Then shortly after, Paula said, no, you need to find a new Dr. Then Dr. R said, no we can still do telemed, and I paid for an appointment to get an accommodation with my employer. Recently, when I needed to add to my open-case accommodation for the same issue (getting a doctor's note) I was told I need to pay $125 for a visit. My electricity is due to be shut off in a week and I started crying because I need some help to keep my wonderful job, but didn't have $125 at the time. What happens next? I get fired as a client all of a sudden!! All I can say is, **manage your expectations with these people**. Is it not EXTREMELY FISHY that they initially were fine with me paying for another appointment ($125 for just a NOTE which I find exorbitant) and when I don't have the $$ I get an email saying, CAN'T HELP, get a local doctor. "We wish you all the best" I was in need of help and support. NOT getting jerked around several times, and then suddenly let go as a patient!! I guess if I just would have said, yes, let's make a $125 appointment none of this would have happened. I very strongly question the ethics of these people. To me, it reeks of classic GREED and heartlessness. I know others in Prescott who have experience the same money grab. Very sad!!

EMF fields aren't imaginary, and any naturopath who insists on conducting business over the phone isn't doing a good job of keeping unnatural toxic environmental factors out of their patients' personal experience.

Do not go there. Waiting time is far too long, even when you have appointments. No actual MD. At…read morethe office. Love Christopher Novak. Great guy. The office will not do more than 2 referrals per visit. Even though they have your medical records they do not review them prior to your visit so not only do you celebrate one birthday waiting in the lobby, you celebrate Christmas in the examine room. It feels like you are going to mass production line. The office personnel are rude and lack the knowledge necessary to do their job. If I could rate the zero stars I would. They actually deserve a black hole

Zero stars if i could…read more This place sucks. You're better off asking a random stranger on the street for medical attention. The wait times are terrible. If you are a walk in patient, count on a 2hr wait. Even if you have an appointment, count on being there an hour and a half past your appointment time before you are seen. When you call, they leave you on hold for a half hour. When you finally do get to talk to someone, they give you the runaround, brush-off, or just plain stonewall you. When you try to book an appointment online, it takes them 2 weeks to get back to you. The doctor misdiagnosed my son. He had an eye problem, but didn't even look at his eye. He instantly called it conjunctivitis. It was actually a blocked tear duct. We were told they would call us to discuss our daughter's case in a few days. They never called. When we called them, we were given excuses and the old brush off. This place sucks.
