Not only was it an excellent treatment with wonderful service, let me tell you a few reasons why I think you should go to Sages' Healing Center: 1) Their services are personal, down-to-earth, and friendly. I didn't feel awkward or pushed into purchasing extra services. Dr. Kate and Damon both greeted me and talked with me. I can pretty much promise you that if you are a bit put-off by naturopathic or East Asian medicine, you won't feel like you're entering a funky other world. They are very approachable and will make you feel like a million bucks! 2) Their office is clean and comfortable. (And... free tea!) Everything was really clean. We scheduled baseline testing and blood work, along with a follow-up appointment after he was supposed to speak with my other doctors. He never spoke with them, and the follow-up appointment was not canceled. I was still charged $150 for the second visit, despite being told, "I don't really have anything for you today." I also tried reaching out afterward to discuss the lack of results or any clear plan moving forward. Communication was very slow, and I came away feeling that there was little interest in continuing to work with me. While he may have some interesting ideas, my experience was that there were no meaningful solutions or actionable plan provided. Given the cost and my experience with the follow-up care, I would personally not recommend him. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money.

I started having debilitating panic attacks after catching Covid which prevented me from sleeping. My doctor prescribed medication for anxiety which allowed me to sleep, but, to me was not a long term solution. I called Roberta and set up an appointment. My first appointment was a double booking as she spends time with you getting to know and understand you. Then we had the treatment. In just one treatment I was able to sleep without taking medication, and stopped taking it. I have decided to continue seeing her monthly for general health maintenance. My wife is now seeing her too. I have recommended her to several of my friends who are now seeing her and are also happy with her results.

We immediately felt welcomed the second we walked in, and the environment felt like a safe, comfortable place. Our therapist, Miss Kaileigh, was non-judgmental, extremely friendly, and discussed what she thought the best plan of action would be. Miss Kaileigh quickly became my daughter's new best friend, and instead of my daughter dreading her therapy visits, she was SO excited each time to attend. Not only did Miss Kaileigh work closely with my daughter teaching her about food and nutrition, but she also worked closely with me and gave me ideas that I could do at home. We were a team. Within a few months of attending therapy, I could see positive changes in my daughter's eating habits, her level of energy, and most importantly, she was gaining weight and was excited to eat! After a few months, Miss Kaileigh recommended my daughter to see their Occupational Therapist, Miss Marisa, to help with sensory skills, fine motor skills, and visual motor skills. Each week, my daughter would work on these different types of skills and activities, and in no time, she was able to go on a swing, complete obstacle courses, and tolerate different textures. Much like Miss Kaileigh, Miss Marisa quickly became my daughter's other new best friend. When it came time for my daughter to graduate, it was a happy and sad moment. Happy, because she finally did it! And sad because that meant we would no longer see these amazing therapists who became like family to us! At the time I was living in Glendale and my doctor referred me to two different physical therapy groups in the area. I went as directed and was very discouraged and disappointed with the outcome. The pain relief if any was minimal. Then we moved to Prescott and I was directed to API physical therapy and Matt as my therapist. The difference was like night and day. My therapist was of immediate help to me for a partially torn ligament and tendon in my knee. I was already walking better with less pain after just one session and have been faithfully following my at home exercises and continuing to see improvement. I'm confident that I'll be back to my old self after my 6 weeks are done.
