If you need a fasting blood draw, prepare to show up by 7:00 a.m. for their 7:30 a.m. opening, because that's when the line begins to form. They identified an important complicating factor in my treatment just through thoughtful screening questions and actually reviewing them. The kind of attention to detail that's becoming rare, and it genuinely changed the course of my care for the better. What impressed me even more was that they provided this level of careful, patient-centered treatment while simultaneously managing another patient who appeared to have a very serious, time-critical emergency. Their ability to stay focused, calm, and compassionate with everyone involved speaks volumes about the quality of this team. Here is some background. On the Lab Corp web site, my account shows no results for the lab test. Optum says they are able to locate a report in the Lab Corp system that the lab results are still pending. Lab Corp system shows they faxed the blood report on 5-5-26 to Optum. I'm a very hard person to draw blood from. I was on sent to Labcorp after my doctors office couldn't draw my blood after 2 separate days of fasting and unable to pull a sample. I was quite down and it was late in the day and still fasting. I checked in at 3:14pm and was called at approximately 3:45pm due to a full office. She was extremely friendly even under working so hard. She was able to draw my blood on the first attempt. I was amazed. She will always be my girl to go to when it comes to lab work. If you want good service go to Labcorp in Chino Valley and if there's more than person working I recommend you ask for Eva.

I told her it was you who called me. After figuring out who I was she said she needed to schedule my MRI, then suddenly I am in an automated survey asking me to review them. I faked remarks then it said thank you and disconnected. I called the number back and got someone who said they needed my insurance info, which should have been included in the MRI order, then in the middle of my reading it he said he got an "alert" saying only one person could schedule me and he did not know why so he would transfer me to her. During that transfer the system asked me to enter the "extension" I needed, but he never gave me an extension number, then it disconnected. me. I called back again, it rang once then disconnected. I waited a few minutes, I called back again, the lady said she saw the "alert" under my info and gave me the lady's extension, but she would text her before transferring me. then she said the lady was on another call and would return my call. So when they call you to schedule you, it's like a telemarketer system that puts you on hold, and good luck getting the person who called you who's apparently the only one who can schedule you. Now I am afraid to even use this company for an MRI if they are that messed up.
