Dr. Hartman is an OBgyn out of Blue Water Obgyn. If you're looking for a local OB who is pleasant, has wonderful bedside manner, who cares, who listens, who is educated, and extremely experienced, then he should be your number one choice. I'd give zero stars if I could. I was inpatient & he was assigned to my team. He spent less then 10 minutes in my room explaining it wasn't his issue & that other people are far worse than me. He then charged my insurance separately for services not rendered. When I called the office their solution was to wave the fee, but he's still in my record claiming to have spent "extensive time" with me. I was discharged with a summary from the doctor that did evaluate & it clearly states that WAS in this medical field. How discouraging because had he done an evaluation it may have reduced my hospital stay. read more
