I was called in on time for my appointment so I appreciate that I didn't need to wait. That being said, it was chaos in the working area. Evidently, because of scaling back real people? all the computer work registering my physician's orders is now done where blood is drawn. Kourtney and Colleen were working that day. Whomever drew the blood was calm and professional. Whoever recorded my order into my patient file was so nervous. She didn't respond to my hello, nor my several thank you's when I departed. Whatever the situation, the person on the computer was hostile and rude because of her terror recording my visit details. When she managed eye contact, her look could have killed. I have spent too much time trying to get my blood draw results. Inexcusable to be so complicated.

I have gone to Sonora quest in Flagstaff for years without being too impressed. It was never…read moreanything awful, but long wait times were the norm and some occasional lack of flexibility. However, after a long hiatus of needing a blood draw, I had to bring my very nervous 5-year-old for some labs. The wait was no more than a couple of minutes, the waiting room was nearly empty. Robbie was absolutely amazing. He focused on her and spoke directly to my child through everything (not to me), and introduced himself and showed her a cool handshake. He reassured her and promised to be quick. He was so calm and "cool" with her. She was sooo nervous. She started fussing a bit, but as soon as he got the needle in, she realized it wasn't bad. She stopped crying and just watched, she was actually laughing at the end of it (mind you, flu shots were a wrestling match with tears last month). When he got done, her exact words were " that wasn't bad". For pediatric (or adult) blood draws, get Robbie! You won't regret it! Best blood draw experience EVER! Absolutely fantastic phlebotomist, give that guy a raise! I will come to this Sonora quest from now on because Robbie is absolutely worth traveling for.

Went to Hypo2 to see Wes after a recommendation from a friend. Wes sees all professional runners in…read morethe area, so I knew this would be the best place for me to seek out help for nagging hip pain that had gone undiagnosed for months. After a brief exam, Wes informed me he believed a torn labrum to be the cause of my hip pain. He ordered imaging after which I was thrown into a circle of back-and-forth opinions as to whether or not the labrum was indeed torn. Fast forward 6 months of continued pain and disagreement between specialists, and I made the decision to undergo hip arthroscopy to get a better look and fix the possible tear in my labrum. After surgery, I awoke the the information that not only did I indeed have 2 labral tears but also a case of FAI as well. I cannot thank Wes and Hypo2 enough for making the initial diagnosis of my labral tears and giving me the confidence I needed to undergo the procedure to have them fixed. Hypo2 is the real deal and will be the first place I turn to with any and all injuries in my running career.

I had glute amnesia and all my other muscles that I had been trying to run with were so very painful and tight. After a few meetings I started feeling that I was improving . I had hardly any muscle tone on the gluten muscles needed to run efficiently. Strength training snd rolling was very important- I'm now running extensively and scheduled for my second ultra race and a 100 miler this winter. I love what Wes does and two of my running friends have literally drove from Phoenix to meet with him concerning their running issues. Without him I'm sure I'd still be working the aid stations for everyone else's race- now I'm running my own.

She didn't have on closed toed shoes and was flinging them around and kept sticking her long nails in her ears and wiping it on the table and playing with her earrings. She was huffing and mumbling under her breath this second visit as well. She then continued to have an extremely rude and condescending tone when I kept mine polite and friendly. She had to give me a sticky with her email and tossed it at me. After she printed out orders that she was visibly annoyed I had to email her she yelled at me for not reading the directions and not fasting. I politely told her no problem I will come back and left crying. She is horrid and should not be dealing with patience when she is obviously so upset and angry with something and taking it out on patients. Maybe I look like someone she doesn't like or she hates her job either way 2 out of 2 times I would not recommend lab draws by her.

The ER doc actually laughed and rolled his eyes at the diagnosis that urgent care had given. I had taken a cab there and the cab driver asked if I had a voucher. I went back inside and asked for a voucher. After waiting several minutes, the charge nurse came out and rudely exclaimed that she would not be giving me a voucher. I could hear her and one of the nurses cackling as I walked away. If you want professional, caring staff, go during the day. If you want a bunch of hyperactive middle schoolers, go in the evening. I don't understand how there can be such a difference between day and evening there, however, there most certainly is.

If you need a fasting blood draw, prepare to show up by 7:00 a.m. for their 7:30 a.m. opening, because that's when the line begins to form. I find it much easier and faster to get blood work done there than at the SQ facility on Willow Creek Road.

When I asked the person at the counter what that was about, she informed me that I didn't have an appointment scheduled and then she walked away. the other person asked me my name and told me that I didn't have any appointment scheduled and that the wait was about 2 hours, or that I can come back and wait in line at 6am (when they open at 7am, and its cold at that time), and come in as a walk in the next day. they are understaffed and ALWAYS so rude to the patients, I switched to Sonora Qwest through my Primary physician immediately.

Unfortunately there was only 1 lady working in the office and she was working her butt off but…read moredoing an excellent job moving people through. Her name was Eva and she was my miracle worker. I'm a very hard person to draw blood from. I was on sent to Labcorp after my doctors office couldn't draw my blood after 2 separate days of fasting and unable to pull a sample. I was quite down and it was late in the day and still fasting. I checked in at 3:14pm and was called at approximately 3:45pm due to a full office. She was extremely friendly even under working so hard. She was able to draw my blood on the first attempt. I was amazed. She will always be my girl to go to when it comes to lab work. If you want good service go to Labcorp in Chino Valley and if there's more than person working I recommend you ask for Eva.

This is the best lab in town. The wait time is non-existent... they take you back immediately and…read moreyou are out the door in less than 5 minutes. It is also the cheapest lab in town if you do not have insurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
