I had blood taken oin 5-4-26 for a blood test. Today 5-11-26 I went to the Lab Corp location in PV. Allan looked in their system data and located my lab results. He faxed them to Optum. Here is some background. On the Lab Corp web site, my account shows no results for the lab test. Optum says they are able to locate a report in the Lab Corp system that the lab results are still pending. Lab Corp system shows they faxed the blood report on 5-5-26 to Optum. Worst all around experience at a lab I've ever seen. Horrible customer service. Front desk associate is always in a bad mood and it not only shows, she is extremely rude and unprofessional. This location is always packed with zero structure. I waited 1 hour to drop off refrigerated specimens only to find out drop offs are supposed to be immediately dropped off, as I was told to check in... Extremely disappointing experience. I don't understand how long it takes to get blood taken but I sat there for an hour n a half they said my lab order was not sent thru I tried 3 different times and still nothing. Always polite and fast, if you want to get in without much waiting at all make appointment. Checkin on your phone on way thru door so you do not have to use machine inside. Super easy and efficient. Office is clean and well organized. Wait time was minimal, even though the waiting room was packed. Staff is efficient, helpful and professional. BUT, don't even try to call this office. Made an appointment but still waited two hours. It was for 1pm, I was not seen until 3pm. Front staff was rude. People who arrived 1-1.5 hours after me were seen and exited faster. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen. Once my wait time hit 2 hours, I asked about the delay and I was finally seen. Got the feeling I was being treated rudely because I was perceived as a drug abuser. A man walked out bleeding because his coban was not tight enough. The phlebotomist tightened it and said she would clean it up but did not. Thirty minutes later when another patient reported it to different phlebotomist and it was cleaned. This makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the facility and adherence to lab procedures. I felt sorry for the obviously sick people waiting for prolonged times in uncomfortable seats. I would not recommend this lab to anyone. I have been a nurse for over 30 years. I know sloppiness and inefficiency when I see it. By the way, add thirty minutes to your wait time for parking. It is a very small parking lot. It took that long to get a spot between 12-1pm. read more

My mother in law was in this morning. The tech was laying on my 76yr old mothers arm because she thought my MIL was lying about not being able to make her arm straighter! This is ELDER ABUSE! I've tried to call, came in to make a report and haven't been able to speak with anyone! This is so WRONG! Almost broke my MIL's arm! DISGUSTING!! No wonder they are only rated 2.9! Although the lab tech is fantastic, I have never encountered such a mess with a billing department-ever! With a history of cancer and other disease, I am not new to medical bills. I've paid every single one of them after insurance was applied. Labcorp refuses to adjust our billing and is billing us for full blood tests. This is not right. Even the tech told us this is not right. Our deductible was met and our insurance covers a good portion of lab bills. For some reason labcorp wont admit their error and send corrected bills? They are even sending collection warnings. This is just crazy. read more

This morning I went in to get some blood work done and my first impression was I was told to go check in on the kiosk by a girl who had her mouth full of food. Then that particular girl named Holly asked me to come up and I told her only to pull my TSH lab. After paying I sat down and looked she had actually pulled all of my labs and charged me for everything. I went back to her and asked her why she pulled all the other ones and that I only needed my thyroid test she replied that they have to put all the stuff your doctor ordered. I told her that it was too early to do my cholesterol that we were waiting to see if the medication had any effect on my levels. She then told me to be quiet and sit down. I then asked if I could see somebody else could do my paperwork because by this point I had had enough of her rudeness and Lack of professionalism. She told me yeah don't you see the two other people right there. I almost walked out but I had already paid so the other techs helped me and I got my blood drawn with no issues after that. I will say though that HOLLY is completely unprofessional and should not be working at that front desk. I'm a veteran and a female and when someone tries to tell you to sit down and be quiet you don't take it very kindly especially when all you're doing is trying to get some lab work done. read more

My experience here was seamless. I made my appointment online and entered all my insurance information. At the lab I checked in by scanning my ID at kiosk, waited less than a couple of minutes and then was taken back. Everyone was very professional and polite. Nothing at all like the previous 1 star reviews. I recommend. read more

I made an appointment and per instructions from doctor's office, the orders were faxed to Labcorp. When I arrived I checked in easily. When technician took me back she said that they did not have anything from my doctors office with instructions, on what labs to run. I was soo annoyed. My doctor's office again said that orders were faxed and faxed again. I picked up a hard copy of those orders to take with me next time. I left a message with Labcorp to call me back and confirm that they have the doctor's orders. I doubt I will hear back. read more

I've been trying to call/contact the lab for 2 days but keep getting transferred to extensions that leave me on hold for 45+ minutes. At some intervals a girl will pick up the phone again and be talking/laughing in the background but never speak to me, she'd either hang up or put me on hold again. Apparently these employees don't give a damn about anything. read more

Horrible lab! Late getting my response in but 3 times a had bad experiences stopped using this lab a year ago. Last experience I had trouble using the self check in the girl behind the counter was so rude that she had to help me. It was beyond ridiculous! That's it I don't need this stress! It took me 3 calls and 1:48 minutes to finally speak to a real person regarding billing. They did not bill my secondary insurance, informed me secondary would not pay "anyway"! They will do nothing further; I only need to pay my bill. Very rude and not helpful at all! Once I get this figured out, I will be using another laboratory. read more
