If this place wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never come back, but unfortunately I have to suffer through. the nurses themselves are all very nice though and the place has a lot shorter waits than other labs i've been to. I just wish the people at the front desk were better at their jobs and cared more about respecting patients.

I dread going there, except for the fact that the technicians are usually nice. I think Labcorp needs to train their people on customer service because these ladies obviously have not been trained. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to understand one of the ladies at the front. I think that's why people are hesitating walking in the back because they're not sure if it was their name being called.

I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. The quality of care is adequate to need, and the PA's are excellent, but getting an appointment…read morewith the cardiologist is almost impossible. I have always had to schedule months in advance. In the most recent case, I had to have emergency surgery the week before and needed a surgical follow-up at the same time as my scheduled cardio appointment. I was told that the next available time was in +3 months. This after waiting more than 3 months for the visit I needed to reschedule. Clearly they are not too concerned about patient well being if the practice is willing to defer patient care that extent. I previously had excellent cardiologists in Morristown and Doylestown, and was always able to be seen as needed in under 3 weeks. Dr Parikh is good enough when you can see him, but this level of service, for such a vital health function, is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to ensure timely service.
