I called the clinic right after they opened at 8 am, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message asking them to call me back. I called again later, but it went to voicemail once more. There is no option to reach a person directly. Finally, at 2 pm that day, I received a call back, but by then, I had already seen a doctor at another clinic. The billing department is just as frustrating. Calls go straight to voicemail, and they say it will take 48 hours to get back to me. Every time they call back, I am at work and miss their call. They only bother to call once and leave a voicemail asking me to call them back. I've been playing this game for two months. I provided my insurance in he clinic but instead, they billed me the full amount as if I didn't have insurance... I would not recommend this clinic. They do not care about their patients.

In the early hours of the morning I started looking up urgent care facilities and this one had a 5-star rating behind it. At approximately 8:50 a.m. on Saturday 1- 26-19, I called this facility and their voicemail put me through to their new building nearby. I left a message stating how much pain I was in and that I'd like to make an appointment for that day. I left my phone number for them to call me back on. Ten minutes after they'd opened, I still hadn't heard from this urgent care facility so I called back and left the same information again. Shortly after that I went to their website and filled out my name and address, asking for someone to call me back. I waited and waited and waited and no one in this business ever got back to me. I'm absolutely disgusted with this urgent care facility and I will continue to tell my story to everyone I meet. Bottom line avoid this place all costs, because in my opinion they obviously don't care about a person who is in 'excruciating pain.'

I can pretty much promise you that if you are a bit put-off by naturopathic or East Asian medicine, you won't feel like you're entering a funky other world. At first, he seemed confused as to why I was there but finally figured I needed a monitor which, they arranged, and he also prescribed a TEE procedure that he did not do in his office. His office supposedly contacted the hospital to arrange. The hospital said it was unusual that a cardiologist wouldn't do this procedure himself and said they would have to contact other cardiologists to try to arrange. Never heard back after repeated contacts to both Gordon's office and the hospital. As for the heart monitor, I returned it per their instructions. However, I never received the results. I contacted Gordon's office numerous times for the results and my Primary Care Doctor tried at least 2 different times with no results. However, Gordon's office was very punctual in billing me and demanding payment for the amount the insurance companies did not cover, even though they did not give me the test results. My advice, look elsewhere for a Cardiologist.
