Every time the tub was changed or when the tube wasn't filling up, the person started shaking the tub causing the needle moving inside the vein and a lot of pain. My daughter ended up with a bruised arm and unable to move it as usual. This is the first time we experienced an issue like this. I don't think the person performing the blood work was capable to perform that job. I am rating our experience Zero and I don't think the person is eligible to perform that job.

But thery need to STOP strong arming people and update their payments as they receive them. I pay by check because I want to leave a paper trail. LabCorp billing are awful people, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and can't even keep up with their own billing sysytem. If they did they would not send out bills with the incorrect amount owed. The lady at the front desk was facing her computer in the opposite direction so I stood there waiting until I was finally able to get her attention. After waiting several minutes in the lobby then again in the examination room, the same woman from the front desk came to take my blood. She didn't wash her hands but she did put on a pair of gloves and she wore a mask but it had blood splatters all over it. She poked my arm a couple times until she found my vein. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. In the most recent case, I had to have emergency surgery the week before and needed a surgical follow-up at the same time as my scheduled cardio appointment. I was told that the next available time was in +3 months. This after waiting more than 3 months for the visit I needed to reschedule. Clearly they are not too concerned about patient well being if the practice is willing to defer patient care that extent. I previously had excellent cardiologists in Morristown and Doylestown, and was always able to be seen as needed in under 3 weeks. Dr Parikh is good enough when you can see him, but this level of service, for such a vital health function, is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to ensure timely service.
