They have an easy online scheduling tool and take all your information including pictures of your insurance cards and license so everything is already entered when you go in. They are appointment only on the weekend, but walk in during the week. I had been planning to get a rapid test, but was pleasantly surprised when they told me they are able to do covid PCR testing same day (as long as you are tested before 2pm). I got in and out quickly and the staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing service for special needs but even now in covid times if you don't want to go to someplace else to get your blood drawn this is a wonderful option. $130 for our location.. well worth it.

Ive been to this location numerous times over the years. While there are some nice people working…read morehere, there's this one miserable woman who receives patients at the front desk. She's ALWAYS there. I feel like she goes out of her way to make things go as slow as possible, be unhelpful and unpleasant. She's the main reason I stopped going there. I prefer the one on rochester rd. One day I spent almost five hours there. It was so slow another patient ordered jets pizza delivery and ate it right there in the waiting area. Also once when I was getting a routine physical, after it was done I asked the PA (a short young indian female) if she detected anything during the chest exam. She responded by asking me why I was asking. Who needs this crap, seriously. Too many miserable people working here.

The "Back Office Staff" that conduct your patient interview are all pretty nice and friendly but the facilities and equipment are used and worn out. The real problem was this "doctor" Mrs. Krammer that conducted my physical, who wasn't actually a doctor but a Physician Assistant (PA). From the moment she walked in, she had a terrible attitude and rushed through the physical. When she asked why I needed medical clearance and found out I'm a medical student, she began an assault on my future career. To make a long story short, she pretty much told me to no become a doctor because it's not worth it. She then stormed out without taking the time to fully answer the questions I posed for her. If you're coming in to get a drug screen or something where the doctor isn't involved, then it's worth it. But if you actually need to see a doctor or have questions regarding your health, PLEASE FIND A REAL DOCTOR. This place is basically the McDonalds of the medical center community.
