We scheduled baseline testing and blood work, along with a follow-up appointment after he was supposed to speak with my other doctors. He never spoke with them, and the follow-up appointment was not canceled. I was still charged $150 for the second visit, despite being told, "I don't really have anything for you today." I also tried reaching out afterward to discuss the lack of results or any clear plan moving forward. Communication was very slow, and I came away feeling that there was little interest in continuing to work with me. While he may have some interesting ideas, my experience was that there were no meaningful solutions or actionable plan provided. Given the cost and my experience with the follow-up care, I would personally not recommend him. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money.

This year, I went in in May 2018 to get thyroid tests/meds updated, a new FNP Chris is there, excellent guy, knows thyroid issues inside and out. Went in for a follow up today. Told Patricia Walls and husband are gone, left practice, have no idea where they are. I have to also call my insurance right then and there to change my pcp because they have new doctors and management. I would think they would have told me this when I made the appt over the phone 5 days prior. Seen on timely basis however considering everthing. I could go on and on about how the front office girl told me wrong info which I told my ins. And that started a chain reaction of stressful calls and confusion. Front office was chaotic and not that busy it seemed with patients until I was leaving. They were apologetic but all the same, it is not a professional clinic, do not expect exceptional care or service, it is a walk in clinic after all, appointments are 10 min maximum, stated on a notice in the reception area at one time. I would change at this point but FNP Chris is the first I have found in years that knows thyroid so because of that, I will put up with any issues.
