draw at 7:30 am and it is now 8:15 and still waiting. The technician is running late and they explained Juan always runs late on Fridays. SO THE STAFF KNOWS THAT I WILL NOT BE SEEN AT 7:30, BUT SCHEDULES THE APPOINTMENT ANYWAY AND I'M EXPECTED TO WAIT UNTIL JUAN CAN GET TO WORK. Another person was here in the waiting room with me and he left because he couldn't wait any more. I was in here a week ago for a sore throat. Again it took 7 days to get my results -- after 4 days I called for an update and got a call back on day 6 telling me everything was negative, but could not tell me what tests were run. Today, I got my lab results when I visited the office for my blood draw. They ran a test for HIV.. how did they draw that conclusion and more importantly -- WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT HIV WAS A SUSPECTED CAUSE. I COULD HAVE INFECTED MY GIRLFRIEND IF I WAS POSITIVE. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE HEALTH OF THEIR PATIENTS AND THOSE CLOSE TO THEM. The report I received had no specific info on the dates that testing was done or when they received the report. Friendly staff, great care. what more do you want? I have been to a few doctors in my timeand some treat you like you are bothering them. I went to Tina, she's the np there and her bedside manners are horrible. You have to call her office few times before they call you back. It takes them so long to call your prescriptions in. I didn't agree with her recommendation so she released me from her practice, so I wanted to see another provider in the office and when she saw me she started getting loud and would even see me to call in the prescription for last time. The staff and the patients were watching and I was so upset I started crying and I know the patient and staff were feeling bad for me. Does she no know about HIPAA? I have gone to this office since I was a kid. I think I continue to go because I have gone there for so long. Give or take a Dr or two, I like it. Dr obinabo nurse is very rude but i love my doctor. I spent a lot of time calling them to get my test results because they never call you back even though they say they will. No proper explanation to any question you may ask instead, they right away ask you "what s the best number to reach you ma'am". Oh they dont make my day better! Do not waste your time or money. You will wait for at least a hour after your appointment and then when you finally get to the back you will wait another 30 minutes. And don't get me started on the billing system. The co pay is always different for the same service. Every time I go their is s different staff. I give up. My family and I are moving on!! I went to see two doctors at the euless/bedford office a couple years ago. I had just came from overseas from a deployment and my stomach was giving me issues. I had gained 30 lbs for no reason. I was also not able to sleep. Instead of helping me medically to figure out what was going on, I was tossed to the side and told i needed to see a physcologist as well as just giving me ambien (worst sleeping pill to even give someone) to fall asleep and my stomach issues was a stomach flu. I told them over and and over again there is something wrong. After I got upset and cried because they would not listen to me and neglected me, I was sent a letter stating that I was not to come back and banned from Kaner Medical Group. I ended up finding an old family doctor from 10 years ago and went to see her. She took the time to help me and come to find out I had H. Pylori. Because these two doctors did not help and wanted to push me out the door, I had H. Pylori in my system for so long, it ate up my stomach lining. In my twenties, I had to go through so many appts and colonoscopies to make sure that I did not have cancer. I am so disappointed in this medical group as well as the doctors in them because they did not want to take the time to help me when thats what their job title is to do. They neglected me and told me I was crazy, gave wrong medicine and this ALL could have been prevented if they just did their job right in the first place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. I almost died when i was a little girl as well because of neglect. I had a gut instinct ever since and it saved me a couple years ago with these two doctors saying nothing was wrong. Please be cautious when coming here because I would hate for someone to go through what I did. DO NOT go to this doctors office!! They DO NOT care about the patients!!! They only care about how much money they can squeeze out of our pockets. Went in for a yearly physical, which was covered 100% by my insurance, but was charged $50 because I asked the doctor a question not related to the physical. It was a simple question, "Did you check my uric acid level?". He answered "No". That was it and I'm being charged $50. I asked the person in-charge to remove it from my bill and she stated it was taken care of. Now, 6 months later, I'm still receiving bills and being threatened to go to collections. The hours are inconsistent and you can't leave a message for your doctor after hours anymore unless it's an emergency. Umm if it's an emergency I'm calling 911. The doctors are great and the staff is too but the company itself sucks now. I used to like it but now they have all these money gouging and inconvenient rules. This medial facility is horrible! My husband has a potential serious issue and there is no urgency with this office in getting the recommended tests approved and scheduled. I have been to Kaner Medical several times over the past few months as a new patient, and I have always been treated kindly and respectfully. I've specifically seen Dr. Posey, who is very good at giving you medical information without having it sound technical or daunting, and she handles what could be tough appointments with a positive attitude. She always gives multiple options if you need answers, so you know your choices, and adapts well to anything you throw at her. (I'm a very doctor-nervous person... I've left other doctors offices in tears from the stress of just going in, but I'm okay going here... so that says something.) The staff are always very good, and billing is efficient too, I've never seen "attitude" out of anyone here, just smiles and helpfulness. You get the impression they all work well together as a unit and care about what they're doing. I loved Dr. Berutti! I had been her patient since she had her own practice, but when she joined the Kaner Medical Group it was impossible to see her always got sched with another doctor. No matter what I always sat in the waiting area for an hour or more to be seen. The last time I went in so sick that my husband had to drive me again sat for an hour. With the chills, fever and so dizzy. My husband finally asked when I was going to be seen and the staff told him another 30 min maybe and if I was that sick to just go to the hospital. So we did and I have never gone back. Found a new awesome doctor and now I am going to get my husband to stop going there too same thing with him and the staff. read more

This clinic is old and even smells musty. The current receptionist is ill-mannered and slow as molasses in winter. While one is waiting she will even stop to make personal phone calls. Its great that Dr. Shabnam is gone, as she has the bedside manner of a flea. Dr. Livingstone however seems to be compassionate and competent. The med techs are friendly enough, but the lab techs seem ill prepared and the lab is dirty. I only go because its close to my home. Medical care in this state is horribly lacking. They said nothing wrong but I still have symptoms and pain and etc. I had to call them 4 times for them to basically waste my time and take my $130.00 Wish I had read the review before I had even went there. The check in process needs to be improved. I went in 15 minutes early for bloodwork. Took the front desk 20 - 25 minutes to call me up to the desk to check me in. I saw people getting there after me, being called up before me. Don't know if they just put folders on top of mine, or if they process Dr. patients, before they process blood work. The ladies are all friendly. My co-worker, who uses the Kaner Clinic, but sees a different Dr., has the same complaint, seems to take forever to get checked in for lab work. I was in a rear-end collision and the only humans through the entire process were the folks at Kaner. They followed up with me weekly, spent time during each visit to see how I was doing and generally gave me the warm fuzzy feeling you hope to get when visiting a doctors office. Sometimes you don't know how good you have it until you don't. I so miss Flo Tomasic!! We moved from Texas and the doc I saw here in DE is bloody awful! Flo was always respectful of me in knowing my own body and how it reacts and she listened and didn't hesitate to help me so I wouldn't suffer. The quack I just saw today wants me to suffer as if I will magically get better on my own. I can't stand the condescension and looking at me like I am a hypochondriac when this is the first time I have been in her office being sick. DOH! I am very impressed with Dillan Mathews, P.A. His assistant however, is a different story. Part of this may be due to the fact when calling you have to call the main number and and leave a message with the operator that in return types the assistant a message then eventually the assistant will get back to you. But, had several problems with having to call multiple time for refills from pharmacy because his assistant never called back to the pharmacy. She stated once that she tries to get back in a timely manner...I don't think 2 days to get a refill is a timely manner. I loved the allergy clinic however. If it was not for Dillan's assistant I would still be going there. As for the one of the other comments about billing. They are rude. I called 4 times for someone to call me back because they kept billing my previous insurance for a visit ( I find this funny since they ask you for your insurance card every time you come in). She never called me back and finally spoke to some one that gave me a lame excuse. read more
