The person who took the call was terrible. Rude, condescending and ZERO empathy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after more extremely rude comments and several minutes of waiting the supervisor was more helpful. This women does not belong taking calls especially in a doctors office where people are dealing with sick and or dying family. A truly disappointing experience. I tried to make an appointment for Dr. Kut as a new patient because my high blood pressure runs in…read morethe family. The receptionist said she would make an appointment and call me back. She never did. Instead, I had to call them back three times, and when I finally got ahold of them. The receptionist informed me that Dr. Kut would NOT see me because I have a history of controlled substances -whatever that is. I had gone to a doctor who prescribed me something for sleep. I guess THAT was the controlled substance. My old doctor died, so I have to see a new doctor. And Dr Kut would have been him. I was dismissed without further explanation, unable to speak to the doctor himself, and hung up on. Doctors have to right to refuse patients, but let me warn you: if you ever complain about any doctor, his staff, your treatment, or anything else, they can AND will refuse to see you -no matter how legitimate your claim, despite your medical condition, prescription coverage, insurance, or otherwise (anything short of an emergency) and lawyers will represent them -not you, because they have the money. And they call that lawful.

My recent visit i was treated like it was less then a human being. Wasn't able to talk about was my reason for being there, not just the first nurse that you are taken to, but the nurse who sees you once you get into your cubicle. Along with the nurse being very rude and making you feel like you were bothering them and being told because I asked to use the bathroom " is there anything else because I have real sick patients to deal with" and the doctor who didn't even spend more then about 2 minutes talking to me other then also being rude. So, if you have no other choice then to go to Mclaren ER take a witness, for your own safety and well-being. If you get discharge when you dont feel like your concers have been even address right them on your discharge paper or tablet before you sign them and take a picture with your cellphone CYA. Because you know thats what they are going to do.

There was blood on the wall, the sheets on the bed smelled like a dirty basement, and the physician assistant was unable to extract a piece of metal in my eye. This is not world class care that they advertise. I filed a complaint with the patient care advocate who then forwarded my complaint to AJ the director of the emergency room and he told me the blood I saw on the wall was crayon. Just WOW!. So my complaint was heard but that is where it ended. I feel they were discriminatory towards me and I was NOT treated with any care or concern for my comfort or safety. The physician assistant was extremely incompetent. I will be continuing on with this complaint as I am not happy with the hospital emergency room condition or the care that I did not receive. ​​

For being a doctor dealing with such depressing diseases, he's kept his exuberance and joy. Great bedside manner, a real people's person. I've never had a doctor i would bother to write a review about until this guy. I heard good things from another patient of his so it's not just me. He is now located in McLaren hospitals office building next door. He also works in the hospital and possibly at other hospitals.
