I will never go back to this office. I made a regular appointment to refill medications. I called…read morein the morning and they gave me a 5:40 appt the same day. The girl on the phone never mentioned any additional fee and never even mentioned I would have to check in at the urgent care desk because they will not be there. Imagine my surprise when I receive a bill for $50 when my copay is $25. My bill simply stated "OTHER". They don't inform you they simply charge you, an additional $25 if you're seen, for a regular sched appt, if it's after 5pm during the week. Why would I pay more than my copay for a 15 min appt for a medication refill? I have had appts after 5pm before and was never charged additional $25. Probably trying to recoop lost money due to COVID. My insurance co told me to ABSOLUTELY NOT pay this and they are looking into the issue.

She was able to support me emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually as I went through my birthing journey. After hours of laboring med free I was able to walk around, do squats and enjoy the assistance of my doula's knowledge and support. My birth was very peaceful, empowering and so beautiful. My daughter made her arrival right into Charlene's arms after standing up to go with gravity spontaneously. The medical staff rushed in quickly after and the rest was history. She then assisted dad with skin to skin and read her book Affirmations for the Pretty Princess Within to my beautiful Princess as I slept peacefully. She captured so many irreplaceable moments on video that I am so grateful for especially since our last birth was virtual due to the pandemic. I recommend her doula services to every pregnant woman I come into contact with because she is the real deal. I can't wait to have my son with her assistance again this spring. If you're looking for a great doula book a consultation she is so patient and thorough with great packages and products.
