I am very unpleased with this office. The nurse complained about the computer system, the Dr. came…read morein complaining about the nurse. Very unprofessional. I had to get a blood draw and the nurse used the alcohol pad beforehand, then used her ungloved finger to palpate the area afterwards. The nurse did not wash her hands or use sanitizer when she walked in the room. It made me uncomfortable because I was taught last year to do lab draws at a hospital. We were taught to sanitize our hands, put on gloves, swab the area with alcohol and not to palpate it after swabbing. The nurse also stuck the bandaid to the exam table which i'm sure isn't wiped down between patients, I assume they just change the paper. The nurse seemed very uneducated about lab draws. Made me feel uneasy.
