We arrived without an appointment . I was in and out within 45 minutes. The staff is very Professional and pleasant and friendly. I actually look forward to coming back for my blood work from Ms. Nancy & Ms. Shauna. JP read more

Love this location! I'm always in and out within 10-15 minutes. The first time I came here was after I waited 40 minutes at the Quest across the street for them to tell me that they don't take blue cross blue shield anymore. I came over here with a Quest form and they took the time to translate the codes over to theirs and got my blood work done without having to come back with a new form. Staff is friendly and I love getting called back before I have time to even sit down in the waiting room! read more

Super fast and efficient. Staff is friendly and competent. My appointment was at 9 and I was done and walking out at 907.

Rude lady at desk saying that we don't take drug test after 3...we got there 3:30 and they close at 4pm ...

Do not come to this location on a Saturday morning unless you want to waste your entire morning. There are other lab Corp locations that allow you to walk in and wait less than 20 minutes. read more

This is the best Lab Corp we have been to! Front staff are efficient and expedient with paperwork especially if you have an appointment . We've had two different lab techs draw blood and both were phenomenal. I hate getting my blood drawn. I get nervous and have to lay down. They are so gentle!! You can barely feel the needle - so skilled! Thank you Bianca for today!!! read more

The best lab experience I've ever had. Susan is absolutely the best. I am a really hard stick and she got me on the first try. Thank you so much for being the best phlebotomist ever. read more

Not sure why all the negative reviews. The ladies were all very kind. Bri took my blood and was quick and easy and the nice woman at the front desk was smiling and joking and very friendly. (I didn't catch her name but went 6/21/21) No appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thanks for making something not so fun be easy! read more

Very nice staff. Clean and professional. Wow . I was treated with smiles. I had to do a blood work and my lady was very nice and patient with me. Thank you all for your good service. read more

Well we'll well , labcorp is just dropping the ball today. After leaving the Flamingo location my wife and i had to drive all the way over the the Siena Heights location . Luckly this place doesn't close for lunch . This is my complaint , on my wife's paper work to get lab work done it says stat. Well according to good ole labcorp they dont do stat. Guess what just do your job follow the doctors orders and get it done . After telling them how to do their job and what must be done. They have decided to go and do the testing . Took alot of convincing but in the end they are doing there job only after i had to tell them otherwise . End of story labcorp is dropping the ball and needs straighten it out by firing those lazy employees. read more

Do not go to this location the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced pre and post COVID. The staff here are extremely difficult and they will not be nice or helpful in any way. One of the nurses there claims they don't even answer their phone. Try another LabCorp or a Quest location read more

Lab Corp in general is horrible. Compared to quest they are horrible. I have gone through both over the years depending on my insurance and always have a unpleasant experience when I'm with lab Corp . From the time they mess up ur labs and enter wrong labs from original order, to not picking up labs and then they are no longer good bc they sat out too long, and just recently they lost my standing order. Make sure u get a copy of every lab they put in their computer to make sure it matches up with original order. This company is consistently making mistakes and delaying care or labs because of their lack of professionalism. I work in healthcare and if I consistently made mistakes like they do , I would harm people or be fired! read more

The wait was awful! I checked in at 7:30am and wasn't serviced until 9:45am. I will definitely look for another location for basic labs.

I came here to get blood work done for my infant son who is 1 month old. They were trying to take it from his arm (like an adult) which made me very uncomfortable but the phlebotomist reassured me that this was okay. As they were trying to find his vein, I can hear the 2 phlebotomists going back & fourth on who's going to poke him. After 30 mins of my baby's screaming as they are holding him down & trying to find his vein & going back & fourth on who's going to poke him, they finally admitted that he was way too young & that they were uncomfortable with taking the blood due to complications that they might blow his tiny veins. Needless to say don't waste your time coming here, they are very unprofessional & also the facility is very unorganized, everyone's blood is sitting around on counters & they don't wipe down the area after taking another patients blood. If I can give this no stars I would! read more

This Lab is the BEST I've ever gone to I will never ever go to any other Lab.Daniel was so awesome and helpful.Great customer service very friendly every front staff need a Daniel lol. And KAT the phlebotomist was AMAZING I didn't even feel the needle and she was so quick and efficient I didn't realize I was done.I wish all phlebotomist were as good as she was read more

Awful service. Came in at 7:15 AM and there were already 20 people there, half who had still not been checked in.

Well staffed, fast and efficient. The check in process was quick and painless and the staff was knowledgable and friendly. Come here if you need labs! read more

Is there any reason that LabCorp accepts appointments? I had to wait 10 days in order to get an appointment for a simple blood draw. Silly me for thinking if I made an appointment, it would be honored. As I sit here today, my appointment time was 16 minutes ago and I still haven't been called. This is absolutely unacceptable. DONT take appointment s read more

First off, this place is super easy to find. I had a 2:15 appointment and was out of there at 2:18. (Of course I was only there for super minor blood work so she only needed a little bit) but the service was quick, the nurse who took my blood informed me she had been doing it for 30 years and that made me feel better. I have HUGE anxiety when it comes to needles and blood tests but she just got it done in less than a minute. The only down side is that it's almost impossible getting someone on the phone there. Positive experience though and if I ever need blood work done I'm definitely coming back here. read more

Best place for blood work! Ana was amazing! Super sweet and gentle and FAST! Really glad my new insurance sent me here as opposed to CPL!! In and out in 20ish min with no appt :) read more

Went in with a kit for food sensitivity bloodwork. After waiting two hours I was told they couldn't do it because no fedex would pick up on a Saturday. I offered to drop it off they said ok. I called a FedEx and was told if they had an account they could schedule a pickup. I went back in then then said it didn't matter about fedex they still couldn't do it because the doctors weren't in to handle the blood. That's two and a half hours of my life I will never get back. read more

The staff is very friendly! I was done within an hour which is really nice and they were packed too w only 2 people back there to draw blood. read more

Came in on a Saturday a little after 8:00 am and it took over 15 minutes to be called to do the paper work after I signed in. One signed in it was another 10 minutes or so to get called back by Ana. The Ana that I mentioned in one of my other LabCorp reviews took my blood here. The other location has closed (probably because of how the intake person was teasing people). Ana was very nice and I chatted with her a bit while getting my blood drawn. A very good experience here with lots of people but it was super cold. It's like sitting in the produce walk in at Costco. People need jackets here because it is super cold-blooded not me because I like it this way. read more

I took blood orders into this Lab Corp and one was totally lost. The other problem is that we have a lab report that is someone else on my portal as I was not even in there on the date it states. I stopped there yesterday and the young woman at the desk could have cared less about my problem and looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about! Rude and obviously has no interest in her job or taking care of people. This is scary as this is peoples medical health you are talking about Lab Corp! Never again will I go there and neither should anyone else! read more

Daniel , We love you don't go , I think they have alligators there , please re-think ... your great job , smile and kindness has touched us all , lord knows we need more people like you read more

Wow so much better than Quest. Very clean, professional staff and no wait!! I would go here over the other with a doubt.

Came in at 7:30 for a drug screening for a new job. Upon arriving I stood in line behind a lady and noticed people were doing the express checkin so I got out of line and completed that. After sitting for an hour I over heard the front desk saying to another patient that people also have to sign in on the clip board. I went to the front and told the lady I signed in to the express check in and she said I had to also sign in on the clipboard and was now placed last in line. I have my family at home waiting on me and it is now 9:30am. All the people in front of me in line arrived about an hour after me and this sucks I will probably be here at least another hour or two because of poor communication. They have no sign stating that you have to sign into both. This is super inconvenient to people and I know it happened to at least two others while I waited there. This is such poor customer service. Go to quest. This has never happened to me there read more

Literally listened to the receptionist Andrea yell at sick people for two hours. No illness is worth this level of service.

Thanks labcorp for the painless visit. Im never going to quest again.

I would like to say first that the technicians are first class. That is why I didn't give a one star. However the front desk is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Sitting here on my 3rd trip because of paperwork foul ups. My doctor was furious. It wouldn't be so bad if they simply acknowledged a mistake. But the nonchalant shrugs are flat out disrespectful. Plus the same thing happened last year when I came in for some annual blood tests. read more

It looks like they still have not worked out their mobile express system. Does not work. With an appointment, I still waited 45 minutes. BEWARE, so you are not treated like Cattle, be certain to sign in on their paper check in clip board, and mark that you have an APPOINTMENT. Otherwise you will just sit there waiting and waiting, just like most offices for the Medical profession in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Wish I had know before I moved here. Ugh! read more

The older woman at the front desk was a complete jerk! Every person who came up to ask her a question she had straight attitude. If your so miserable at your job then find another!!! Her name was Aubrey or Audrea. read more

They are fast and you get great service!! What they do not tell you is that you are not required to sign their credit card payment pre authorization form. They will still bill you for services rendered. It really is a joke, they hand this form to you and just say we need you to fill this out and sign it!!! No options offered!!!! read more

This place sucks , I came to this place and do employment drug test. Waited 30 min. holding my pee for the test they did not call me yet so I used the restroom then, so when they finally call did not have enough for the cup, then waited 1 hr and half again to try again. I have to tell them it's been almost 2 hrs. already. This place is not good never go back and not to recommend to anybody. read more

Tried to make an appointment on line, but it said zero availability in all the locations in Henderson, NV. Decided to walk-in, since the LabCorp site said no appointments necessary. Check-in first at the Kiosk, no problem there. Then waited to be called to verify insurance/payment information, and this part was the bottle neck. Although check-in staff were polite and courteous, their processing speed is extremely slow. During the waiting period, I observed a few times that although there were a roomful of people waiting (social distancing is being followed) to get the insurance/payment verification, no one was called into the lab area, an apparent disconnect . People with appointments kept coming in and the walk-in folks kept getting pushed down in the queue. Overall, I waited an hour for the blood work. My husband got his lab work done at Quest Diagnostics recently and said he was in-and-out in 5 minutes. Will ask my doctor to send me to Quest for blood work in the future. read more

YOU CANT DO BOTH WALK-INS AND APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME. CHOOSE ONE OR THE OTHER. This location is continually overbooked and understaffed,on top of which they typically have at least one person out sick or shows up to work late. They open their doors at 7 am but the first person will not have his blood blood drawn until 730. The day I was there I waited over two hours they only had one person drawing blood and I didn't have an appointment. If you go there in the morning as a walk-in you may as well forget it because they are going to have solid appointments every 15 minutes all morning long in which case you will get bumped by someone who has an appointment and will not get your name called until they run out of people. With one person drawing blood this will never happen. Either go to all appointments or do walkins only. Company in its ultimate greed has no concern about anything other than making money does not give a hoot about patient care or customer service read more

This is my first LabCorp review. My spouse and I have been coming here regularly for years. We both felt that today was such an exceptional visit that I thought I would let my Yelp friends know. We had an appointment and it made a difference. The wait time was minimal. The front desk was very friendly, yet appropriately professional. Most of all our favorite LabCorp person ever, Kat, was there and she was such a sweetheart, as always. Effortless blood drawing, totally friendly attitude and incredibly caring are a few of many comments we have about Kat! It may sound strange but we enJOY visiting this LabCorp. read more

Ok, as someone with too many medical problems, I've had blood drawn at A LOT of places. I have to say that this LabCorp is the easiest, cleanest, and most time efficient place I've been to. I've had blood draws here twice, and will continue to use this lab. The phlebotomists are SUPER nice, have a good sense of humor and are GREAT at what they do! Each time they've stuck me it's been quick and painless. I just walk in without any appointments and they get me in and out cuz they know i'm HUNGRY lol!!!! Super nice facility and they have a water cooler too if you're thirsty. I also really like the fact that you can log in to the LabCorp Beacon website and get your labs as soon as they are sent to the doctor. You just register for an account and it's so cool, cuz if it's just sent to one doc, and you want another doc to review it too you can just print it out from home instead of having to get it faxed or whatever to your other doctors. PLUS my primary care doc is across the street at the Sienna Campus at Dignity Health and LabCorp is just across the street. Super easy and convenient! I highly recommend this lab. PROPS!! read more

This 5 star review is a shoutout to KAT. She is the best! I've been to multiple locations and by far this location is the cleanest, most efficient labcorp I've gone to. And Kat is seriously amazing. Like weirdly amazing. You don't feel the needle go in AT ALL. She is quick and super gentle. I have to get my blood drawn every month so I have been to multiple people where they have had to re put it in multiple times and it hurts. Everytime I go to Kat, it's the best experience. Thanks Kat! read more
