When trying to follow up on appointment told me he was booked offered no other days said go to clinic and see an PA. When ask to speak to supervisor. Told you will be sorry for that. Wow way to treat established patient. Grandmother scheduled follow up for diabetes when returned from Florida called in March told could not be seen till June , luckily his head nurse caught it and called her and magically fit her in with in two days. A shame such a great guy suffers from such awful schedulers who are making it impossible to get an appointment or receive proper treatment.

For being a doctor dealing with such depressing diseases, he's kept his exuberance and joy. Great bedside manner, a real people's person. I've never had a doctor i would bother to write a review about until this guy. I heard good things from another patient of his so it's not just me. He is now located in McLaren hospitals office building next door. He also works in the hospital and possibly at other hospitals.

You were just another patient they had to deal with. The wait times are incredibly long. We were sitting in the patient room every visit for a minimum of 30 mins. Usually longer. I think she is a good doctor, however she has too many patients and not enough help or time in my opinion. Our last straw was recently trying to do a direct health call for our very sick son & the response back from the office ladies only concern was our past due bill of $75. Instead of asking about what was wrong or "we can definitely help, however you do have this outstanding bill that needs to be paid..." The only concern and back and forth, was paying that bill. Did not sit right with me and not the type of care we are looking for when it comes to our children. The bill did get paid and we are no longer with this doctor.

From the first step in the front door, I felt well taken care of. Service was fast and efficient. I was in and out in under and hour, which I think is exceptional especially on the weekend around a holiday. Everything was well cleaned and sanitized. While I hope I don't have to return soon, I will definitely keep this urgent care in mind

There was a lack of communication somewhere and she was never told about me. I sat in that room for 50 minutes. Meanwhile my husband, who dropped me off, was in the parking lot waiting. He became concerned because of my current medical condition. He tried to ask if I was ok and was told several times they didn't know about me and couldn't give out any patient information. It's bad enough during this time of Covid there could be a little bit more sympathy for my husband who couldn't be with me. I found the technician at the door screening to be quite heartless and someone more compassionate could put people more at ease. It was with the kindness of some other patients that my husband learned I indeed was still in there and doing well.

I had called to check the hours of the walk in clinic . As noted multiple times in reviews PHC does not routinely answer their phones ! Note - I was within the clinic's scheduled hours as clearly evidenced by the fact that I was standing in front of her so she could confront me . What incredible entitlement that she thinks she can rewrite the parameters of her job ! The culture in PHC of acceptance for rude disrespectful behavior toward patients and general incompetence is epic !!! My PCP is part of this cultural acceptable rude behavior by the support staff and now the providers - notably Meghan Kinter.
