Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

The two times I have visited it was not busy, everyone was masked and they brought me / us into the exam room right away. All the staff was very friendly and I was impressed with Dr Kahrs who took her time listening, running diagnostics, x Ray images and then diagnosis (broken ankle) with recommendations. Our prescriptions were promptly sent over to the pharmacy and notes were given for follow up care. Horrible experience at Unisource. I arrived with my elderly mother for a knee replacement. I had a…read morewell trained and very polite service dog with me. When checking in they said nothing about the dog being a problem. They took my mother back to prep her for her surgery. The RN Sandy then came and told me I needed to put my dog in the car so I could go see my mother. It was 80 degrees out so this was not going to be an option and not safe for my dog. As this would also be considered animal cruelty to bake my dog in the car. An 80 degree car parked in the sun turns into 123 degree. So I did not get to see my mother before surgery. After surgery Rn Sandy came out and told me to take my legitimate service dog home or again put her in the hot car. My mom and I both live over an hour away. So this was not an option. RN Sandy never asked me about my dog. According to ADA law they are allowed to ask me 2 question about my service dog. Rn Sandy never did this. Instead the RN that was taking care of my mother asked my confused elderly mother about my dog. This is against ADA law. The RN also asked what my reaction was to my allergen which is against HIPPA law. My reaction has nothing to do with me needing my service dog and is none of anyone's business. Since I was not allowed to go back to see my mother after her surgery I do not feel I was given adequate discharge instructions. Instead they gave my subpare instructions in the lobby in front of all the other family and at the back room of the building where the automatic door kept opening and closing and interrupting the instructions. My mom felt very alone and scared since I could not be by her side for comfort. So this facility doesn't know or follow ADA law for service dogs instead they are making up their own rules. Horrible experience. Rn Sandy was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She yelled at me in the lobby that my dog was not allowed back to see my mom and when I tried to explain the law she just walked away. Rn Sandy needs to be educated on ADA law for people with a disability. The entire staff walked by where I was sitting and gave dirty glares the entire time I was at the building. The only person nice to me and my mom was the physical therapist. I have reported them to the ADA and filed a complaint. Just to give some information on my dog she is an allergen detection dog, and she also retrieves dropped items, closes doors, and provides balance for me. She has had over 3 years of professional training.

Negative ten stars!!…read more Warning - if Leah F (the NP) is working, run away as fast as you can. You'd be better off dying a slow, painful death than dealing with her incompetence for 90 plus minutes. It's a miracle she can even make it to work. HIPAA violations galore, didn't clean/sanitize between patients, and completely computer illiterate. She had to call IT for help twice while I was in the room. She had them on her personal cell phone on speaker, and the guy on the other end wanted to make sure she wasn't with a patient. She lied to him and told him she wasn't, when I was right there in the room. Epic issues, printer issues, scanner issues, etc. but really it boils down to operator issues. I saw 7 other patients' medical info because she kept leaving her Epic up while she left the room and had patient info scattered all over. Leah was rummaging through the cabinets in the room looking for the thermometer and other equipment. She reminded me of a toddler trying to play doctor. She also needs a lesson on hand hygiene. Not once did she sanitize. Yuck! She also left the exam room door open for the first 30 minutes. Another patient actually came in. I've already contacted the Joint Commission about this. The certificate in the exam room shows their accreditation is expired. Someone needs to do a for cause FPPE on her because I don't think she should be working clinically.
