My daughter went to the Flemington location for a blood work (about 6 tubes drawn)…read more The person who did it had an unstable shaking of the hands. Every time the tub was changed or when the tube wasn't filling up, the person started shaking the tub causing the needle moving inside the vein and a lot of pain. My daughter ended up with a bruised arm and unable to move it as usual. This is the first time we experienced an issue like this. I don't think the person performing the blood work was capable to perform that job. I am rating our experience Zero and I don't think the person is eligible to perform that job.

They are harassing and threatning. I have a bill for 150.00 Soon as I got the bill I sent them 50.00. The next week they sent me another bill without the 50.00 credit. Within two months I have sent therm 100.00 I have 50.00 left to paid them. They now send me a bill threatning to put it on my credit report. I paid therm because I paid my bills. But thery need to STOP strong arming people and update their payments as they receive them. I pay by check because I want to leave a paper trail. LabCorp billing are awful people, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and can't even keep up with their own billing sysytem. If they did they would not send out bills with the incorrect amount owed. You cause customers anxiety, and stress. I am one them. I had a stroke in April I don't need the unnecessary harassment from LabCrop for no reason.

If this place wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never come back, but unfortunately I have to suffer through. the nurses themselves are all very nice though and the place has a lot shorter waits than other labs i've been to. I just wish the people at the front desk were better at their jobs and cared more about respecting patients.

I understand that things can run behind, but when I was finally called back, I was asked for my paperwork. I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. In the most recent case, I had to have emergency surgery the week before and needed a surgical follow-up at the same time as my scheduled cardio appointment. I was told that the next available time was in +3 months. This after waiting more than 3 months for the visit I needed to reschedule. Clearly they are not too concerned about patient well being if the practice is willing to defer patient care that extent. I previously had excellent cardiologists in Morristown and Doylestown, and was always able to be seen as needed in under 3 weeks. Dr Parikh is good enough when you can see him, but this level of service, for such a vital health function, is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to ensure timely service.
