An x-ray was taken and waa summarily cleared of injury, but my pain persisted. Several hours later as a pain was getting worse I want to see Emcura and happened to see Dr. Kesliker. He saw that the pain and swelling had significantly worsened and that I couldn't move my hand. An x-ray was taken and he noted abnormailities in the area of pain. In addition, I had a radiologist report in hand in 10 minutes which confirmed a fracture! The area was splinted and an appointment was made by their staff with a hand surgeon within the next several days! My care on this occasion along with many others has always been thorough and compassionate! I have really come to appreciate the effort they put into seeing their patients and respect the team of providers they have put together! Great job! I feel they have given the 'neighborhood doctor' concept new life!

Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

The only reason I chose to come here is due to COVID-19 and I do not want to get sick waiting in someone's emergency room. They got me right in, prescribed some medicine to relieve my back but wanted me to get my ankle X-rayed. Unfortunately I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they don't do X rays there so I had them done on Monday. Once they received the results Samantha immediately called to let me know it was in fact fractured. She referred me to an orthopedic doctor who I was able to get in the next day. She also was insisting I not bear any weight on my ankle until I saw them. She was so kind to help me figure out where to get crutches delivered. She was so helpful and caring. This was the second time I have used this Urgent Care and have great experiences both times! Thanks for your help! I'm only giving 4 stars because they don't do X rays.

UM requires a COVID test before any procedure, and they made me get one before my colonoscopy this…read morepast weekend. Last year I had to drive to Canton, to one of UM's drive-thru COVID testing sites, which was like an hour's drive, so I was pleased to see that MyHealth Troy (and Birmingham) were listed as acceptable alternates on UM's website, since MyHealth Troy is only a 5-minute drive for me. I called beforehand but they said I did not need an appointment. UM said they faxed the order to them but I also brought a paper copy just in case. This is the first time I've had a COVID test and have not had to go through a drive-thru, not sure if that's super safe but I do prefer that versus a drive-thru. It only took about 5 minutes total and then I was on my way. They were supposed to fax the results to UM, and they did, but a day later ... still a good two days before my procedure so that was fine. I know they also offer the vaccine here, what's funny is that I book vaccines for people as a vaccine angel and I've actually booked a ton of people here, so it was interesting to actually stop by. If you're coming here for urgent care, you'll want to go through the door on the left, but if you're going for the vaccine, follow the signs and go to the door on the right. Plenty of parking right in front of both doors, as well.

I can 'feel' that she was genuinely concerned for the two of us. She was an Angel with a beautiful accent. The prescription she wrote for myself and my daughter made my daughter and her care put us back together again - her service and presence was so profound that I WILL NOT EVER take my daughter back to her previous primary care physicia. I had been to 2 other urgent cares with lines super long, or they ran out of the Rapid tests. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. They got me in (apt only) and happened to run out of rapid test right before my apt. However, the manager went to go get another box. I then realized my drivers license was not with me & they worked with me on that as well! (my son emailed them a copy of my passport) all were very warm, friendly, and professional. I went to a drive thru urgent care to get a Covid test and they tried to charge me $140 since I have no insurance, so I left. Called a different urgent care for a Covid test, they said it would cost me $200. Unbelievable.. $200 to tell me whether I'm sick or not? I'd rather quarantine at that point. Welcome to Berkley urgent care! I was recommended here by a friend and wow when I tell you how different his phone call felt. I called about a test and they took down all my information and said they would call me back about details. Within an hour a doctor called me, talked me, set up a Covid test and prescribed me medicine. Even the nurse who gave me the Covid test was so sweet. I wasn't charged a penny for my Covid test and my medicine was pretty cheap. There are angels here. I highly recommend.

I called today after reviewing my results because the test I requested was not performed. I was open to discussing it, but that didn't seem to be the case on her end. I explained that the vitamin D test drawn was not the correct one for checking deficiency--it was done correctly during my visit in 2025. She insisted it was the same test and even stated that the system we were both looking at showed the same thing, as if I did not understand what I was reviewing. However, the system clearly shows otherwise. The test that was ordered was for hormone/active vitamin D levels, not for deficiency. If this is a small mistake--and I understand that mistakes can happen--the issue for me is that there was no willingness to acknowledge or correct it. There was also no consideration that the lab itself may have made an error. It took from Saturday to Tuesday just to receive the result of one blood test. After working a 12-hour shift, I came in because I had already been told the wrong test was done. While I understand other patients need care and didn't mind waiting, I was ultimately ignored instead of having a simple conversation to address the issue. After some time, I decided to leave and go to another urgent care for more attentive and thorough treatment. These are not the same tests--they measure different forms of vitamin D--and it was frustrating to be told otherwise. Update: Hours later, I received multiple calls from the office--none from the NP I originally saw. While I was told the issue was due to the lab switching their codes, there was still no acknowledgment of how the situation was handled. Even if this was a lab-related error, it does not address the provider's lack of listening or willingness to consider that the information in the system may not have matched what she believed. I was told we were both looking at the same thing, despite pointing out clear differences. Beaumont has been Corewell, including their labs, for at least two years now, so that explanation raises additional questions. Regardless, my concern is not just about where the error originated, but the lack of accountability and communication. I would prefer not to receive repeated calls providing conflicting or inaccurate information, especially when there has been no acknowledgment of the initial concern. At this point, I have gone and received care elsewhere.

I recently went there for a specific test and could not have been more clear about what I needed done with said test. They didn't listen to me and then refused to refund me because I was seen by the doctor...she didn't even do what I requested‍ I spoke with several employees who gave me conflicting answers and when I addressed this with the manager, he told me he didn't know what to tell me and proceeded to tell me he's not a doctor and then gave me incorrect information about what I had done. They caused so much stress and made my situation worse.
